Justin went above and beyond to locate the a/c condenser unit on the roof (sketchy directions from me), label it for me and take pictures; so it could be found in the future. He diagnosed the problem, solved it at least for now; and as a result, made my tenant very happy. My tenant had suffered with the heat in his unit for over a week. Justin was also very courteous. Even though he was coming for a very routine furnace and AC inspection, he took his work very seriously and treated the task as if it was the most important job he’s ever had. Nam arrived on time and set up while waiting for the unit to arrive. I expected the job to run all day but he and his partner Aiden were able to finish the entire job in 4 hrs. We retained Service Champions to install a new furnace and air conditioner and new thermostat. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team. They were punctual, courteous and very respectful and a pleasure to work with. Although there were some hiccups on the first day, the problem was in our electrical line and they were able to fix the issue. Special kudos to Mike Guido who came back the second day and got the air conditioning up and running. He was a very nice guy who was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The new thermostat we had bought was defective, and Mike installed a temporary one so we could have air conditioning. Then he went and picked up a new thermostat and replaced the temporary one the next day. We were also very pleased with the salesman, Gerald Anderson. He was very good at setting out the options and making good recommendations and was very professional. We have now hired Service Champions to maintain our HVAC system. I would highly recommend this company and their professional team.

He arrived 20 minutes early. He was efficient, personable, thorough, professional. He explained everything he did and made suggestions without “up selling”. The service was reasonable cost wise. I would definitely use these guys again.

Scott came out and gave us an estimate for replacement of our HVACsystem. He was friendly and professional in his presentation. After giving us several options from which to choose, we decided which products we felt fit our needs. He then quoted us a price and emailed us a written copy of the estimate. Never felt pressured, he respected the fact that we were obtaining multiple quotes before making a final decision.

Mike Guido was my service technician. I have nothing but positive things to say about him. He was knowledgeable and matter fact about the questions I had. I never felt like I was being pressured into getting more service which was a huge relief. He saw the issues and fixed the problem surprisingly fast given the scope of it and helped me save money in the long run by recommending tips on how to keep my unit working more efficiently. Overall great experience and a cool house ready for more hot days ahead.

After moving into a home that had some interesting home repairs, we found Service Champions to clean the ducts (seasonal allergies are awful). One visit was enough to convince us to have a contract with them and we have never regretted that decision. Every employee weve dealt with is professional, polite, does not try to upsell or pressure you into buying something that you dont need. In addition, theyre honest about the options when there is a problem. He brought to our attention the age of our units—time goes by too quickly so we were unaware that it is getting time to plan for replacements. Kyle came and did an inspection of the duct work and the ac unit. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He was personable too. Wore his shoes guards in my house every time he came in.I highly recommend Kyle and the company.Today Jay came out and inspected the ducts.He gave us 5 options after his inspection, including 1 being do nothing at all.They are coming tomorrow morning to install new ductwork throughout the house.I’m very happy with the care and concern both men showed while in my house. Service Champions of Concord customer service is always superb! They are very proactive in emailing and calling you to ask how everything is going and schedule a visit if necessary. They are on time, professional, take the time to really inspect the AC and all its components, provide a quality service and follow through if there are issues. They are very knowledgeable. Our Service Champions tech - Michael came out on a 100° July day and did air-conditioning maintenance to ensure that our equipment works optimally. He carefully cleaned the outside AC unit and ran all tests. Our system was installed new in 2017 by someone else, and we have had yearly maintenance by them. I was surprised how much debris washed out and away from inside of our outside AC unit. Very glad we switched to Service Champions!

Jerry came to give me an estimate on a water heater replacement. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. However the water heaters Service Champions use are more upscale than what I need, so I will not be purchasing from them. I do use them for my heating and air conditioning maintenance, and they do a great job!

Our air conditioner started blowing warm air instead of cold - right after a heatwave. We called Service Champions and they were able to come out the next day. Donald was our service rep and he was outstanding. He did a thorough assessment of our situation and found that our capacitor had blown out. He replaced the capacitor and the air conditioner was fixed. He was efficient, professional, and made for an all around great experience. Will use them in the future for any HVAC needs.

David was very professional and engaging. He took the time to show my husband and I what the best option was to make our HVAC system more efficient. The work was done 2 days later with great workman and a follow up by David. It is nice to have peace of mind with the technicians that the company hires, they are all cordial and professional.

I hadn’t had any work done since we purchased our home 4 years ago so I figured there was some deferred maintenance- they came by as scheduled, performed all expected services and communicated additional fixes. Knowledgeable and I ended up signing up for the annual maintenance which should be beneficial in the long run. Very professional, took pictures of everything as well.

The two installers were very professional, courteous, respectful of property, and worked efficiently in replacing an AC condenser. They exhibited everything I have come to expect over the years from Service Champions — peerless service at a fair price. Highly recommended.

We had service champions come out to access our system and help figure out why it was not working properly. The sales rep diagnosed it as poor ducting so they recommended to replace our ducts. He promised that we would be blown out of the house with the new ducting. We had them install the ducting and unfortunately the system performed marginally better and we were not blown out of our house. We spent the better part of 2 years after that with service calls (probably about 7-8) to have technicians diagnose our system and recommend fixes. They threw all kinds of theories out there and installed dampers, upsized the main supply that they originally ran, installed additional returns. All of the work did not fix the issue. All of the company reps, with the exception of the original salesman, were professional and courteous; however, they could not fix the system after many visits. I rated them a 1 because despite their can do attitude, they could not do what they were hired to do. On the flip side we recently had work done by Absolute Air from Martinez and they were awesome and delivered more than they promised. Please consider Absolute Air and not these guys.

We had Service Champions replace our heating system and zone our two-story home. We are very pleased with the work done and professionalism of the crew who installed our system. We feel that the work done was quality and we will be saving money in the long run with zoning our home, running systems only in rooms we mostly use. However, my husband stated that he would pay cash. After Eric left, he explained that we needed to sale my car immediately to pay for this item. I told him we are not selling my car to buy a furnace. If this well-maintained furnace goes out during the colder months, we will wrap ourselves in blankets and use space heaters until we are able to fix the problem.
