Very very friendly staff. I checked them out because I was going for a purply red color but wanted more purple in it so I thought going somewhere that specializes in vibrant crazy colors would be good. I had medium length brown hair that’s about a level 6. On the phone they quoted me about $300 but I decided to go in for a consultation to be more accurate. I showed them the color I wanted and they said they would have to make me a FULL CARD PLATINUM to achieve it. I knew that didn’t sound right plus they tried to say it would be $315+ just to color it. Because it’s an all day job. And said no matter where I go it’ll be that much. The next day I went somewhere else, it look 2 hours with no bleach. I got exactly what I wanted for $109 before tip. They cut, colored, and styled my hair for $109. This place really tried to scam me.Definitely do research about getting hair color before going here to make sure they don’t try to scam you.They probably thought they would get away with it because I told them I had virgin hair and thought I wouldn’t know. When I told the lady that did my hair at the other place what they said she started laughing so hard and got all the other stylists laughing about it too.

Ryann was wonderful. She trimmed and cut my hair as well as curled it. The positive and friendly atmosphere of the salon was very enjoyable. Today was my first time at Chrome, and I look forward to going back again to get my hair colored.

I have had a couple fabulous experiences with Renée coloring my hair with some lovely vivid colors. The first time she had to completely lighten out my natural color and then dye me blues and greens. It came out phenomenal. Next visit was just as great. She clearly has excellent skill with her color work. She also had given me an estimate of cost based on time and materials- it was spot on. The color lasted great and the second time was just as good. With covid, the salon is doing a nice job with cleaning and masks, of which I am so appreciative. I had a great experience at Chrome. This was my first visit. They came highly recommended if I wanted a more edgy cut and color for my long hair. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was very laid back. Megan was very nice, took her time and did a great job creating what I had in mind.

Sondra is AMAZING! She is not only clearly a top stylist and colorist, but a great business owner as welll! I wanted some subtle fun color, but I also need to keep a professional look for my own business. Dylan is amazing!!! Shes been doing my hair for about a year now, it always looks flawless. I get to see a lot of Tiffanys work too, and I love what she does on her clients as well!! Definitely recommend them!

Getting my hair done really stresses me out and they made me feel welcome and comfortable and quickly did what I needed. There is a ladies hair area downstairs and guys hair area upstairs. 10/10 staff. 8/10 hair cut. 9/10 vibes.

Been seeing the Barber at Chrome for a little while now. Great cut reasonable price and a nice selection of hair care and mens grooming products. Its awesome that he makes appointments, but you can usually pop in and be seen pretty quickly too

Safety measures in place + awesome stylists!

Went to the barber and had an excellent experience. Being a visitor to the concord area, and having a wedding to attend layer that day, I was able to walk in on a Saturday morning, get a great cut, with a straight razor finish, for less than $20. The interior was very eclectic and trendy, feeling more like a tattoo shop or pool hall. Two thumbs up on the service, the hair cut, and the interior.

Walked in doubting I would get a good haircut....especially as a walk in. I knew nothing of this place but was in dire need of a haircut. I had an event to attend same day & felt I had no choice. Fortunately Taylor was available. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and when she was done I could not believe the cut looked identical to the picture!! That has never happened before! Ive gotten many compliments on my short pixie. Unfortunately I was vacationing in the area. Now I have to plan another trip to Concord NH when I need my next cut. 😂

I was looking for a salon that would provide a great color and more up-to-date hairstyles, and I found it here! I see Carol and she is great, but I have seen other cuts from their stylists, and I am impressed.

Sondra is great with both color and cut! She does a great job with clients if all ages. I always feel great when I leave.

I just watched one of their barbers give a 45 minute long haircut. When he was done, he told me he had an appointment next. He knew I was waiting that whole time. So I had to wait, maybe another 45 minutes. Nah. Ill go somewhere with barbers not tattooed hipster posers. Ugh. Made me late for work.Good luck to those guys, they are going to need it.

Only one barber right now but he makes appointments. Cuts mens hair with a proficiency and Keen eye for detail. Competitivly priced with any other barbers in Concord and makes appointments!
