Lost my package, filed a claim and no response. It’s been two weeks at this time.

Deliveries are rarely delivered on time. My last two packages were days late. I am currently waiting on a delivery scheduled for tomorrow and has been paid for express shipping. Package is sitting at sorting location 10 minutes from my house and still UPS has delayed the delivery another 4 days. UPS is very disappointing. Fedex is much better.

2nd day air at 4 days now and bumped over the weekend. Perishable high value packages; no human to talk to. 800 number is a sick joke, endless loop of automation saying it needs tracking number to connect with an agent and then after 5 more messages including some repeats finally asks for the number, then says cannot understand and starts over. Never use this company!

The facility stole 1.4k off of me & didn’t want to give me it till this day it’s been around four months now without any questions.

Nothing like waiting 6 days after paying for 3 day shipping.

I work here so I have to love it because it pays my Bills and education 👽

Very quick! Pull up to stop sign, lift phone and operator will assign a designated drop off location while security breaks your seal. Afterwards drive to the northwest corner, park and go inside to have your BOL signed off. Staff is nice & helpful.

Reviewed some extremely boring topics, thank God all the teachers were cool or else it would of been a very very long time. Check into what their company is all about. Theyve been in business for 111 years, so im guessing they have to ne doing something right?

Nothing on time. US mail faster, cheaper, and doesn’t damage packages

UPS has gone down as fast as the stock market.

Its UPS during Peak...what more can I say.

They dont empty the trash out of the trailers they unload because its not theirs. Not mine either.
