Let me be clear, I hate writing these reviews. I work in a very similar industry on the commercial side, so I know that mistakes happen but it’s how the business responds that truly defines it’s culture. I give this two stars because the Lennox unit I got is awesome and works great, but poor customer service and after-care are unforgivable in competitive rich industries. Keep reading if you want the whole story but, TLDR, keep looking.The experience of shopping, buying, and installing the unit were smooth and painless. They really had me believing that I was in for a good experience but I’m glad I forgot to fill out this review until now. You see, the problems come after: first of all, my installation still hasn’t passed inspection. Fortunately, the unit works fine and the inspector said I shouldn’t have issues, it’s just not up to code. Part of that was on the electrician to fix (and they did) but I haven’t head back since.Secondly, and much more importantly, was the leaking. You see, water is subject to the force of gravity. This means that when you install a drain pipe it must be tilted TOWARDS the drain for the water to flow under gravity’s might. Unfortunately, the installing technicians were unaware of that fact and installed the drain pipe tilted AWAY from the drain.What this amount to is a very slow leak that totaled a few gallons in my crawl space. Water would overfill the drainpipe and then flow back along the outside of the pipe and onto the floor instead of into the drain. The floor was soaked through and the water accumulated anywhere it could.They say they have 24/7 support, they don’t. They do have a bunch of different local phone numbers but they all said, it’s the weekend and you’re out of luck. I emailed my sales rep who was the only one to respond but still didn’t get any help until Monday morning. To their credit, they came out and fixed it right away. The fix, a 30 cent PVC 90 and a block of wood to make the water flow DOWN! The guy’s inspected the water damage but they, of course, said it was fine.If it hadn’t been for another, unrelated, leak in my house, I might not have noticed for much longer. I filled a shop-vac in the crawl space cleaning up this mess after it was fixed but the insulation on the ducts so still soaked two weeks after.Now I have to hire an inspector to come and assess the damage. I asked my sales rep (the only one who ever responded to me) what would happen if the inspector found damage or mold… and guess what, I haven’t heard a word since.

I have been using Now Heating and Air for several years to regularly maintain my furnace and air conditioner. Ben is an excellent technician. He thoroughly cleaned and evaluated my furnace today. He also made some recommendations regarding safety and monitors in the home. It truly is peace of mind having someone to call on.

NOW Heating & Air replaced both my air and furnace and what I liked most was all of my questions were always answered, in a sincere and kind way. They are an experienced company with experienced employees. Rod was the lead and persevered through every moment. Justin was right along his side following each and every request from Rod. When we came across challenges they addressed them without raising their quote to me. We past inspection too. Sam, the owner graciously responded to a few calls and texts.”

The team from NOW did an excellent job! They were courteous, professional, experienced and very efficient. Rod had the lead on the install and made sure everything was perfect. I felt comfortable having the guys in my home and they were especially respectful of not damaging the landscaping when working outside. The office staff did a great job as well. I highly recommend NOW as I have used them in the past for a furnace purchase and will call them in the future if I require more of the services they provide.

Albert and Bobby are the definition of professional - on time and gave me a very thorough explanation on all the work done and how to use everything. If you need any type of work done I recommend these guys 100 percent to get the job done. I would hire these guys again without a doubt. Couldn’t be happier !

Tera made sure we saw multiple options that we could fit into our project budget, calculating loads accurately for the size of our home, while also providing an xcel rebate that saved us even more money! Albert and Bobby did a great job answering any questions I had, while maintaining a professional and productive atmosphere installing the new unit. They didnt take any breaks, worked well together, and I am beyond happy with the work they provided. We will definitely continue to be Now customers! It was a pleasure working with the team from Now heating & air. Albert, Bobby and Anthony showed up right on time to perform our install. They replaced our AC unit, furnace as well as installing our new thermostat. The guys were courteous, professional & took the time to walk us through all the steps they were taking to ensure that our install went smoothly. Even though our unit resides in the crawlspace of our home they had no issue getting in and out and doing a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!

Rod explained what he and his assistant. Zack, did step by step. He also instructed me on the care of the furnace. I was impressed with his and was knowledgeable and he was patient with all my questions. Both Rod and Zack were amicable and very personable.

I called Now Heating & Air on Friday at around 11 a.m. and they had someone out here by 1. Hunter worked nonstop until he found out what was going on and he had it fixed. Not only did he fix the issue, but he was very helpful with all the questions I had. (there were a lot of them) I usually can find something to complain about, but my experience with Now Heating & Air has been nothing but good. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone in the area.

Our furnace went out on a Friday night into one of the coldest weekends of the year! We called Now Heating & Air around 8 PM, and they had a service technician out by 9 PM. We were so grateful to have Ian there working late on a freezing Friday night. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had to replace our furnace (15 years old,) but Ian took the time to be very thorough and explanatory in his diagnostic findings as well as options to fix or replace the furnace. He treated us and our home as it was his first job of the day. He called his associate Tera at 10:30 PM, and she was able to put together a list of packages and quotes and financing options for us. The time they took to explain our options, costs, pros/cons of each option and that really impressed us. They treated us like neighbors and couldnt have been nicer. NOW Heating and Air installed a brand new furnace, AC unit, and water heater that following Wednesday (all units were at the end of their life span and needed eventual replacing). They arrived to the job 8 AM sharp, and did a great job installing everything, cleaning up and getting our house nice and warm. Tera has been extremely responsive every time Ive needed to get a hold of her for questions Ive had. She is always so helpful and friendly. Thank you Ian, Tera and the technicians at NOW Heating & Air for taking care of our home!

I recently moved to Denver and worked with NOW for servicing my AC units and radiator heating system. Tera has been wonderful to work with over the phone. Shes very professional and personable and worked hard to provide the best service person and to try and problem solve our issues.Brian, the service provider was outstanding. Ive never had a better service experience. He was professional, kind, and went out of his way to educate me on the issues and how to resolve some of them myself. Anthony was a great technician. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helped my neighbor and I solve a perplexing problem with our HVAC systems. I would use them again in the future.My only negative is that they have a fairly large ladder fee (my AC Unit is on the roof of a two-story building). Luckily, no ladder was needed for this problem, but for the $250 ladder fee, I could buy a 24ft ladder. While I understand there may be a small upcharge for needing to bring a ladder, $250 feels like an exorbitant amount.

Brian inspected all services/repairs needed on furnace and air conditioner. The extensive work that needs to be done will take approximately six hours. Another appointment was set to have this work completed. Bryan was on time for his 8 o’clock appointment he wore a mask And covering for his shoes.Bryan is a very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and honest.Since we established a working relationship with him we will be asking for him in the future. It is refreshing to have someone like Bryan enter your house.

It is always a pleasure working with Ben Flowers. He is always checking for anything that needs to be adjusted or cleaned even if he is not responsible. At this visit, he reviewed our water softener system that was just added by a different company and he let us know that we need to secure the water tubes to the ceiling so that they do not get damaged by the HVAC system.

Professional experience from start to finish. The initial visit to give me a proposal was thorough and informative. They understood my budget and needs for my house. Great service call. Arrived on time, and had the right tools for the job (mainly an electric pipe cutter to expedite the work...very smart of him to buy that tool for himself). Knowledgable and easily defined the problem and knew what to do, and charged a reasonable amount to do it.

My water heater quit working for me last week. I called Friday morning to see if someone could come and get it going. They sent Ben to help me and he spent about 4 hours trying to keep it going. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a defective gas valve and I decided to purchase a new one. Ben was very professional and did his best to get it fixed, I would very much recommend this company again.

For $59 they sent a kid over who spend all the time upselling me and not listening to my complaint - rattling from the fan and motor they installed. Turns out there were several loose screws (had a different vendor over to inspect their work). I also paid them $100 in December for the required city inspection of the hot water heater. 8 months later and no one has showed up. Should have called a plumber to search for the $159 that went down the toilet with these folks.

Our furnace went out for the third time last Saturday. Service call was dispatched within an hour, and the dispatcher kept us advised of technician time of arrival. Ben spent almost an hour diagnosing the problem, and took the time to explain how our system worked, the parts that needed to be replaced, safety concerns, and options of repairing a 22 year old furnace, or replacement--even going so far to draw diagrams we could understand--it was very educational. The replacement was scheduled for Monday morning, and the replacement techs arrived on time, and the job was completed around noon. Brandon and Bobby both, were efficient, courteous, and professional at the time of installation. We will be lifetime customers of Now Heating & Air.

Great customer service and the 2 gentlemen that came and service installed my furnace and ac unit. Albert and Bobby still came during the snow storm finished the job and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone out there. I appreciate the help.

Our furnace went out one winter day, so we called NOW to inspect it. After opening up the unit, he said we needed 2 parts replaced and cleaning, total $1999, take a few days for parts, OR they could replace the whole unit for $5000, OR both the AC and furnace for $10K, THAT DAY....nothing wrong with our AC. He ordered parts, was paid $1999, and left. Then we get a call from a manager, wanting to make sure we received the furnace replacement quote, it was recommended. Said we got it, just replace parts. Days went by, snowed 3 times. THAT pushiness got us thinking, so we called 2 other places to come out. We never told them what other inspections had revealed. Turns out, those 2 had matching diagnosis....ignitor cracked.....not a word about the 2 parts NOW said we needed. So, we asked. Both said unit would have to be running to evaluate the 2 parts NOW said we needed.....the furnace wouldnt start, so how could NOW evaluate them? We had 1 vendor replace the ignitor and clean unit....done in an hour, works great! Then the challenge of getting our money back from NOW began. Manager had to confirm no services were done, other than inspection. Finally got it. To us, BOTTOM LINE.....NOW REPS ARE SALES PEOPLE, NOT REPAIR PEOPLE.

I run a cultivation facility in Denver and have had the pleasure of doing business with Brian over the past few years over at NOW heating and air. His level of knowledge and professionalism is comparable to none! He consistently goes above and beyond to help our operation when we’re in need and has done an amazing job at repairing a setup that was poorly installed from another company in the area. I called just to get a question answered about my hot water heater. I spoke with Eric Leaf and he was extremely nice. He not only answered my question but gave me some numbers to call to get the legal help I need with my problem with my apartment complex. I didnt use them to get my hot water heater fixed but if they are anything in person like he was over the phone you will get exceptional service! He went put of his way to help me and I greatly appreciate it.

Was a little skeptical because of some bad reviews I had seen, but all of the techs and office staff turned out to be great. Service Tech Ben actually found a hole in the exhaust flue and a water leak that 2 competitors had missed. Installers Albert and Bobby were fabulous. I was impressed with their install skills. I had price shopped 2 other companies. One was cheaper, but it was a lesser single stage furnace. The other was $1K more for a single stage unit too.

Excellent service that is very fairly priced. Ian took awesome care of my heat issue on one of the coldest days of the year. Can’t recommend him and this business enough!

We had an issue with the humidifier on our furnace. Brian was able to pin point the exact problem and explained, very thoroughly, what needed to be done to correct the problem. Upon approval, he immediately went to work to correct the problem and I might add, very quickly. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional at all times. We highly recommend this company for any of your heating/air conditioning needs or problems. This is the company we will use from this day forward. Thank you Brian for your excellent service. This was on 1/21/21.Today - came to find out why humidifier was not going any higher than 21-22. Asked my husband if he had changed the wiring because there were some wires that were not right ie. Wire 12 was where wire 11 was supposed to be, or something to that effect. My husband knows nothing about the furnace, humidifier or wiring. If he did we would not have to call a repair service. I dont know if its fixed or not but I do feel he was at fault from his first visit and is trying to cover himself by telling me that he didnt change the wiring, he just checked it all out to make sure it was working. I paid $139 for his mistake. I dont think I will call them again or recommend them. Bryan as much as called my husband a liar when he said he said he didnt change anything. Sad, cant believe of trust anyone anymore.

Alberto and Bobby did an excellent job of installing a new Lennox heater and A/C. They started the day by arriving at the time they said. We went over the work order and then toured the house to familiarize them with where they would be working. They wore booties, masks, and put down floor protection before starting any work. They then proceeded to installation. Bobby started on removing the old AC and Alberto started on removing the furnace. They were consistently polite, focused on their work, and efficient. They cleaned up the site and left me with a very profession looking heating and A/C installation. They threw in a repair of an existing humidifier that had not worked for years. When they were finished they took us on a tour of the new system and patiently explained how to operate the furnace, A/C and new thermostat. We were comfortable with having them in the house the entire time. All in all, Bobby and Alberto did an outstanding job.

I had a dozen companies look at our AC packaged rooftop unit and NOW was the only one to find a solution and work with me on the project … very professional and they work with you to get everything right. I have my boiler and AC from them.

Brian came out and helped us with a gas leak from our fireplace. He was on time, extremely professional and helped get our gas leak sorted out. We highly recommend Now heating and Air, especially Brian who took extra time to explain everything to us.

I had an issue with my new NTI Combi Furnace, a BIG issue. But, Anthony came out same day (Sunday) to work on the furnace. He needed parts, which he did a great job of getting, and came back asap to get it all fixed and running. He is super professional and made me feel well taken care of. Anthony ROCKS!

I want to rave about Brian, he is the technician that came out to my house to see why my boiler was not working correctly. He took the time to not only fix it but to upgrade the whole unit. Works like a charm now. I will not have anyone else deal with it now, Brian for life!!

Ian was on time and replaced a ductless wall unit that was broken. He explained the steps he had to take and the time it would take to complete. He ran into a couple problems the original installers created and fixed them. Glad I called NOW, will use again if needed.

I would like to retract my previous review. In response to my not so positive initial experience with the company the owner Sam Johnstone took it upon himself to ensure whatever was not done to my satisfaction was corrected. He personally contacted me and we went over any issues I was having and all issues have been taken care of. My A/C is working and I have a brand new furnace. He also gave me his direct number and was told I can contact them anytime. His installation manager Rod is also very knowledgeable and was very patient with me as I know nothing about these systems. I give them a 5 star rating because they truly do care about how their customers feel and want to make sure they are 100% satisfied. I would absolutely recommend this company. Thank You Judy Pabon

It is working very good

Not happy!! We called NOW out and they said we needed a new blower for our furnace at the cost of $1,100. We paid the $129 service charge and said we were going to get a 2nd opinion. A 2nd HVAC contractor came out blew out the motor, reset a few switches, and our heater is running fine. It took him about 20 minutes. He charged us $100 for a service call. Im SOOO glad we didnt hire NOW. NOW are not HVAC repair people, obviously, they are just parts replacers that just want to run up your bill installing new parts instead of fixing the parts you have.

Great work! They helped with permit issues and got me taken care of quick.

Now Heating and Air solved a difficult boiler problem for me--two water leaks in one zone underneath the concrete slab of my building. Eric and Anthony analyzed the problem and solved it quickly, with minimum disruption to the tenets and at a reasonable cost. For boiler problems, Now Heating and Air is your solution.

Ian came out to clean my furnace and cleaned the filters and the blower and did a great job !

First class operation inside out.

The house was initially bought in August. Before the purchase was completed the furnace inspected by NOW due to a slight natural gas smell in the upstairs bedroom. They came out and inspected it saying no leaks found! = $150. After smelling the natural gas smell getting worse for months we had Excel come out and take a look. They found a 10% LEL leak coming from where the gas line enters the regulator for the furnace. We called NOW to come fix the problem that they initially said was okay just months before. The repair tech came out, and determined it was the regulator needing replaced. He went back to the shop and got the new regulator only to figure out when he got back to the house that it was not the correct one. Another 1.5 hours later he returned for the second time with the correct regulator. It was installed, heat working and everything was good. Not. Not only can I not see where the leak was coming from on the old regulator, but the install tech left a lead wire on the inside of the furnace bypassing the thermostat which led us to not be able to turn off the heat for 7 hours (4am). At which point he had to come back for, yes, the third time in

Not ever a good time when your heat goes out in the middle of winter. We got a few bids and this company gave us the most thorough and reasonable bid. When Abram came he was pleasant and knowledgeable, they were good to our home. It’s now warm and will be for a long time with the great new furnace they installed! They didn’t take advantage of our situation, Definitely recommend Now!

I called in because my AC stopped working all of a sudden. I called and Jackie was so helpful. She had someone out the same day and my unit was fixed the same day. Thank you now for helping me out. Highly recommended.
