Very professional; always on top of things. Very friendly and fast. I always enjoy coming to this location. However, they didnt drive up with my car like promised, luckily my vehicle was close enough in parking lot and didnt clean the plastic wrap and paper floor coverings out before i got my keys back. kind of weird, but will likely come back.
A real horrible experience at Concord Toyota Service. I would not trust service consultant D.G. as it applies to any pricing. Seems erroneous. If you have supporting info on pricing received from the dealer you would think that you would not need to defend the information received. Or for them to bring up a loophole to indicate that the pricing was not available.Note, I was looking at one of their maintenance programs and a call to Toyota of America validated my eligibility as we as a Toyota website after the this disappointing experience.Call other dealers and bring your money and Toyota vehicle to a different dealer that may understand customer service.
I had a scheduled early appointment and dropped my vehicle in the morning. I have been hearing a faint noise whenever i drive and i wanted diagnostics to look into it. My service manager discussed that a service tech would do an evaluation and if nothing was found we could do a drive together to mimic the issue. I received a call 4 hours later that no issues were found during evaluation and that i could do the drive with a tech. As i arrived my manager mentioned to me that the technician union had just walked out although mentioned my vehicle was ready to go unfortunately without doing the test drive. I get a call within a few minutes from another service employee who tells me different information that my car had never been attended by a technician but it was ready for pick up. I ended up just taking my car home for the day after it was with service for about 4 hours. As I was driving home I still hear the same noise I wanted diagnosed.
Dropped my service vehicle the previous day of my scheduled service. I had a 7:40 am appointment. I was dropped off at the dealership 9:15 am. Sat there and noticed my service vehicle was in the same place as the previous day. Asked the service department if it had been touched. I was told it was being worked on right now EVEN THOUGH I could see it in the parking lot. I showed him the truck through the window and asked why it wasn’t touched if my appointment was at 7:40 am. Mind you I dropped it off the DAY BEFORE. I was then told the time is just for check in. Excuse me but that BS. I am a service technician and when a customer has an appointment it’s for work not check in. I won’t be using you for my service vehicle anymore.
I brought my car in for its 10K service. I made an appointment for late morning on a Wednesday and made the choice to wait at the dealership because I live far away. I was told that it would take 2 hours given the number of cars and limited staff. It ended up taking twice that amount, and no one enjoys spending 4 hours in a dealerships waiting room. This is the second time this has happened. While I was frustrated, the service representative I worked with, Gerald, was lovely. He truly seemed sorry for the wait and gave me a complimentary carwash. Gerald answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. While I think Concord Toyota definitely needs to improve on its efficiency in service, or at least its time estimates, Gerald is doing a great job and I recommend him to other customers.
This was the first visit to this particular service location and I cannot say my experience was a good one. I arrived slightly early but waited in the line for at least 20 mins. before a service rep attented to me. I was told the service (the first one on my new vehicle) would be at least 2 hours and to wait in the showroom or guest area. There is no one on duty for service questions here and no showboard to display the status of your vehicle. Shortly before 2 hours I texted my service rep to get a status. Absolutely no reply and after 30 mins I went to the actual service desk to find out if my vehicle was ready. It apparently had been ready a while and was sitting in the parking lot! So all in all I was there about 3 hours, a lot of which was wasted. I understand they were busy but felt this kind of treatment was very unprofessional. My car had not even been washed. Most other companies where my husband and I have cars always wash the vehicle before returning it to the customer. I am very disappointed in Toyota - I really thought they would be better than this.I doubt whether I will return to this location.

Took the car in for the initial 5000 mile maintenance. Employees were very polite. Service Advisor gave proper instructions and the entire experience was totally satisfactory.
Done my routine maintenance for my Toyota Corolla. I’m always confident when I have Deric M. As my service advisor. His honest really takes good care of my vehicles.
Appointment at 10 am on 9/9/2021 for oil change, tire rotation. Was advised it will be about 2 hours. No text message update of service progress. I followed up at service progress at 1 pm at cashier. Car was not touched at all. I requested to pick up my vehicle as my wife will be going to work soon. Talked with Tony in service and I was informed there was a clerical error somewhere! What a piece of excuse! Never going to use this dealership for service at all.
I was very early for my appointment, but the service manager accepted my car for service.Much appreciated.A long wait time for just an oil change, but I was told it would take the same amount of time if I came back at the correct time.===$114 for an oil change -- seems pretty high.===I have a problem with water leaking into the passenger compartment. Problem due to clog in the air conditioner drain being clogged. Svc. mgr. said it was not covered by warrantee because the cause was outside influence, caused by a spider or something, and the cost would be $190.I did not appreciate the warranty not covering that problem and the cost seems very high for what I believe is a small amount of work.I will have that addressed by someone else.
First, my service was scheduled by phone. When I arrived at the scheduled time, my appointment was not on the books. I called the scheduler and she remembered my call and that I did have an appointment for that day and time but she made a mistake. Ok, fine. Mistakes happen. Then I was told that the part I needed was back-ordered and not available for 4+ weeks. I had confirmed the appointment and parts, as well as the necessary sub-contractor needed prior to the appointment and yet no one called to reschedule.A new appointment was made for when the part would be in stock. I called before the appointment to confirm the part was available and left a message for the subcontractor to confirm Toyota had scheduled him to be there. When I arrived at the appointment I was notified that the subcontractor had not been contacted/scheduled to be there. Toyota scrambled and was able to get him there but then had to keep my car for an additional day. The entire experience with Toyota was a disaster and I will not be returning aside from the routine maintenance that I paid for with the purchase of my vehicle.I have received no less than 7 review requests and even unsubscribed from them but received yet another one today. I was going to “let bygones be bygones” but apparently they won’t take No for an answer, so here’s my review: their scheduling department screwed this one up royally and isn’t worth the headache. I will take my business elsewhere going forward.
On time great service Jonathan is the best
Jonathan is the man and this dealership is overall very professional, friendly, clean and transparent. I drive an additional 20 mins to come here rather than the incompetent, unprofessional and garbage service you get at Hilltop Toyota. Hilltop failed to service my vehicle when it had a safety brake recall, they just completely ignored it. Concord Toyota is where I bought my vehicle and will come here to service it along with purchasing 2 vehicles this year.
I own 2 Toyota Camrys, one from 2006 and a newer one from 2017. Concord Toyota has done all the maintenance and repairs on both of them.The service reps are outstanding and have on several occasions gone out of their way to explain things and make recommendations of easier and sometimes cheaper ways to maintain my cars.Two downsides:1. Long wait times for the free shuttle service.2. The online web site for making appointments and describing work that needs to be done is amazingly frustrating and difficult to use. I recently tried to update an appointment by adding some descriptive details and gave up after 10 minutes, concluding that there was no way to do it !
Our service advisor was courteous and friendly, but our overall experience with Concord Toyota was less than expected. We did not receive communication while awaiting a part on backorder and only even got a car back when we called to check in on it. Another issue was completely ignored and also when we picked the car up it was absolutely filthy with heavy dust and ash having accumulated while sat on the lot for nearly a month. Additionally, while I was inside waiting to receive my paperwork, one of the employees was being verbally abusive/aggressive towards another customer. There also was another unrelated dissatisfied customer not receiving much attention at the desk as well. Just not a good vibe or experience. Although we love our Toyota, I don’t think we will be returning to this particular location.

Well they did it again! Service did not put air in the tires to bring to specs.This is the 3rd time in a row.Paid 112.00 for basic oil change and they dont check air pressure like everyone else! Wont use toyota no more for oil changes

Great service and techs that really care! I have been taking my Toyotas here for over 20 years. They have always been kind and honest when working on my vehicles. I recently brought in our Highlander in for a recall as well as an unfortunate Check Engine light and was able to get the problems resolved quickly! The shuttle service has some issues with communications. It’s a nice thing to have available though.

If your African American and look young and drive a new Toyota and want service stay away from this dealership they will discriminate and treat you like the money you spent to buy your car wasn’t good enough and they will retaliate against you if you leave a negative review on the survey and complain to Toyota corporate. This dealership should be investigated for racial discrimination in there service department against young black folks. Worst service ever.

One concerns I have that I have is that they didnt wash my car like they were suppose to.
The service department is a scam. They kept me waiting for a full two hours, claiming that they were looking for my car faulty electrical component, but the car was in the parking lot. They said they would charge me $380 for only the time spent to look for the fob wire issue. The disconnected the car by destroying the fuse. I took my car to another dealer when I realized the foul play, and the guy immediately recognized the issue and told me that there was No an electrical issue. It was just the fuse. Since the guy replaced the fuse, I have not had a problem again with the car doors and fob, and I believe entirely that Concord Toyota is a scam. I can’t think that I bought my car there only to be greeted with fraud. They are losing vital business partners if they keep on doing that. I hope that management pays attention to that kind of scamming schemes and ratify for good before it becomes too late.

They caused damaged to my drivers door, which fine accidents happen, but they way they handled it was horrible. Trying to require me to go to their shop, then not wanting to pay for the repairs their shop estimated it at. Saying they are self insured so cant give me insurance info so I would have to go through my own insurance . Finally got their insurance info which is not self insured, and have a claim in process.
They do a good job maintaining my Toyota for me. You can only come in with an appointment and the lines are almost always long, often starting at 7am in the morning. They have a courtesy shuttle, and a nice waiting area. I always go to Mark Richardson, the service technician, because I trust him and hes very nice.
Called and got in the same day for the scheduled maintenance. Polite service staff.
The service here is hit or miss depending on whom you get. Ive had the runaround with plenty advisors, but not with Gerald. Hes been pretty good about keeping the services on schedule, and keeping me up to date with any issues that arise.

Welcomed by Jewels yesterday. Informed her about the email I got from Toyota about my trucks upcoming service. I also mentioned that I will be having a long distance drive to Vegas soon and thinking of going off roading. She said, it will be a good time to have the truck inspected for that trip. She called me back after it was done and said that everything was as good like when I first got my truck 5 months ago.
Whole the actual service was fine, the automated appointment was a disaster. I used the Chat function and the chat function was unable to help me with an emergency need. It told me that the information would be passed to a service person who would call me as soon as he or she was available, Two days later I called the service department directly and was told there was no appointment available until two days later. What a disappointment. When I arrived I waited in may car for more than 20 minutes before the service person came to talk to me and get my car in for what he said would be about 2 hours. The actual service time was over three hours The problem was resolved and a re-call issue was handled at the same time.
Use caution when using their shuttle service. I had them drop me off at a grocery store. It took me over an hour and half to get a ride back to Toyota. Almost had to get an UBER ride back. Ask before using
I had an experience a long time ago but today they wanted to change the administration, everything is better, good service and all my services to my cars I do there, I recommend it
