Kept me on the phone while I was stuck on the side of a busy road, and after an hour told me they couldn’t send a tow truck! Terrible service for lots of money! I am angry and stuck on a busy intersection

I was smashed into when I was driving, on my side by another vehicle. I had someone else in the car with me. I had a Seizure it was scary! Amica went above & beyond. I have them for auto & renters insurance. I just got my car in September & this was December 3rd 2018. It was over 4 weeks with out my car, & I was in the middle of packing with two kids, widow, & my children are Autistic. I moved December 21st. It was a stressful time. Thank You Amica for making my transitions easier, & treating me like a real genuine person & not just a paying customer. It was a personable experience.

Ive had Amica since 2009 and have always had great service from them. I recently had to file a claim for a camper destroyed by mice. After the adjuster came out and inspected the camper, Amica direct deposited the claim amount within just a day or two. I would highly recommend Amica for Home and Auto insurance.

Ive had a policy with Amica for 10 years, ever since I started driving and was added to my mothers policy. I then went on to get a policy of my own with them as they had wonderful customer service and when I was hit by another driver who tried to fight the verdict that she was at fault for the claim they went to bat for me. I didnt have to go to court, they sorted it all out on my behalf and set my deductible payment back when she was once again confirm to be at fault. I have always RAVED about this company to friends and family when ever the topic of auto insurance came up. I had a very poor experience with their customer service recently after a technical issue caused the termination of my current policy and was going to find coverage though an alternate company. After posting a review about my poor experience I was contacted by a manager, Dan, and he was quickly able to sort out the issue and set me up with a renewed policy with no negative effects to my premium from the technical difficulties with my previous policy. Despite the poor experience earlier this week I still feel they have wonderful customer service, they definitely go the extra mile and seem to genuinely care about their clients, not just the pay check.

I was a policy holder for 3-4 year and had two small one vehicle accidents within a year after almost 10 years of perfect driving. One involved hitting an animal, the other was ice related in the winter, but neither was considered a major accident. Amica handled them well, but then I moved out of state and switched my policy to New Hampshire. Amica quoted me a great rate, had me sign the paperwork and then called me and told me they didnt capture the two accidents in the new policy and doubled my rate! They didnt recognize two claims filed theough THEM! And as a result, my premium doubled.It was very off-putting, and they were not polite when I returned their call. It would take a real lot for me to ever have a policy with a company that cant do their homework before writing up a policy and having me sign it.The biggest shock was when I asked if I had to sign the new policy and they said no! Clearly my consent for a change in my premium is not necessary! I have a new policy with the same coverage with Geico and the rate is excellent. They also are easier to get ahold of with their mobile app.Shame on you Amica.
