I would give it a zero if I could. They treated my car like garbage and then it was deemed not a total loss. After the damage was fixed, we then had to deal with the Damage Done by Copart. An ongoing battle and they refused to pay all the fees involved even though they admitted fault in causing the damage in question. No one would talk me except an assistant manager and she had no authority to make any decisions. It was an awful awful experience and I would say do not go near this company if you can help it.

Always a great experience at this location! The staff is great, picking up a car is a seamless experience. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, including loading my truck. Ive only been here twice now, but Ill certainly be coming back!
