The owners were amazing. They gave me a lot of info over the phone. Very friendly and concerned with customer satisfaction AND doing the job correctly. We will be using them from now on.

First of the I didnt even know this place was a cleaner. The cops post up here, I thought it was just a run down building. I called twice today and some old man gives a speech no cares about. They say their open from 7-6 but its 12:06 an they didn’t answer again🤷🏽‍♂️

I have known Martin and Zelda for many many years now. I have tried to find a good dry cleaner in Florida where I now reside and have failed to find one as good as this one. The Youngs are one of kind and know their fabrics and how to treat them to last a life time. I still have some of the suits that my mother made for me when I graduated from college(30 years ago), the Youngs took care of them back then as my mother was making them and today they still look as good as they did then. I now send them my clothes to clean via the mail and pick them up when I am back in town. Thanks for all the good work!!!!

Posted for wife:Me and my daughter went to pick up her wedding dress on May 23 2014 from young cleaners in Concord NC. After paying for the dry cleaning the lady carried it out and laid the wedding dress in the back of our jeep before we could inspect it. At the time it was still in a plastic bag stapled at the bottom, my daughter and I could see spots on the dress through the plastic bag and we went back in the dry cleaners and told the lady she came out looked at the dress through the bag saw the spots and then looked at the spots told me and my daughter that the man that cleaned the dress had to use a special gun on the dress and if he messed with it more it would ruin the fabric, she took the dress back in the dry cleaners and returned back a few minutes later said they got it out, we took it back to car still in plastic and saw many more spots, we came back into store and we told them the spots were still there, the man was standing at the counter when we came in and became very loud and belligerent toward me and my pregnant daughter in the witness of the lady working there. He called me a precarious woman, said he was done with this and told me to leave his place of business. He scared and upset my pregnant daughter so much she was crying her eyes out. Then for some reason the man came out and started to take pictures of our jeep. We called the police and was instructed we would have to settle in small claims court. We took the dress to another dry cleaner and was told this was not the first incident they heard of with Young Cleaners.

My friend recomended them but they lost one of my items...so I wont be going back.
