I am very displease with the lack of customer service this place has. I was quoted 299.00 to clean the smoke smell from the interior of my vehicle. after further questions and discussion I found out that it didnt cover cleaning the head liner. The head liner would be another 99.00. I told them I didnt mine paying 400.00 for taking the smoke smell out. Then they told me they couldnt guarantee that the smoke smell would be gone. So I said, so you want me to pay 400.00 to clean my vehicle from the smoke smell and you will not guarantee the smoke smell will be gone? Then they told me that maybe they werent the place that I wanted to have my car cleaned. With that type of attitude and lack of customer service, I wouldnt give this place even one star.

Doug is an honest, ethical, professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled technician. My car had serious oil leakage-and Doug graciously trusted me with the payment for a later time, did a fantastic job, and gave me numerous tips on how to save money on my car. He gave me the model of tires I should purchase, and how to minimize costs with repairing a crack on my windshield. His work is exceptional, cost effective, and the man is a consummate professional. Im a stay at home mom of a baby-and Doug was so sweet to my child, and was so considerate about how best to make her feel comfortable in the heat. Hes trust worthy, knows cars inside and out, and does stellar work. There really isnt any reason to look elsewhere. There was a price difference on the part that I needed to order-and Doug paid the cost difference himself out of his genuine kindness. Hes a good man. Excellent service, exceptional customer skills, an absolute pro at what he does. His integrity and skill level speaks for itself. Go call Doug! He’s the absolute best!

Unreal how amazing and even newer my car looks! I had an exterior, interior and engine wash done and I couldnt be happier. I drive a 2018 Malibu for Lyft and it needed the care Fresh N Clean gave it.
