Ronda is a horrible barber. She is very unprofessional and did not know what she was doing. My son told her not to touch the top AT ALL and she cut the top very uneven and then said “I was just fixing whatever the last person did” but my son never asked her to do that. If someone says don’t touch the top then DONT TOUCH THE TOP. I am very mad about this and will definitely be contacting corporate. This is ridiculous. She can’t follow simple directions and then said my son was “making a big deal out of nothing”. Another barber had to come over and fix what she messed up because she was lacking communication skills. She has horrible customer service skills and is definitely not in the right career. Do not recommend to ANYONE, don’t go here no matter what. (Concord mills location)

What’s the point of having an appointment? My son’s appointment was at 12:30. We got there early and we were told the barber was running 30 minutes behind. There is no waiting area so we went to walk around the mall. Came back 30 minutes later and he was still running behind. The barber never acknowledged us. No sorry, no indication of how long it would be, nothing! I think we will take a pass on this place.

They were GREAT. This was my third time there. Due to covid i could not get out. Im 62 they will be my only barber shop. I moved here from Hampton VA. Kudos 5 STARS.

We put our name down and were told it would be 30-45 minutes since there were 2 people ahead of us. After an hour and 20 minutes we came back to check why we didnt get a call. They said we were next 29 minutes later we were finally called. I have never seen such a terrible hair cut from a professional. My son had some hairs stop his head 9 inches long and some 1/2 inch. The fade around his head and back of his neck looked good but the top was like a mop head.

I dont recommend this place very unprofessional they got this Yung kid as a barber he dont know what his doing he cut my hair in like 10 minutes leaving uneven spots and he is the youngest dude in there in cocord mills i had to go to different barber to get ny hair cut re-done dont go there

I took my son to get a shape up at No Grease the gentleman at the desk to check us in had us add our name and number to a clipboard as walk-ins. My son was second on the list I signed that day. I will never forget it because it was his birthday and he was eager to get a shape up only on that day specifically. The wait was unnecessarily long and the gentleman who checked my son in sat in the barber chair and recieved service before my son. Eventually my son did receive his birthday shapeup from Mr. Lucky who did a great job my son was pleased. My son said he would give Mr. Lucky another visit for a great shapeup.

The building space is very nice the barbers seem to be good, but they have to work on etiquette we where ignored for 20min after being called “You can head this way you are next up when the next stylist is free” said the receptionist; but as we stood there no where to sit as we wait I mind you; we were passed up by three different barbers with four different clients ignored not even a word was spoken to us by the receptionist or the barbers yes I know you have appointments but you should also have space for walkins it is a mall after all I became so fed up that I told the receptionist we’re going to cancel in my upset voice, my two boys didn’t even get their haircut!!! No grease has to do better And I was very excited to support the business after seeing the news clips about the South Park location. Two stars because it’s black owned.. otherwise 1star!!!!!!

I visited this shop yesterday for the first time and was serviced by Lucky. I recently relocated to Charlotte, and this was my first time getting a cut since moving here, so I was nervous. But after speaking with Lucky I knew I was in good hands. He provided a consultation, which is rare, and took the time to understand the type of cut I wanted. He understood that I was used to someone else cutting my hair and was very patient. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and has excellent customer service. If you’re new in town or just looking for a good barber go see him. Their prices are a little higher than I’m used to paying, but the cut & service I received was worth every penny. I will definitely be back to see Lucky.

Prices should be listed somewhere on shop visibly. Me and son got same hair cut as last time 3 weeks ago and price was 45 total, Today it was 55. And last time atleast beard was done also. Im referring to one closest to amc. The other one is always full.

My husband scheduled and paid for his appt only to get there and have to wait a hour. What’s the point of a appt if your going to accept walk ins. I mean especially when a person actually paid for their appt in advance.

This barbershop is a step above the rest. The barbers are professional and kid-friendly which makes me comfortable when I have to take my son. Everyone has skills but Keon and Shy are our favorites.

Had an appointment with Rhonda Huggins(Female with multiple facial piercings)🙄 scheduled at 1:30pm called at 1:11pm due to traffic backup on 85South,explained to receptionist(She was very nice and understanding). She consulted with Rhonda and stated it would be fine still come even if I’m late, I arrived at 1:56. Rhonda was very RUDE!! Will never go back or recommend!! I’ve been coming here since 2014. They have had many different barbers in that time, but this place has always been professional, and that starts at the top. Ronda Huggins is my all-time favorite barber, but they are all good.

I went here to get my haircut and the man took so long idk how they can run a barbershop in a mall all they do is talk and talk and talk about nothing they should go else where with there dirty equitment if you see this place plz walk past it its not worth it and act ghetto and did my hair cut bad .

The female barber does a terrible job. First time she cut me and out of the convenience of being in Concord Mills I gave the shop a second chance and unfortunately drew that particular straw again. Doesn’t listen to what the customer wants. Left the store to get a ginger ale while she was cutting my hair. Her blending is horrible, she shapes my face when I ask her not to and took the sides to the skin which isn’t for me. She might be fine if she slowed down and listened, but it seems the other bad reviews are all her.

This is the worst barber shop to ever go to in life!!! They pushing hairlines back and using unclean clippers. They are rude and unprofessional. If u see this barbershop please walk past it because it will not be worth the wait!! I promise

The worst experience I been to went here and ask for a low cut taper look like I got a trim up and charge me 30 dollars for it and on top of that a little kid cut my head couldnt even hold the clippers right.

I have been a customer of this establishment since they opened. Always have had a high turnover rate. Never the same barber there to request because either they quit, or get fired. I had an appointment for my son there at 11:00am. We arrived at 10:50 to check in. We were told he was a couple of minutes behind and we would be next. We take a seat on the bench outside the window. 11:15 rolls around and someone else is interested the chair. I let that go. 11:40 and another person climbs in the chair ahead of my son. At that point I approached the receptionist, who responded I told you he was backed up. What is the point of a reservation if literally everyone there was serviced before us? I demanded my refund and left the establishment. I would have recommended this place to everyone about 12 years ago, but gradually the owner obviously quit caring about the attitude of whom sits up front to greet people. And the establishment also fails to realize the point of a reservation. I would NOT recommend anyone looking for a professional barbershop to stop here

Made an appointment for as soon as the shop opened to avoid having to wait. Arrived and the barber wasn’t there. No explanation was offered by the receptionist. She didn’t even acknowledge he wasn’t there. Only said a short reply when I asked. We waited over 20 minutes and the barber never showed. Walked away for 5 minutes with my son and when I come back, not only is the barber there but is cutting someone’s hair. Did you even consider that we had an appointment AND waited?! Did anyone try to call? Text me? Nope?! Did you consider that I have a 6 year old that needs to use the restroom? Nope. I’ll be giving my $ to another shop.

The prices change every time I come and I always get the same cut, you make an appointment, arrive on time and the barber still puts someone in the seat in front of you, and says “your next dude” while you are right there watching someone get in the chair on your appointment time. Dressed professional yet its not displayed. To be honest I fault myself for coming back because I was too lazy to fine another barber...

The female barber is extremely rude with a nasty attitude. She belittled my 16 year old son and talked about him like he wasnt there. She had a conversation with another customer about my son while my son was sitting in the chair. When I called to speak to the manager on duty he was very nonchalant and offered no real solution other than to speak to the employee. Also, the receptionist had a nasty attitude. After several years we will be finding a new barber. They should shut this place down or get serious about customer service. I wouldnt even call this a customer service issue but more like a bullying issue from a grown adult woman. Dont give these people your money.

These reviews are just untrue or old. I approached this place and there was a barber politely standing behind there chairs with slacks, button up shirts and bow ties. They greeted me promptly and got the best hair cut I ever got. Que, is very good at his job.

My son and his 2 friends just left no grease and it floored me when they told me that they had to pay $65 for 3 shape ups. That is entirely too much for a shaped up! You shouldnt charge people like that because people are having it hard out here, and it seems like everybody killing us. It was a nice shape up, but not worth $25!

I was very excited about getting my hair cut at Nogrease this morning. The only female barber on staff cut my hair and didn’t do as I asked. While I was in the chair she held full conversation with another barber and was very loud and rude. I will return but only to see Tone or another male barber.

Staff has grown irritated with customers and prices are constantly changing. I’ve been going here for 4 years and used to love it. I hardly leave ratings but they’ve grown complacent on service and show open irritation and make remarks when customers come to make appointments and ask for specific barbers. The only thing professional at this point is the clothes they wear. Disappointed.

LOL... this place is a joke. Took my son here for a hair cut and he started crying. The Barber said, I dont have time for this. Im a business owner so giving a review is serious. I have gotten a hair cut here a couple times and had a good experience. The problem I have is the price have changed each time for the same exact hair cut. I always get my receipt and Im looking at a total of six receipts right now and four of them have different prices. I knew I was getting cheated but really needed a cute and was in a rush. I have gotten the same haircut every time; bald head with a goat-tee. I hope the owner really is paying attention to these reviews.

Whole City has been cutting my sons hair for the past two years, he does an excellent job, and now cuts my nephews hair. Whole City and all of the barbers are welcoming and the shop is always clean.

Wishing I would have read the reviews before I went. I guess the girl up front was the Receptionist but she wasnt actually interested in doing anything but collecting our $$. Appointments clearly meant nothing unless you personally know one of the barbers. Made an appointment for my son online, arrived on time, still waited 30 mins before he even got in the chair because barber took one of his regulars as a walk in even with us having an appointment and waiting! My son ended getting cut by another barber who either took pitty or was just tired of seeing us waiting. You definitely pay for the convenience of being in the mall because it was expensive! By far the most Ive ever paid to get his haircut. Needed him to look presentable for pics the next day otherwise I wouldve left. If you have ANY other options... go with that!

I never complain about customer service, as I am a pretty easy going person. However, my experience with your Concord Mills location, and first experience with the company at all, motivated me to reach out.This past Saturday, I took my son to this Concord Mills location. I booked and prepaid (including tip) online to expedite the process. While the barber did a good job, the checkout process proved to be a disappointment, and more than a little shady.I informed the receptionist I had prepaid online, and she responded with it will be $5 more. I thought, perhaps, my son (11) was considered an adult cut instead of the child one Id paid for at checkout. I asked her what was the cutoff age for children...she responded with a nonchalant, I dont know.I informed her the online price said $20, and Id paid that plus the tip. Her response, yea our prices went up yesterday, and pointed me towards some handmade sign they had sitting on counter. This sign listed no prices, and i find it HARD to believe a simple price change was a 20% difference. And even if it did, isnt it basic customer service to honor the price listed on your website?In the end, I paid the additional $5, but I will never be back. After reading reviews here (after the fact unfortunately), it seems pricing is an issue for them. I did reach out to the corporate Facebook page before posting this, but received no response. I hope someone cares to correct issues like this.

Made an appointment got there at the scheduled time, but apparently there were several other folks booked with the same barber at the same time. It is understandable that you wont be seen at your scheduled time since you cant predict when the appointment ahead of yours will be complete. But unacceptable that you book people at the same time ahead of time and dont call/text and tell them some of them you cant keep it.

Nice environment went in to get head shaved and beard trimmed. Barber didnt edge right, I could of did same job at home with razor. I still have to go home and fix it. Gave him a tip so he can go back to school. Very disappointed first time there not going back.

After having them for 22 years, I had to cut my locs due to thinning from medication.So I needed to visit a barber shop for the first time in my life. A friend recommended No Grease Unlimited Barbershop. The atmosphere was very inviting. I was greated immediately by a few of the barbers. All the barbershop looked so dapper in their bowties. Mr. Ron Kelly was very patient and professional. He eased my nerves and made me smile. I am very pleased with my haircut and I will be back every 2 weeks like clockwork. 😁

Went in today to get my undercut re-shaved and shaped-up and the barber (I cant recall his name, but it started with S or Sh) completely reuined my undercut. He shaved off chunks of my actual hair and made the part way higher than what it was in doing so.. its also very uneven. I know a lot of the guys there are good, but I would avoid this barber in particular at all costs. Im a female. Its not like I can just shave my head to fix it. Im stuck with this raggedy ass haircut until it grows out. Unnacceptable.If it were possible to post a picture then I would do so. You have no idea how jacked my head looks.

New to the city, was looking for a barber. Booked an appointment.. both appointments cancelled. One barber did message me saying he wasn’t working that day. The other just cancelled 30 mins before the actual appointment....I’m just saying, how you got a whole “booking” app and can’t efficiently use it.. that’s trash customer service. A tad annoyed from this whole situation.

Nobody is welcoming and they choose a barber for you. I got stuck with someone who gave me the worst haircut since Ive been in the state of NC. How do mess up a low fade? Terrible customer service!! I had an appointment at 1pm with Quay the Manager and he took someone in front of me at 1:18pm. I told Quay I had an appointment with him and he said, “I’ll get you next!” I called to speak with his boss and Quay got on the phone and said I can find another barber and that he is the Manager and nothing can happen to him! I will not be back and I will speak with his boss!

Took my son here for his 13th birthday haircut and was told it would be. 10 min wait. After 15 min of waiting no one cared to update me on how much longer it would be and there were 3 barbers just sitting around looking absolutely miserable. Had a similar experience with the one downtown. Oh well. Sometimes you dont learn your lesson the first time around.

My husband and son have gotten their hAircut here. Both times, we walked in and all the employees stand there looking at each other trying to get the other one to do it because they dont want to. It is very awkward and does not make you feel welcome or appreciated for coming and spending money there. We wont be going back.
