I have had Tom and Shannon servicing my car for 2 years now. Repairs have always been clearly stated, on time, and have never had to return for any reason. I recently went in to get my tires rotated and balanced. I had been using discount tire due to the fact it was free through them but they broke my door panels and therefore I would rather pay $70 for good service than not pay and my car get messed up. Upon doing my tire rotation Shannon had called me to let me know I needed a wheel bearing replaced. She was not lying (as some people would like to say they line their pockets with unnecessary repairs) I had previously heard a grinding noise on my rear passenger wheel and could not diagnose the issue myself. Shannon telling me I needed a wheel bearing on my rear passenger wheel confirmed something was indeed wrong. After the repair it now does not make the grinding sound and Shannon, Tom, and their techs very well saved my life. If they had not checked that I would have had my wheel fly off the hub at 75MPH going down 85. No Euroenvy is not the cheapest shop to get repairs but I will pay a little more to know it is repaired right the first time, they go above and beyond to look out for their customers, and they do repairs with a quick turn around time on most things. You will not go to any B&M Euro shop and get a day turn around time on ordering a wheel bearing and installing it. Most shops would say it will be 3-5 days before the part arrives. I will not go anywhere else and have always loved the service I have received from everyone at Euroenvy.
I am very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. They took time to speak with me and explain what needed to be done, were very transparent in setting expectations regarding parts, labor etc.. and provided detailed estimates with specific notes. I have used them a couple of times for maintenance on my Mercedes r350. My car is no longer manufactured in the U.S. so I am thankful to be able to bring to EuroEnvy and trust the quality of their work without breaking the bank. I highly recommend them. Thanks!!
Wow! I’m a BMW enthusiast owning a couple cars. I perform a lot of my own repairs and maintenance on them myself. My wife’s F34 N55 had just recently created a small oil pan leak. Not having the time or wanting to tackle all that’s involved with a x-drive vehicle I set out to find a reputable and trustworthy shop to perform the repair. I know several in the BMW clubs use Euroenvy and they’re very active in the local groups. I contacted Shannon and over the phone she gave me quote. We did have to schedule the repair out a couple of weeks but being booked up and is a good sign. After dropping the car off I was contacted by Shannon with the techs diagnoses and that it was just a “small” leak as suspected. He had some other items that would need addressing in the near future but they by no means tried to persuade me in to any additional or unneeded repairs. The quote Shannon had gave me a couple weeks ago was exactly what they charged. We traveled 1.5 hours each way to come here. I always fear when taking a car somewhere they will not take care of it in the same manner as I do but they did take the time to clean the small amount of oil that had leaked on the bottom covers and seen no trace that anyone had been even been in the drivers seat. I feel they are very honest and caring of others property. I can confidently recommend Euroenvy to anyone needing a quality repair facility that they can trust. They did a great job of getting me in and out. They serviced my car up to my expectations. Waiting area was clean. I liked that they enforced mask inside the waiting area. Staff was friendly and professional.
I highly recommend Euroenvy. To make a long story short they saved me several thousand $. I had authorized a repair, and they could have just done it and made the sale. Instead they called to let me know that in light of my cars age and transmission issues, it was probably a waste of $. They were right! It would have been a dumb more on my part. Finding a good, truly honest, and ethical auto repair shop isnt easy. Look no further.
WOW!! Every Thing!! I love this business because they actually TAKE CARE of ME and my sweet 2008 SLK!! Not only did they REPLACE my transmission a year ago ( with 2 yr warranty!😃) but they do ALL my Service A & B scheduled maintenance checks! ( less than HALF the price of MB Dealership and LOTS MORE attention paid to my beloved car)Shannon is MARVELOUS! She is super smart, she really knows her cars, and the price I pay should really be double! I especially love that they TAKE CARE to tell me when things are going to be needed, what to expect and if I have a problem headed my way. THANK YOU!! Update from my previous post:Spoke with Tom, and we agreed to have me bring my car back into the shop. Tom went above and beyond anything I had expected him to do to address the issues with my car. It was unfortunate that the point person back last October dropped the ball with communicating with me, but Tom stepped up and really impressed me with his desire to fix the problems. I would highly recommend using them...Took my BMW there last October before going to FL for the winter. I had a check engine warning & needed to get the car inspected. I also needed an alignment done, and front brakes replaced. They called me to tell me that the front tension struts also needed to be replaced, said they recommended an oil change. I paid $2500.00 for this work, and headed to FL. The rear tires on the car started making noise about a month after I got to FL, checked everything myself didnt find anything wrong, took to discount tire and they didnt see any unusual tire wear. Got back to Charlotte last month and had rear tires put on, service guy at discount tire said that the tires were wearing out on the inside faster. I called euroenvy to discuss. Guy on the phone looked up my service record and said that the rear wheel on one side was noted as bent, and the wheel bearing on the other rear wheel was bad!!! I told him that these items were never discussed with me during the 3-4 days they had my car. I told him I certainly wouldnt have driven the car to FL with a bad wheel bearing, and bent wheel had I been given that information. His answer was, well its written on the invoice, dont you have a copy!! After spending approx $2500.00 on repairs, it would seem unimaginable that I would decline to have those items repaired if given the information!!! Not sure about others, but just because it is written the invoice as I recall the invoice was several pages doesnt seem to be an excuse if it wasnt discussed with the customer while the car was in the shop. They were able to call me to give me information on the other things they found wrong. I asked him if it said on the invoice that I declined those repairs, he said he didnt see anything!Of course he didnt see anything because a discussion was never had...As a business owner that is a very poor excuse for the lack of communication with the customer, regarding this situation.I will not take another vehicle to them rest assured!!

Took a bit to get an appointment but with their quality work you can understand whyd they be busy. Had a weighted alignment performed. They nailed the specs and had a very fair price. They communicated well and did excellent work.
Euroenvy worked on my 07 BMW x3 and did an awesome job! They identified some other maintenance the car needed while it was in their shop but were sure to call and ask before starting any extra work. The car is driving better than ever now! They were highly professional and I will be returning the next time my car needs something.
We have two Benz automobiles..older sedan and an SUV. EA staff are extremely friendly and professional, renders quality service and they are honest. We are so thankful to have them relatively close by to handle all of our service and repair needs.

All the people here are very nice and professional. We were given a very clear breakdown of the cost beforehand. They were very fair with pricing and only did what needed to be done or asked to check (no unnecessary work or overcharging). The waiting room was comfortable enough for me to bring my work laptop and get my work done while I waited. It felt like I was in a friend or family members place. As a female I didn’t feel like I was uncomfortable at all. While waiting, I was also able to observe how they treated everyone that came in. They didn’t treat anyone differently than the next. Money cant buy the level of honesty that Euroenvy brings to the table. Their work is top notch and pricing is fair. I ask them a lot of questions. I came to find out that not only they fix the problem, but they also fix the situation that caused the problem to take place. They dont want you to come back to them again and again with the same problem months down the road. Diagnosis is an art, and these guys know their craft. I daily drive E63 AMG, it is not costing a lot to maintain because of Euroenvy. If you dont like wasting money fixing same thing over and over, go to Euroenvy. In the past, Ive been to other mechanics that fixed wrong things costing me extra money despite the use of diagnostic tools. Go to Euroenvy, save yourself a headache down the road.
I love this place. I drive an older 330i with 200K+ miles. They have taken great care of me, they are transparent with the costs up front and they keep you in the loop on time frame for completion. I had my transmission worked on in Raleigh while visiting family and something was done incorrectly which caused me to need to go to Euroenvy. They worked to get me a refund from the other garage because my repair was faulty. Tom and Shannon really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and my trusty old car was running great!

I purchased a BMW Z3 recently and almost immediately the Check Engine light came on. They did the diagnostics, and took the time to help me understand what it meant, what needed to be done, and why. They also went through the vehicle (since I told them I just bought it). and gave me a rundown on all of the components and systems. A couple of things were worth doing, some not really necessary, and they gave me advice on that without trying to sell me extra service. They are now my go to for whatever my BMW Z3 needs going forward!
I took my newly purchased 2006 BMW convertible in and they diagnosed the problem right away and had me fixed up and ready to go quickly. The customer service was top notch. Highly recommend!!

This being the first time having to depend on leaving my car with someone else to perform work on it, I can say that I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of work and done within the promised timeframe. My 98 BMW 318ti had suffered a tire blowout and decided to get four new tires which I ordered myself online, however I no longer had access to wheel and tire equipment like I used to in the past. My fiancé had become good friends with the owners of the shop and had done a bit of work to his Z3 so I opted to have them install my tires and perform an alignment along with a couple other small things. I just got home from picking the car up and I couldnt be happier. steering wheel is nice and centered, rides smooth and can certainly tell a marked improvement over the way the car handles from before. They informed me that the rear alignment was out of spec and would require a adjustable rear toe/camber kit installed to correct it and quoted me the install price of said kit. I will most certainly come back in the future should something arise that I cannot handle myself.

I own 2 BMW’s (2003 330Ci & 2008 335i) and I have brought both of them to EuroEnvy for service and normal maintenance. This place is the most honest and professional BMW and other European car shop you can ever go too in North Carolina. I would never take my precious BMW’s anywhere else. Best shop hands down!
I drive from Fort Mill, SC for each visit. Have been very pleased on each visit. Started coming here after my BMW came off of the factory 4year/50,000 mile warranty. Prices are good but I’m more satisfied with the in-depth diagnosis, preventive advisory, and knowing my car is in good hands.

I struggled with my E60 S85 SMG for years going to shop after shop getting the same job done as well as correcting issue from each of the previous shops. The team at EuroEnvy replaced my SMG motor and instead of throwing more parts at my car actually took the time to diagnosis my car and tried multiple avenues of test to ensure we got it corrected this time. The SMG motor and a SMG software update finally cured the last of my SMG woes. Not only did EuroEnvy turn my car around in record time they did it below the original quote price! Highly Recommended shop with an experienced staff who understand the passion each of us have for our M PWRED cars. Bring your car to them for your next service or major repair and you wont be disappointed.

My E36 track car had some oil leaks that werent what they seemed at first and Euroenvy took care of them with a bit of persistence. Tom was personally concerned about getting my engine sealed up completely. I ran 2 days at the track and not a drop of fluid leaked from the car. I feel fortunate to have a quality BMW shop right down the road from my home.

Brought my M4 to the shop to have them look at my BMW exhaust (that Hendrick BMW had refused to cover under warranty). Tom was very gracious with his time, spending 45 minutes talking me through the exhaust and pointing out where Hendrick had misdiagnosed it. Although I didnt end up buying anything, they were so nice that I wanted to give my recommendation here.

Good evening everybody,A couple weeks ago I took my 2011 mini cooper S to a another auto shop before Euroenvy and to cut it short, they didnt do great job with my motor. I was not pleased, I saw the reviews that Euroenvy had and I thought I should give it a chance. Overall super pleased, fantastic job! They saved me tons of money, and time to my wallet, they are honest and hardworking people. They found other issues that the other auto shop from before didnt, so now my car runs super smooth and great. 10/10 would recommend to everybody who has a chance to. Tom and Shannon did a fantastic job of taking care of an entire cooling system refresh on my 09 N54 135i and intake carbon cleaning last year. They went above and beyond and cleared up a few electrical issues I was also having. Ive found my preferred mechanic in the area!

Awesome BMW/Mini shop. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.Exceptional service and large selection of parts. Had a pothole mishap that severely damaged my mini. Did estimate and worked with insurance adjuster to make sure my ride was properly repaired. When I got my vehicle back it was as good as new. Have since bought parts and fluids for service and upgrades. Tom and Shannon support the BMW and Mini scene and I cant think of anyone else I would want to work on my Mini.
Let this be a lesson to all businesses: if youre going to drive a company vehicle, dont drive aggressively. I was run off the road by a driver of an f250 with your name all over it on my way to class this morning. After giving a warning honk to let the driver know I was there, I was flipped off. The driver proceeded to squeal tires in a 20mph zone, easily doubling the speed limit on a college campus.My friends and I have had good experiences with this company before, but when your name is on the vehicle, your actions are representative of the company. Your company almost wrecked my car and proceeded to flip me off. We value people where we work, so we wont be returning. By the way, I drive with a dash cam and got the entire incident on camera. If it was a young guy, I probably wouldve let this slide, but considering the driver was a middle aged man, theres no excuse for the lack of respect and maturity.

I love this place and would not take my Mercedes Benz to no one else. They are great. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Shannon, Ben and the team are wonderful, friendly, courteous and list goes on.
To sum it up: I trust them. I mainly interacted with Shannon and Ben, but also talked to Tom, who is one of their Mercedes qualified techs. They were straightforward and honest with advice on what and when to expect to replace parts (the dealership likes to highlight even the slightest wear to suggest replacing a part), and what they did was of course cheaper than going to a dealership for the same work. The honesty also carried over to recommending when it is time to trade the car in, even if it means I wont be going back there anytime soon. While I no longer own a Mercedes as of a few days ago, I would definitely recommend them if you do.
Everything was fine until after I paid my money. I came in to have the navigation/radio fixed. After checking over the car to ensure everything worked properly, I noticed my dvd navigation disc was missing. I asked the technician about this and he informed me that it was stuck in my old unit. I asked if I could retrieve my disc and was told I’d have to pay $500. Not understanding the reason for this, I simply questioned why was this the case. At that time, Shannon which acts as the receptionist interjected herself into the conversation, as well as Tom the owner, whom I was not speaking to as the technician named Tony tried to explain. Tom and Shannon became aggravated because I did not understand their answer to my question. Tom rudely yelled at me and said, “It’s called a core charge! And either you can pay us $500 or we can put the old non-working unit back in your car!” At this point, as a petite 5 ft female weighing less than 115 pounds standing alone against 3 people who work for the shop, I felt attacked. Tom then yelled, “You don’t need to be here anyway and proceeded to shut the door on me while I was standing there speaking with the technician. Luckily, I have the conversation recorded on my phone. I went into the shop to inform the other costumer of something because we had been conversing about something prior to this situation. Shannon aggressively approached me in front of the customer telling me to leave off the property and pulled out the phone asking for the sheriff’s contact number.I received an email from Carfax to write a review on my experience at the shop and I was truthful. The shop owner, Tom, or whomsoever is representing EuroEnvy blatantly lied in response to my review and stated that I came back in the shop to harass a customer then ran out of the shop. They also fabricated a lie claiming I threw my hands in Tom’s face who is about 4 times my size. This could be revered as “assault” which I am not guilty of. Since they have cameras, I’d be curious for them to pull the tape for this fabricated lie. I simply stated to Tom that since he was being belligerent with me to disengage with communication with me. He refused and kept yelling at me props to closing the door on me. He seems not to have any decorum when it comes to professionalism. I’ve spoken to others whom have encountered his uncouth demeanor and their sentiments seem to be the same as mine.Also, another fabrication in response to my carfax review is that it was understood that my dvd could become stuck. Again, this is a blatant lie and was never explained, hence the reason, I had to ask the technician why the navigation was showing that my disc was missing.My advice is if you’re looking for professional, customer service, check out EuroEmpire. They are much more respectable and provide customer courtesy. This is something EuroEnvy highly lacks.When customers pay their money, they are also paying for service. This was over a $1500 repair that I allowed them to perform on my behalf for this type of disregard, disrespect and lewd behavior which I received.There may be a response from them regarding this review but customers do not deserve this type of treatment and lack of respect.Good luck if you go here and hopefully you don’t catch these individuals on one of their “bad, nasty attitude” having days because there’s another side to them!!
Shannon, Tom and Daniel saved the day for me yesterday when my car battery died with newly purchased groceries in the car. They jumped the battery allowing me to drive to the shop and then replaced the battery without delay. This was my third contact with them and each time I have been provided reasonably priced high quality professional services in a kind and friendly manner that surpasses any and all prior services Ive received elsewhere. They totally relieved the angst related to such an event, for which I remain grateful!

My car was with Tom for maybe 30 minutes when i got a call about what it was. He fixed it i was out the door under $600 and car hasnt had a problem since. This was 9 months ago!

Incredible. They did everything I expected, with documentation, without me even asking. I had a local top rated indy shop completely destroy a component on my car, and even after spending money with them, they didnt run half the tests Euroenvy ran for only a diagnostic fee. Knowledgable, fast, friendly, and reasonable pricing. My biggest concern with buying a used BMW without a service history was not knowing a BMW mechanic. My first experience at EuroEnvy relieves me of that concern. I asked them to look over the entire car and feel like they were very honest with their recommendations.
If I could rate a 6 out of 5 this would be my review. Friendly, trustworthy, efficient, etc. All of my family and friends now go there. Even the ones from as far away as Columbia, SC. Sharon is like a family who knows her way around European vehicles, Tom is extremely knowledgeable and hands on, Ben is on top of everything and the technicians dot the (Is) and cross the (Ts). I feel Ive finally found a babysitter for my BMW and Mercedes. Good-by dealerships!

Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, one of the techs looked over everything with me and said he wouldn’t charge me to find a power steering leak. Made an appointment and came the next day and they were able to find it in about a half hour, when they called me they had a $60 bill waiting for me (no biggie) after they corrected a loose hose and topped off the fluid. They realized I needed new rotors and brakes on my front (which WAS metal to metal) and quoted me $700 to replace them. After calling Eurowise - near Pineville - they told me the same service would be $480 and I’m writing this review as I sit in my ML320 about to drive home after a day of service from them.Super awesome and fast staff, just prices that aren’t compatible with everyone’s wallets.
You can not ask for better service. Exceptionally reliable technictions. Always willing to answer any questions you may have. They will not do any work you dont need. If the job can wait they will let you know. I dont get kind of service from the BMW dealership.
This place is fantastic! My wife and I are new to BMWs and recently purchased a used 5 series knowing that there would be things that would need attention along the way. Not only did they help steer us away from certain models with certain options, but even helped us find a place for a PPI, since we couldn’t bring it to someone in town.Immediately following the purchase of the vehicle we had a major component break and they did everything in their power to keep the costs down and also looked over the entire car to look for anything else that may need attention and give us their best recommendations.Prices for the major repair were very reasonable and everyone there was very friendly, professional, and answer every question I could possibly think of. I’ll be doing some of the work to our car myself, but I know that I can bring our car to them for anything i’m Not willing to tackle without being completely taken to the bank.If you’re looking for a good Indy mechanic to do work on your BMW, this is the place! I have already recommended them to several people and will continue. Just fantastic!

October 2015: Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I wont take my cars anywhere else again.May 2016: I dont normally write reviews, and I definitely dont write two, but these guys are the bomb diggady in care care. I had an emergency visit for my C240, and it was diagnosed and fixable at the end of the day. Why is this important? Simple! Euro Envy could have fixed my car immediately with 30 minutes left in their work day, but the part had to be ordered. The next day it was there, and the Lady Bug was back in the road. Only real professionals work until the job is done, right down to the wire. Thanks Euro Envy.
