The apartment and area was okay, but the property manager Heidi Ectherling was forthcoming and understanding of the tenants problems (I had financial issues and she was able to help me through that). Overall, good area and management.

The prices are way too high for what is being offered. I’ve recently seen more updated apartments with the same price and more detailed. Today my package was damaged. Someone from my complex open my package and had taken what was inside of it. The property manager act like they don’t care about other peoples property. Not professional. Then people park in other peoples places. I’ve had this done several of times.

Looks like a Nice complex. I was just visiting friends. Only issue is some times smells kind organic stuff...

Any issues I have had, from appliances to my patio have been addressed within a day and fix almost immediately, Heidi, Tracy, and Alex are absolutely awesome,

Very nice office staff, pricing too high for what is offered and the location isnt ideal

After living here for five years and having the convenience to pay online, I received an email stating that residents are no longer able to pay online. I work six days a week and this very inconvenient as the office is closed when I go to work and closed when I get off work. This is 2020 you would think online payments would be available.

Great place and less expensive than others but they have mold problems. If they did something to remove this issue the star rating would be much higher. Unfortunately other places are not in my price range so I have to deal with it.

Me and my fiancé applied for this apartment and we had an virtual tour meeting With them, but nobody got to us for the meeting and when was calling them For the meeting they just kept saying “we going to call you back” but never did.

My sister live there close year and it always quiet.

Love this place. The staff will go above and beyond to help you. Weve been here since February and never had an issue with our place. Neighbors are friendly. Pool is always clean and so are the grounds. Like it so much here we are gonna stay.

Ive been here for 5 months. For the price I love it. The landlord and maintenence had gone out of there way to help me when they didnt have to. I would definitely recommend them.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and everyone has been great. The management helped us out in our time of need in moving from Florida at the last minute. Thank you. People above us are loud but not the managements fault. Never had issues with any type of bugs. Maintanence has always been there when we needed them no matter what time it is. Thank you again.

Worst place I ever lived!!! I lived in 110 and the police officer that lived downstairs was so Racist ! They knocked on my door because they thought the smell of Marijuana was coming from my apartment I guess because I was the only colored person in the building but they didn’t mind the Heroin addicts that would walk up and down our complex and even post up shooting in front of our building ...

This place is awful! Almost every apartment has mold around the window seals or in the walls, and maintenance will not do anything but say its because of your curtains or blinds not being open. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything on every side. There is no such thing as quiet hours, so dont complain to the office or police if your neighbor decides to have a techno party at 2 am. Maintenance will not fix ANYTHING, especially the AC units, and will complain that they have to do work. Rent is WAY overpriced for what you get. The playground that is advertised is under water in their clean, stock filled pond that is filled with scum and trash. The sand pit that the playground was in, is filled with pee and crap because the teenagers think its an oversized litter box, and will smoke weed there early in the morning. Do yourself a favor - save your money and patience, and live somewhere else. It was the worst year Ive every experienced in an apartment.

Accommodations are nice. Everything in my apparent was clean well taken care of. My only and more pressing complaint is the noise. Theres a lot of kids.

I rented an apartment here for 4 months while doing an internship out of state. The apartment next to mine literally got shot up with a pistol at about 7 in the morning. The best part was even though i gave them a written notice to end my lease (60 days) because like I said only there for four months. Which they all knew. They still kept my security deposit and charged me an extra months rent so they could find a new tenent. These apartments are not safe. The management are crooks. You should especially avoid Nina. She is a snake in the grass.

I enjoy living here. Everyone is very nice the only issue I have are the people above me which I have complained about but have just learned to deal with.

Great apartment complex, this is family living, a real community

We did not like these. And looking for a place for my mother to live, there were clothes hung out on peoples railings, toys scattered around the grounds, it just was not an upscale place at all.

Horrible, infested roach place to live needs to be updated and mold everywhere. RENTER BEWARE!!!!

The people are loud and the accommodations are deplorable. The apartment has all sorts of bugs and electrical issues. Only stay here if you have no choice!
