He reached out to me when needed and insured I didnt have to contact him to find out my cars status.The service video from the mechanic/tech was a surprise. Very professional. Almost felt as if I was at a nice restaurant and the waiter was explaining the courses.Im on my second Audi and been serviced by these folks since 2011.

My most recent experience with Junior Service Advisor Marcus Sauceda exemplified this. Mr. Sauceda, while demonstrating professionalism and intellect, was very responsive in getting back to me with the answers I needed and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. In addition, he ensured my transportation needs were addressed, while my vehicle was being serviced; as my time is limited and important to me. My car had an electrical emergency and wouldn’t start if I shut it off. I called Concord Audi and they arranged for me to drop off my car and get a loaner. My car was repaired the next morning and has run perfectly since then.
Patty was able to take me on extremely short notice and assist me in getting my flat tire fixed. She did a tire by tire inspection and determined I only needed the one tire replaced. She also suggested new tire valves tops for two tires that were missing it. The free car wash was the cherry on top. I can’t thank her enough for fitting me in on a Saturday and being such a kind and considerate professional. A total life saver!

I met Alex Kludt in 2012 at Concord Audi. I walked onto the lot without knowing much about Audi’s or knowing anyone there and was pleasantly surprised at how well I was taken care of. I was also blown away by the Audi product. After a test drive with Alex we made a deal for my first real sports car, a 2012 A4. It went so smooth that it made me feel like perhaps I wasn’t getting the best deal but to the contrary I got a fantastic deal. Not knowing much about Audi’s aside from their strong reputation I took Alex’s word that I was getting the right package for what I was looking for. After driving the car for several months I learned that the deal I got was better than I had initially thought and that the car had exceeded my expectations. Three years later Alex took care of me again with an upgrade to a 2015 S4. Again…a seamless transaction. Here we are in 2021 and again Alex lived up to his reputation and upgraded me into a 2021 S4. As usual, a seamless transaction and a car that I’m completely in love with. Can’t recommend Alex Kludt and Audi Concord enough. Everyone is really nice there. Over the last ten years I have been taken care of by essentially everyone at the dealership. Alex always kept up with me after purchases to make sure I was enjoying my car and every time I went in for a service I got the white glove treatment. I’m a very happy customer and looking forward to many more awesome vehicles from Audi Concord.

Service organization is top notch. I have been going to them exclusively since 2013 and they go above and beyond to take care of our Audis. Charges are reasonable for a dealer but and the trust I have in them has me going back for all my maintenance and repair needs.

It took awhile to get an appointment, but the Service Department is really top notch. Service Advisor kept me up to date on the progress of my repair.
I believe the part needed could have been ordered in a more timely manner. Also, diagnostics probably wasnt required as there was likely only one cause for the problem.

I don’t generally leave reviews but in this instance I think it’s worth it. I just got my 2015 A3 serviced and the experience was smooth, the communication no fuss, and the feedback and information I was provided transparent and clear. I was offered a clean and new courtesy vehicle as the work would take over a day, received a video update showing all inspection points with commentary from the mechanic, and wasn’t oversold on any work that wasn’t necessary. I have experience from 2 additional Bay Area Audi dealerships and I can say that so far, Audi Concord has surpassed their level of service considerably.
Marcus, my service advisor was very helpful and informative. My technician sent me a video inspection of the vehicle. That was a nice touch. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and helpful!
Services included A/C gasket replacement, engine oil/filter exchange, and exterior wash/interior vacuum. Wash was not through- lots of brake dust still on the wheels, water spots on the mirrors, and the interior clearly was clearly not vacuumed. For paying hundreds of dollars for the oil change alone, one might expect the wash service to be top notch…
This dealership is top notch. Both times I have been here they were helpful and great at communicating. They got right back to me after I emailed a question with a follow up phone call. The service and parts department was friendly and got me exactly what I needed. If you’re shopping fir an Audi go to this dealer, you won’t be disappointed . Avoid Oakland’s Audi dealership ! BEWARE OF UNNECESSARY AND COSTLY SERVICE RECOMMENDATIONS:I took my 2021 Q8 in for its first scheduled 1-year service. When I checked-in I asked for an estimate and was told just shy of $500. I then presented a copy from the Owners Manual of Audis recommend service items for this 1-year service. It comprised an oil & filter change and 4 inspections. I would estimate about 1 hours work + parts. I asked the service writer what it would cost to do only the Audi Factory recommended service: $250... about 1/2 the initial estimate. I consider this predatory marketing.GMS
Lived on 4 different states. 4 different Audi locations. Audi Concord is my most recent one and the best one so far. The attention to detail and the customer service is excellent! Kudos to the Audi Concord team for always taking care of me and my car!
My chief reason for the one star review is the interior protection plan I bought with my Audi. I know that additional protection or warranties on a car is rarely a financially prudent decision, but I was at least hoping to save myself some stress of fixing problems with my car. I have some damage to the leather upholstery which should be covered by the plan, however Audi refuses to cover it, and also refuses to refund me the cost of the warranty. Basically, they never responded to any emails or phone calls in any meaningful way. I have spoken to 4 different people and never gotten any resolution. This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever encountered - even my health insurance trying to deny me coverage will at least respond to my messages.

I called at 11:30 today to get a quote on replacing an AC Compressor. I spoke to that parts staff who promptly provided a quote for the part, but said the service department would be the ones to speak to regarding a labor estimate. I then was transferred to a service line that led to voice-mail. I tried calling again later and spoke to a nice person over the phone who said that the service staff was backlogged at that time/on lunch and said they would take down my information to have one of the service staff contact me back. I never received a call or voice-mail in return. I would suggest trying another dealership or shop just based off of that experience alone.

Once again I’m very pleased with the service I received from Audi Concord. Ken(service advisor) is always great to work with & let’s me know exactly what was wrong with my car, and also gave a suggestion to get better performing tires. The Audi Tech(I am not sure what his name is) did a great job with the alignment on my car and it drives amazing now. Also the gentlemen who took the keys for the loaner car and showed me where my car was was very nice.

I was, at first, a bit worried having to take my car into this dealership as my previous experiences with the Oakland Audi dealership were very negative but my experience at this dealership was the complete opposite. I brought my 2019 Q5 for its 20,000 mile service. Making the appointment was very easy by phone.When I arrived, Mike Forney (my Service Advisor) was very pleasant and well-prepared to check in my vehicle as he had already pulled up my record and knew that there was also an update campaign on the ECU software.I was provided with a loaner which made the logistics a lot easier for me. A few hours later, I was pleasantly surprised to get an email with a link to a walkthrough recording with the Service Technician (Z. Cruz) as he was doing a multi-point inspection of our Q5. This is a new nice touch! Service was completed earlier than promised. Mike called to let me know what time it would be ready for pick up. Checkout was just as efficient. Our vehicle was also cleaned before delivery.I definitely would recommend Audi Concord Service (and Sales). Great crew!

My 20 year old son was looking for his first car purchase and Audi Concord really went above and beyond to make it a seamless process. They also connected us with great financing! I’m so glad my son’s first car buying experience was so positive.
I had made an appointment to have my oil changed, as part of regular maintenance. As I was about to being it in, a check engine light also appeared on the computer display. They ran a diagnostic and told me that two things were coming up in the diagnostics PC. The first one was i needed a new water pump and thermostat, and the other one they said it was spark misfiring, most likely due to buildup in the intake. I told them to go ahead and change the pump and thermostat, but that the intake cleaning had been performed by them just over a year ago. I told them to do it, if they felt it was needed, but that they should absorb the cost as most likely the technician didnt do a good job the first time. They totally ignored my suggestion, and placed in the work report, that I had declined the work. Which is a blatant lie. I will be contacting the service manager to complain about this. Very disappointed at the blatant disregard of my suggestion, by Damon and Mike, the two service advisors that I worked with. The car feels fine, so I hope it stays that way. But why take a risk when Im already paying them $2500 in repairs? Very bad, customer service.

The service department was excellent, and they took care of me. I had some issues went by in the car, and, honestly the finance department was terrible to work with. They really screwed me over. Someone tried to help me when I brought my car in to be serviced, but I was still Treated poorly, and my issue was only half resolved. Ryan, my sales person, and Patty, my service person were both amazing, and I can’t say enough good things about them.

Nomore waiting at the lot for hours waiting for financing options. Test drive and fill out the application. Come back the next day and drive off in you new car after the detail and fill up the tank for you!
Lately it’s been difficult to get your car serviced here. When you make appointments they usually cancel or your service spills into the next day. However, once the ball is rolling they provide great service. They even recorded a video of our brake and tire inspection. They even wash and vacuum the car!
Marcus got me in w/o appointment and monitored my service every step of the way, very helpful!

From the time I pulled in till the time I picked up my car the service was first class.
I was here few weeks ago. My car had engine light and start/stop malfunction sign come up so I called their service department to make an appointment. I was asked to walk in by their service department since they are not very busy. When I got there, the person on the counter was extremely rude and told me he would not look at my vehicle till Tuesday afternoon. This person cared least about giving me any customer service. Based of this experience, I suggest to go elsewhere if you have to deal with their service department. They provide rude customer service to deter you away.
Audi Concord is the best!! Got my car at Livermore Audi and will never go back. Concord is more accommodating and have great follow- up.

When I arrive, I’m always greeted with a very friendly welcome. All the different advisors I’ve had over the years were very caring about my cars needs. The communication with my advisors has always been great. Marcus, my advisor for my last service was fantastic. He was super personable and helpful. I really liked the text updates I received during the day. At my most recent service, I was sent a video from the mechanic giving me a walkthrough of what he fixed and what concerns he has. It was really neat to see that as I’ve never seen the underbelly of my car. I highly recommend Concord Audi.

Audi Concord gives great service when purchasing any car. We bought a used 2017 Q7 but you would have thought it was 2022 the way everyone treated us. No haggling can I tell you that was my all time most favorite part about the whole transaction. Go see Brent very kind and accommodating.

I had a great experience at Audi Concord. I was very impressed with their covid safety rules. Everyone was wearing a mask at all times. They sprayed sanitizer on the tables & chairs where we filled out the paperwork for the car. All the tables inside were distanced far apart. And they let me do the test drive without an employee in the car with us. I felt very safe. Sean, the salesman I worked with, was helpful, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all our questions. And I got a car for a great price.
