They are really not bad they reasonably and they do a pretty decent job

The owner is incredibly nice. I had a minor problem in the past and she went above and beyond in resolving the problem. Overall very happy with this place. Been doing business with them for about a year and I’m sticking with this business. Haven’t gone anywhere else for a car wash.

Been here twice and they always do a good job and you cant beat the price. Had a bit of a wait today because they could not get the machine going but for my wait they gave me the car wash on the house. A+

Wonderful! I love this place because they are very nice to begin with. They pay attention to detail especially Nadeen she’s quick but doesn’t miss a thing, leaves the car spotless and shiny. I have a monthly membership because it’s worth it.

Nice staff.. Very short track. Not very clean because of left over bubbles and unreached center back of the car. It is cheap! You just have to finish the job yourself

When I pulled up to the business located on the side of the gas station, I was thinking that I was going to be hugely disappointed. The place is really nothing to look at. To my surprise, I was VERY SATISFIED! The crew was very polite and hard-working. My car was cleaned inside and out with The Works treatment. The initial crew vacuumed and washed my mats, did pre-washing and brushing. After I drove through myself (the kids will love this!) I was greeted by another team who wiped everything down inside and out. They treated the tires and made sure everything was great. I am glad I didnt judge a book by its cover. They employees did a very good job and I was extremely satisfied. It could definitely use some sprucing up...the appearance might deter someone but Im glad I went.

When I wanted the service I received and was content, but once I wanted to cancel my reoccurring subscription on both my cars, I was charged for two consecutive months when I politely asked to cancel my subscription, on multiple occasions. I am fed up due to the amount of attempts Ive made to be reimbursed for 2 months of not using the service and asking for a cancellation!

Very fast service, I got the works service and my car looks very nice. They also are very nice. So, if you have 20 min to get your car clean just go there

Came here on the recommendation of a friend, this place is great. I got the top wash and the employees did a great job. They took their time and cleaned my SUV (which I havent had cleaned in months} really well. They were also very friendly and accommodating and my car never looked better.

It has Pretty impressive Giant Fancy Carwash feel and more personal caring staff, comfortable to go back to and recommend. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the VIP, they do the works and Take care of anything that you think they missed, a couple grains of sand in the mats that they cleaned. If you are a pro this is a place you wanna go to and get treated like by pro staff, The brown skin middle-age Girl is on point, polite and a great worker thank you Long Island CW For giving me, above my value expected. I was pleased to send 2 other cars there a Volvo XC 70 and XC 90 they were happy with it. 👍🏽👏🏿🙌🏿

Superefficient and superfast

The car wash was great until todays me and my mother were frequent flyers going 2 times a week people there are great until todays experience the lady that was working in back said she was the manager/owner and for some reason started to bad mouth all other employees there whom me and my mother came back because of she did not have a professional type of speaking and or managing skills very much turned me off and away I hope that isnt true becaus weve will not be back because of her if shes there sad to say

They dont do what you pay for.i paid 30 dollar, supposedly included degreaser in the rims and these are still dirty and greasy I cleaned them myself at home and they are new 2021 rims

FINALLY! I no longer have to go out of my way for a great wash. LI Express car wash is under new management and you-can-tell.I was reluctant, because I am pretty picky about my car and where I bring it for services, but the associates there handled my car as if it were their own.Usually when I leave car washes I find places where they must have missed a spot, but they really left my car immaculate. They really pay attention to detail and work efficiently which meant I didn’t wait long to enjoy Saturday. I was in and out with a sparkling clean car. They must have changed the machines or soap because I’ve paid more at hand wash car washes and my car came out much cleaner here than anywhere else. Definitely buying a monthly package from here on out, because it’s so worth every penny!

Great place to get either a quick car wash or the deluxe as dee, the new owner was so nice and even shined my tires for me to see if I liked it ! They are open when they say they are and not closed when the old place was there! Definitely give them a try !!!!!

I had such a great car wash. The guys worked so hard to make my car look beautiful and they had so much fun while doing it. The music was blasting and they were dancing while they washed and cleaned. Service is great but wipe down part can be improved.

Waited a good 20 Minutes on line ppl behind me backed out and left! Only 2 men workers then 1 disappeared, once with 1 of the cars in front of me, then again once I got up there? After I went thru there appeared a women worker? I just wonder (WHY VACUM 1st that seemed to be why the cars were backed up and it took SO LONG!) Nice workers but not so good job widows streaked many areas in the interior missed exteriors blotchy spots every were I finished up myself very disappointed 😞

I dont know what metric you people judge a wash by, but this place is absolutely terrible. Only come here if you want your car to come out still dirty and scratched up on top of that.First of all, this type of automatic wash with the brushes is terrible for your paint, but this place doesnt even CLEAN properly.

I went here back today and was super excited to see all this Vintage stuff moving and soap and the track was slow. Slow and steady wins the race. I love this place and I hope more people sign up for the membership. I love this car wash and all its 90s charm.
