The air conditioning in my car stopped functioning. I went to a different dealership and they told me the compressor was bad. The A/C unit was replaced. It still didnt cool as expected. I took my car to Hendrick Kia of Concord. It was a rocky start, but Justin got involved and made sure the root cause was identified and resolved. The A/C wasnt the problem. It turned out to be a bad sensor. My A/C works like a charm now. If it werent for Justin and his service department, Id still be dissatisfied with my Kia experience. The level of care, continued pursuit of a workable solution, and customer service were bar none for me!

Knowing that people are traveling more and returning back to work, I was prepared for the maintenance appointments to book rather quickly. I was lucky enough to get an appointment at a reasonable date and time. Once I arrived (on time), I was notified that the service department should have me out the door within 1-1.5 hours. As I patiently waited for 2 hours to lapse I inquired about my vehicle (since it was going on 2.5 hours). The gentleman at the service desk went to the Bay Area and “inquired from the foreman” about my vehicle. When he returned, he THEN notified me that the foreman was pushing my vehicle front and was going to begin working on it. What kind of service does that convey? If I never said anything how many more hours would pass by before someone decided to provide a courtesy notice that they are backed up? When customers make appointments, it is with the belief that we will be seen at or around that time and will leave within a respectable timeframe. This was a truly disappointing experience at this dealership. If the time was going to run well over 3 hours to get an OIL CHANGE then a courtesy car or shuttle service should have been provided. Due to this I do not plan on referring customers to the dealership. If my time isn’t valued as a customer then I have no further business with you.

You must visit Hendrick KIA of Concord‼️ After visiting Acura, Toyota and Honda, Kia is the dealership that earned my business! I arrived there 20 minutes before closing on Saturday evening, Malcolm Williams immediately came out to assist. He was so helpful and so caring, he did not make me feel rushed nor did he care that it was closing time. His only concern was to find out what I was looking for and to try and meet those needs. He showed me the new K5 GT, but as soon as he found out I was interested in white exterior with red leather interior he ran inside the dealership to grab keys for the brand new 2022 that had just arrived that day! I immediately fell in love and we completed an application that night. Malcolm even came in on Sunday, which is his day off! Malcolm did an excellent job with my financing and working out details for my new car. He introduced me to Andrew Mellor the finance manager. Andrew was extremely professional and I could tell immediately that I could trust him. These gentlemen took really good care of me! There was no pressure, no haggling no hidden fees, everything was straightforward. I am extremely satisfied with my brand new car and I highly recommend Kia of Concord for your next vehicle‼️

We custom ordered a Carnival and once it came in, Malcolm was our salesman who assisted us. It was the first time we met and he was great! Very personable, extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle (the first sales person from any Kia we’ve been to who actually knew the car’s features) and got us the numbers we wanted. There were a few things that had to be taken care of on the vehicle. Briana told me someone would call me with an update on the repair but we didnt hear from anyone. When I called back for an update Briana seemed very agitated that I called and had a very rude tone. We didnt speak with her again after that conversation. If you go here to get service for your car, ask for anyone but Brianna Weaver. I was told my service (an oil change) would take 3 hours, so I dropped my car off. I waited until 4 hours later to call and ask about my car to find out the service department closed at 7. No one had contacted me about my car since 3:30 that day. They kept my car overnight until I called at 7 the next morning for them to tell me that it was done and they aren’t sure why no one had contacted me. The receptionist I spoke with the night before picking my car up told me I wasn’t the first person calling saying no one had contacted them to come pick up their car. When I went to go get my car, I spoke with Brianna who LIED to me and said my number was wrong in the system when I watched the man print off my paperwork and verify my phone number. I even got an automated text message from KIA telling me Brianna was my service advisor. She claimed she called the “wrong” phone number and the voicemail box was full. I have the paper work from the day before picking up my car that clearly states my correct phone number. She also claimed I have two phone numbers on my account but she couldn’t see what the other phone number was when I asked her about it. She asked if I had gotten the automated text and I said yes I did. She claimed it never popped up on her end and it’s weird how I got the automated text since my number was “wrong” in the system. Sounds to me like someone just wanted to leave work at 7 instead of waiting on customers to come pick up their vehicles. The only thing I got out of her was “it won’t happen again since I fixed your number in the system”. Terrible service and will not go back.

We used a broker so we didnt get (or want) the full car showroom/sales experience. But everything went smooth as could be. Nice and clean and modern. All the Hendrick shops in the area are pretty new, and big. They were the only ones in town to have our our preferred trim and colors in stock. The actual review of the car and the paperwork were painless, as youd expect. Would 100% recommend if youre in the market for a Kia.(85 & Bruton Smith can be a madhouse though! Its full of maniacs! 😈)

It was determined that my engine had gone kaput. Needless to say, this was a somewhat stressful time for me, but praise the Lord for Kia’s 10 year / 100,000 mile powertrain warranty!!!!! Words cannot describe the relief I felt in knowing that the warranty would cover the repairs to my vehicle and also place me in a rental vehicle. There is no way that I would have been able to afford either of those and I am so thankful to Kia for including this warranty when I purchased my vehicle a few years ago. Folks, their warranties are the real deal!!Jeff was very professional and respectful throughout the entire process and made sure that I was signed up for a rental car as quickly as possible. His impeccable customer skills went beyond that first conversation - from the day that I spoke with him on the phone as my vehicle was en route to the service department up until the day I drove my car out of the dealership, he always offered me the same great service. I recently came in for an oil change and service on my vehicle that was purchased here in 2018. I first spoke with an agent about a trade in. After that was done my keys were handed over to the service department. This service agent was very unpleasant. He was more concerned with his lunch than answering my questions. Buying experience was fine, but Ive been attempting for 3 calls now to cancel the service contract (that wasnt clearly explained but attached to the loan) and they cant call back or get me connected to a manager. I understand they dont want to cancel these since its easy money but when the contract says its cancellable but you cant get through to anyone to cancel, is it really? Reception isnt helpful. Beware customer service here. Im not sure how effective a BBB complaint is these days but I feel like its the only option.Updated review (8/25/21) - after posting review, Hendricks reached out to get the ball rolling on the refund for the contract which came through earlier this week. Im glad it finally got taken care of and they were quite helpful after the review.

I went in for a normal routine maintenance for my car at 8am. I requested that my car, if possible, could be worked on first because it was a work day for me. They had me in and out on a little over an hour. You cant beat customer service lime that.

The salesman told me he would get me a second set of keys for the car I bought. He never called back, I called the manager he never called,,,very poor service. They dont seem to care. ---Update--The manager called me today and supplied a solution for me to get a second set of keys, so I upgraded them to 3 stars

I was overcharged. It says I agreed to their “estimate” which was NEVER provided, they did not give me the discount for the coupon I presented, there was an unexplained “miscellaneous” charge of $13.98, it says they went over the results of the multi point inspection which was never shown or provided and lastly that I was given a code for their drive through car wash which they did not!!! This was my most disappointing visit to Kia of Concord yet!!! You may have just lost my loyalty!!!

If I could give 10 stars for Mitesh, I would! Mitesh went above and beyond which included coming in on his day off to personally take care of servicing my car. On top of that, he delivered the great news that a new alternator wasnt needed!! He also ran diagnostics to check for any possible bad parts which may have caused the initial issue. Mitesh absolutely made my day today! Thank you again!!!

Bobby Storey was amazing with helping me get my car! Even with the tough situation I am in, he was very informative and got me everything I wanted/ needed out of my car. Nice selection, good folks. Fair pricing. Sales staff allows you to look. Helpful but not pushy. Frankie was great! Highly recommend him. It is nice you can work with one sales person and they can see all 6 lots. Will be back here first for next car purchase. New or Pre-owned.
