This was the most unfriendly dealership I’ve ever been too. I came from Modesto because they made it sound like it would be worth my drive. A total waste of my time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I drove to San Jose Steven’s creek Toyota and what a difference it was. We was treated with respect the minute we walked in. And yes we got the car we wanted and the deal we were looking for with our trade in

My daughter purchased her first car (2020 Corolla) last week, and what a disappointing experience she had for a first time car buyer. The sales man “Stanley”gave her one key fab and when she asked for the second one, he stated that because this is a used “2020 Corolla” car; it only came with one key fab and she’d have to buy one from a locksmith for $250.00. You’d think that after paying 25k for the car, you’d get two keys and that they’d have the business savvy and courtesy to provide a young woman who is purchasing her first car, with the 2nd key fob, included in the purchase. We do not recommend this dealership and will go to Steven’s Creek Toyota for all our future car purchases.

I have a great experience with Lisa. She reached out to me immediately when the Sienna is available to order. After placing the $500 deposit for the trim level and specs I wanted, Lisa kept me posted periodically on the progress (build date and expected delivery date). I collected the car before the expected delivery date! She is very organized and had all the paperwork prepared when I was there to collect the vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT TO HAVE SERVICE INCLUDED WITH YOUR VEHICLE. Have left multiple messages trying to get resolution which havent been returned, so the automated reply they put in response to this bad rating is garbage. This facility truly gives car dealerships a bad name.Bought 2 cars this year and had a good experience. Come time for our first service and it was horrific. 40 cars all checked in at the same time (9am). Called at 2 told to come get my car because it wouldnt be serviced that day. I assume it was because my car was covered and they couldnt make any more money off me. Called GM and Service Manager and had to leave VMs. No return calls because theyre cowards. Go to Antioch or Walnut Creek, Concord Toyota is trash.

I belong to Costco and I was given this dealership as a member of the Costco auto buying program. I was told the contact was someone named Jasmine. I sent numerous emails to her all of which went unanswered. She sent me a text message to which I responded, and she responded to me that she did not know who I was or why I contacted her. I know this dealership pays Costco money to sale through there auto buying program. part of the reason I belong to Costco is for this service. this dealership did a pathetic job, they obviously have all the customers they need and they do not need me as a customer, that is fine by me. I have purchased multiple vehicles through the Costco auto buying program and this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I hope Costco will drop them. there is another dealership in Vacaville that is not much better. I will never purchase a vehicle from concord Toyota my name is victor wright, jasmine treated me like I was a piece of dirt.

Manager Matt and Salesperson Joseph have won me over to Toyota, Concord Toyota in particular. They were patient and communicated clearly about my options and the process. I had a very tight turn around as my existing lease ended in a day or so! Their great energy, genuine approach, and helpful guidance made my experience 100% awesome!! And David in finance was also great. I am so glad I am now with Concord Toyota.

I lifted my 4runner with Bilstein 5100s and EMU springs. Alignment was going to be difficult and I choose this dealership because my service adviser Nick was awesome on my first 5K service visit. My tech Sam was able to get it aligned perfect and I was satisfied. To top it off, Sam also drives a 5th Gen 4runner so he knew how to get the alignment right. These guys are good. Ill be back for the 10K service.

It was a seamless experience. There were a few people in the dealership who helped me out in the entire buying process - Mo, Robert and Angel. Mo was the rep who i met on the first day i went to the dealership. he discussed the different options and he processed the initial documents i signed. Robert was person who assisted me when i returned to the dealership after 2 weeks to pick up the unit. We went to test drive the unit before driving it home. He prepared the unit and i just waited for all the documents for signing. Angel was the finance manager and he was easy to talk to. i had a pleasant conversation with him while he worked on my documents. Robert even fueled up the unit to full tank before i left the dealership. Great customer experience. More than what i was expecting - based on my experience with car dealerships.

I had a very pleasurable experience purchasing my 2021 Tundra. The sales associate Lisa was very diligent in tracking down the trim and options I was looking for and kept me updated throughout the ordering process. Lisa was fantastic, and found me exactly the truck I wanted. Once the truck was delivered I dealt with the sales manager Matt, who provided me with detailed breakdown of my cost and financing options. Matt was able to find me a very competitive rate and a nice monthly payment. After we found a number that worked well for me I was taken to the finance department and Kelly went over all the paperwork and I happily signed the contact and documents. Kelly was very nice and informative on all aspects of the financing process.Overall I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Lisa, Matt and Kelly for taking such good care of me. Last but not least thank you to Big Mike for running a great team at Concord Toyota and making me feel like a valued customer.

Pretty strange experience here. I have never been to this place before and was given very little to no explanation about the service process as a new customer. I dropped my car off the day before and was notified I would be contacted by phone in the morning. All I did was drop off my key and leave my name number and email address. I asked if I needed to give anything additional and was told no. I received a text asking me to sign for services - as it was my first time here, I was struggling to understand what I was singing and even told the service agent over the phone . After speaking to the service agent and letting him know I’ve never done this before and can’t click on any options, I received minimal instruction and opted for whatever service that I took my car in for (multi-point.) When it was time to pick it up, I was told the shuttle service wasn’t available today, so I had to pay for a Lyft to get there. Once getting there, no was was there to greet me and no acknowledgement until I found my way to the customer service desk. Someone working there (not behind the desk) came up very close next to me, apparently waiting to pick up keys. I had to step back as there was no social distancing practices. When my car was brought out, I asked why there wasn’t the complimentary car wash since it was indicated that it’s part of the multi point inspection. My service advisor told me Because of the way the customer interface looks that it wasn’t clear to customer due to wording that I wouldn’t be getting the wash. I asked him to explain to me where it indicated it was a different service- he said it doesn’t, it’s the same service but only he can see it on his end, the employee facing screen. I confirmed that even though I got the multi point inspection that is listed to come with a car wash, that because it was also listed under suggested that I didn’t select it, even though there is no way to set select - just sign. Even though it was the same service. I let him know my experience there as a first time customer was strange, he confirmed and acknowledged that information isn’t displayed clearly to the customer, and that he also doesn’t like it (as I assume this might be an issues with other customers.) I feel like they could’ve made my experience better or make it right, especially given that the service agent said the language isn’t clear and I didn’t get sufficient customer service prior to having my car serviced but only reactionary explanation once I paid and it was time to leave and had a question . I don’t think I’ll be coming back as it was something so simple they could’ve done.

I enrolled in the Costco Auto program. Joseph reached out to me from Concord Toyota. Due to the chip shortage,almost no Highlander Platinum Hybrid in the Bay Area. Joseph reached out and informed us that a Highlander with the options we requested was available in two weeks. We put down a deposit and purchase the vehicle when the vehicle arrived. The service I received from Jonathan Diaz was phenomenal. He communicated everything with me from the moment I dropped off my car for servicing, to the time he had to notify me of having to leave my car at the dealership overnight last minute. We were able to work with internet sales (Singh) and he was awesome! We were looking for a particular exterior and interior color scheme. We found one in Northern California. We let Singh know we have Costco and he worked his magic. Costco agreed price, current rebates from dealer and Toyota direct. Another lot said there is no way Concord Toyota made us that offer and they couldnt even get close. We appreciate the no haggle great deal. Kellie in finance was great taking time to explain everything and she was very patient answering our questions. We enjoyed not having to deal with a high pressure sales team you generally get when a car dealer. Well worth the 5 hour round trip drive to this dealer.

Kunle reached out to me after my Costco inquiry for a 2021 Sienna XSE. We knew what we wanted and he made it possible! Although we had to wait about 2 months for production to finish and transit, they did keep up informed with updates. Vy helped us on the day of pickup and she was super friendly and helpful. I dont take the time to do surveys or reviews often. Ive been dealing with Concord Toyota since 2014. Theyre great to deal with. I service my car religiously and always like staying while my Prius is being serviced. Their waiting area is open, clean, and work space friendly including ability to charge phone. I say this sincerely, I always bring work to do and theyre always done faster than they estimate. I kid them saying you guys never give me enough time to finish my work. Ive recommended Concord Toyota many times to friends and colleagues as I never feel like Im been given a line of bull. Youre in good hands with these people. Nice folks to do business with and always efficient!!!

Stereotypical - Misogynistic Car SalesmanI cannot review the entire dealership as a whole, but the specific salesperson, Joseph A., who represents the dealership, was extremely misogynistic and overall rude. When we were looking at the car, he had no knowledge of the specific vehicle, and when we eventually test drove it, he asked, do you want me to back it out for you, or can you do it? …Sir, I have a drivers license. Just because I am a woman, doesnt mean I am a damsel in distress that needs a male to solve my car problems. All the questions I had, were met with condescending, misogynistic undertones, followed by eyerolls. I was asking questions because I wanted to know the financing options and any advice he could give. He was completely dismissive and (car dealer stereotype), only cared about me buying the car. He exhibited ZERO patience and when I said that I was going to wait a few months, he gathered all the papers and stormed away. When my family asked if we could have the Carfax and other paperwork, he rudely said, no, dealership use only, and just left.When I do decide to buy, I definitely will not be taking my business/money to Joseph A./Concord Toyota.

8/5/21 - Update: Mike, the GM, called me personally to apologize and explain what happened. He also clarified that there were definitely some improvements that could be made to their website and vehicle availability updates. He reassured me that Concord Toyota would keep in touch and do their best to accommodate my new car search as best they can during these COVID-related disruptions to the industry. I also received a pro-active email from Lisa in Sales about a vehicle that was expected to arrive shortly in case I wanted to reserve it ahead of time. Thanks, Mike and Lisa! I really appreciate the follow-up and caring response. New four star rating. Five stars if and when I get the vehicle of my dreams there :)8/4/21 - Original post: I first chatted online with an associate who confirmed a particular stock number was still at the dealership and available. I even made an appointment to test drive. When I arrived I found out that the GM had taken the vehicle for his own personal use and would not consider selling it. They did not update their own stock database.Apparently, COVID has created a seller’s market and trucks are very limited in supply, so management takes them for their own use and doesn’t care enough about the customer to update the vehicle status.I test drove a certified used, similar vehicle which was not detailed at all inside, and it was pretty discouraging. Apparently they didn’t care enough to detail that specific used vehicle, which cost $54k. Not a great experience. Props to the sales associate who had to deal with my disappointment and vocal disparaging comments when I found out my trip to the dealership was a waste of valuable time. Perhaps other buyers have had better experiences, but mine was certainly disappointing.

Would give ZERO STARS. I took my prius in to get a oil change and have my fob and front bumper looked at since I just paid this same dealership $1000 to change my headlights in which they said they had to take off the entire front bumper. Now the bumper is sticking out and all of the plastic pieces are falling apart. I dont understand how they can say they inspect the vehicle but didnt mention or fix this problem, they even said the same tech has been working on my car, if this is the case he needs to be fired!!!

He also keep me in the loop of the process while my car was being serviced. He mentioned some things that they will need to get my attention soon and give me a pricing on this repairs. Concord Toyota had a desirable car that has been marked up in the southern california region. I called in the morning, drove 3 hours after work to get the car, and left with the car around 11pm. Overall, Joshua Martinez was great to work with. The only caveat was that there was only one finance manager that late working with another customer. I would have hoped that they would have another one on stand by knowing that a customer is driving 3 hours to buy a car, and I could have been out a lot sooner! (3 hour drive back and work at 5:30 in the am only left me with 3 hours of sleep :(

I have had horrible experiences at the Concord Toyota location. My car had a defective visor that needed to be replaced ad the service rep named Nick would schedule an appointment 2 times with no guarantee that the part would come in. So i had wasted 2 trips to be told that they didnt have the part until i got there. I then went to Antioch Toyota where they ordered the part and called me once it arrived to get the part replaced. I would check in early and no one would acknowledge or check back with me. I also ordered a custom sun visor for my car and was never contacted. The service agent, Tomas Covinha, that helped me on 5/15/21 was professional and hospitable he offered a complimentary car wash due to my horrible experiences there. However I dropped off my car at 11:20 and didnt get it back until 4:30pm. So apart from the long wait time it was a better experience than the previous times I have been there. Thankful for at least that.FYI: maybe you have to be an employee to be treated with faster or possibly better service. Some of the reviews that are listed are by employees.

1st rate experience across the board. Made an appointment for a car found online, greeted with smile upon arriving and shown the car. After a test drive decide to make the purchase. My mom just bought her car here, they do a good job selling cars and making the customers happy. They have free coffee and chocolate milk and hot chocolate... I the other hand I did have to wait an hour to find out there would only offer $750 for my trade in vehicle which was a waste of my time and they have a different dealership system that offers something called a black book value not the standard blue book value we know, the buying agent claimed its always higher than bluebook which was wrong... also wrong was the fact he said my car had backfees (even though its on no-op, im positive and I even double checked) so there system is whack.

Super Service guy! Derrick was on it from the get go, I showed up early and had a serious time crunch. No problemo for my service pro, he worked up the quote and emailed it over and spent the time to speak with me on the phone three times. I was very pleased with the courtesy and for the first time promptness of my visit.I am a little concerned with the way my tires are fitted on the rims.. doesn’t look like they are all the way secure...yet I will mention. After hoping to only patch a tire... I ended up needing to purchase all 4 tires (which I was given a deal, and was told why, other places to go to get patched. Being I have children chose to just get them replaced. ( there was no pressure for me to do it)I was slightly disappointed, my car was there all day, I explained I was on a budget; maybe being overindulgent, would have been nice to have a courtesy car wash, which I was told I needed to ask for. Again, on a budget and was told my bill would have totaled $775. Ended up costing me over $800. A courtesy car wash, on the outside, would have been a grateful gift.Hence the 4 stars.There customer service has, however improved..

Jasmine S. at Concord Toyota was absolutely wonderful and joyful to work with. This was my first ever car purchase so I was very anxious and detail oriented and not only was Jasmine able to answer all of my questions but she made the whole experience simple, calm, and enjoyable. She worked really hard on finding the exact car my wife and I were looking for and in the same day she drove 50 miles to go pick it up, helped us find and set up the right car insurance for us, gave us a full overview of the car and compared it to other models and even took it back to detailing herself to wipe it down one more time before we left. Driving in the dealership was easy to find and had plenty of customer parking. The lot was organized by model and all of the cars were fairly clean. We came in around 10 am on a Saturday. The lot didn’t have too many customers yet. It took us about 10-15 minutes of walking through the lot before we were approached by our salesman, Tobi. I was in the lot shopping for a new hybrid Toyota Camry. I specifically came to Concord Toyota to check out the model in the color blueprint. It was the only dealership in the Bay Area that had that color at a fairly reasonable price. He took time to explain all the features in the car. We took it for a test drive and when we came back to the dealership I was ready to work a deal. There was a lot of waiting time, which is to be expected when purchasing a new vehicle. The dealership was able to get me a walk out price that I was comfortable with. It wasn’t until we were with Andy in financing that we found out Tobi has only been on the job for 2 weeks. We wouldn’t have known otherwise. Tobi was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made the buying experience comfortable. Since leaving the dealership Tobi has checked in with me on how I like the car. He has openly let me know that he is available if I have any further questions on the vehicle in the future. I would definitely come back to see Tobi again for another Toyota purchase in the future.

Great! Third time Ive been there in about a week and everyone was still very friendly although I was a difficult customer who didnt know what I wanted. The wait to finalize was a little long and no water but, Im sure this had to do with their COVID policies which were on point so actually appreciate the inconveniences experienced because they are doing everything to keep customers healthy. A+ protocol execution, in times like these and when making a big purchase, its easy to lose sight of the bigger picture and feel its only you but they are very competent in executing a safe process.

Concord Toyota was extremely helpful and persistent with getting me into my new car. They were able to work with me on getting my payments down to where I wanted to. BUT, there is one thing that I feel as if I was CONd in. I am a military member and I have a permanent residence in Florida and wanted to switch my tag from my Jeep to my new car. I talked with 2 members from Concord Toyota about it and they said (verbatim) Florida DMV does not talk with California DMV, so you would have to register this car in California. And I know I couldve walked away at this time, but I really wanted to get this car and it was already past closing. I now looked into transferring my tag and they informed me that I couldve transfer the tag to my new car with no problem it would just take a few pieces of paperwork, instead of $567. Very disappointed and do not feel like I was taken care of financially.

Why would anyone want another type of car? The hybrid Corolla, low, fast, big screen for CarPlay, the lights auto brighten on dark streets, oh, and currently 44 miles to the gal? Tank range 690? About 10k less than Prius? What is anyone waiting for? The price to go up? Engine components to become more scarce? My monthly on a 3 year lease at 250.00. What about the dealership? They smiled like all the others, but this is what I walked away with.

I have purchased many cars from Concord Toyota and have taken my cars there for service during the warranty period. This time I was very disappointed.I had received a recall notice and made an appointment for yesterday morning at 9:20. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Dalton wrote up the order and told me he would call when it was ready. I spent that time running errand locally. I did not receive a call but returned at the allotted time, and asked the cashier of the status of my car. She did not know and went to find Dalton, saying to sit down and she would find me. I continued to wait. When no one came to find me I returned to inquire. They had not found found Dalton but someone else came to tell me they had not even started on my car and never bothered to tell me they were running late. This was well over 3 hours later! I wasted the entire morning! They offered me a rental which would require me to return today. I chose to leave. No recall repair, mad as hell and extremely frustrated. Very disappointing work Toyota.

He was great and provided me with all the information I needed and was easy to work with. There was no haggling required because the price was already great. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle and he accommodated my requests. He also helped my daughter purchase her very first car at the same time. So thank you Singh for your wonderful service! I was helped initially by Dalton when I brought my car in for engine problem he was friendly and very helpful. When I came back to look at cars I was help by Sam and he’s helped find the best car for me. Towards the end Joshua help my mom and I transition from my old car to my new one. Very pleasant people and no sales pressure, going back-and forth from the sales rep to the finance manager to get your right price. I e-mailed the day before I showed up on what I wanted, I received a text and call the next day and set an appointment to see car & start the process already with the understanding of what I wanted at at what price. They didnt have the color I wanted, but they were able to get me one from another Toyota dealer within the same day. By 6:00 PM, we had already closed the deal with the new car! I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend Concord Toyota to anyone whos looking for a great deal and no sales pressures. Call or e-mail before you go with your expectations.

Half of the staff are not wearing masks indoors. Had an appointment for a safety recall. After 1 hour of waiting (30 mins indoors), I have left. My first and last time here.Edit: the dealer called. They state that they have a very good Covid-19 policy. However as the picture shows the staff is not following the policy. I don’t think anything will change. Will avoid.

Something changed with this dealership in the last month. I arrived at 1:40 for my scheduled appointment that was set for 2:20. Did the whole check in process, which had changed. The guy couldn’t find my name and had me open emails and texts that came from the dealership. When I showed him he finally found my name. Don’t understand that one. After that went in to the building to inquire on getting the extended service plan. I stood there and waited for the staff to finish their gathering and discussing the pizzas they had ordered. Finally one nice guy asked in he could help me and bought me to the finance guy that sells the extended service thing. While I am talking with him I get paged to the service area. So I walk over to the service area. Keep in mind i was early and it’s not even 2:20 yet. This is where it gets even more weird. The service advisor tells me that I was an hour early and now needs my car till 6pm. All in one sentence, I don’t get how me being early had upset him. Me thinking he might have the wrong person say, “what?” He replies with we are busy with COVID you know. I say I can’t wait for 4.5 hours for an oil change. So I go to reschedule my appointment. While waiting patiently to do that with the super sweet lady that does the appointments. I was cut in front of my yet another employee for him to get his stuff done. That was when the pizza arrived and they all disappeared including the finance guy. That is when I learned two lessons. Concord Toyota likes pizza parties more than customer service and there is a way better Toyota dealership about 5 miles away that likes to do work rather than eat pizza.

Today i purchased my beautiful 2021 Toyota Rav4 TRD Off Road.. Joe from sales was very helpful throughout the process, he is very professional and with good personality and attitude, he accomodate us even with our late in the afternoon appointment. He stay with us until after closing just to make sure everything is covered. I also want to give a shout out to the finance manager Andy, very cheerful guy. He made me feel at ease while signing the paperworks, hes also very helpful and not very pushy with certain things. The drop off went very well. I was told my truck would be ready around 1:00. When I hadnt received a call by sometime after 2:00 I called. The person I talked to could find no information about me or my truck and had no idea what to do to find it. So I finally said I would come over there. When I got there I found out the truck was still being worked on. I had to wait another half hour before it was finished. I dont consider this very good service especially given the price dealerships require to do this work.

As a first time buyer I had zero information about financing and I made a mistake which I trusted Toyota dealers. They explained me differently and showed me wrong numbers on the paper and I found out later that they deceived me and solved the vehicle at least $8000 higher than what they actually explained to meet . I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Service was fast and friendly, and while I didnt need to really be involved in anything for a simple 10k mile service, Dalton cared enough to point out that he immediately noticed rodent footprints under my hood, and advised a simple remedy of peppermint spray. I know they take great care of my car and actually value their customers.

Great customer experience and our Sales representative, Kunle Majowogbe was excellent. He walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Kunles orientation of our new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE was complete including downloading the Toyota App for remote management of the vehicle. No hassle, no negotiation experience = no stress.Highly recommend this dealership. Tough to find this Hybrid vehicle anywhere nowadays but they had several being delivered and were taking small deposits to secure it ahead of time.
