They charged me extra because they did not follow my original instructions when altering my dress and I asked them to fix it. Even after the second time, my dress does not fit as I wanted and I will be taking it elsewhere to have it altered again so that it can be fixed. Would not recommend.

Had not the best experience here. Recently dropped off four individual items and one came back damaged(worn once and was never washed) and the other came back with stains that were not there previously. Though they offered to reclean the item that came back with several new stains I asked for a refund. I was given back my money which helps somewhat but if I go somewhere else and they cant get the stain out then Im out $40 but was only given a $5 refund. As I was about to leave with my receipt in hand a staff member essentially pulled the receipt out of my hand to write on it and then the other staff member gave it back. Not going back there again. In search of a new dry cleaners and will take any recommendations anyone has.
