Paid $37 and this is what I got for my money. I went inside to complain and was told that it’s $3 extra per mat. I’ve. Never in my life paid for a “full” service car wash and they don’t vacuum the mat’s and when you complain they ask for more money to do what you already paid for. Now I have to stop and vacuum it myself. Unreal. Save your money people and do it yourself or go somewhere else .

This was my first time going to this car wash and unfortunately it is my last I paid $60 to get my car done and it was a disgrace the windshield was not clean I had to do it when I got home they did not do a good job vacuuming the car I will get that done some other time the exterior wash was ok no problem there they did not put on the tire shine which I paid for thats it I am out never again

First time here. People were nice, but the cleaning job they did wasn’t very good. I had a friend raving about how good this car wash was but I don’t think I would come back. I now have to give my car a second wash, waste of money personally.Pre pandemic they always had a long line, maybe they did a better job then but I’ll bring my business elsewhere.

If 0 stars was an option, that’s what this place would be. I paid for the best car wash $57 to come back to a car that wasn’t even touched on the interior. They didn’t even try to put effort in to make it look somewhat presentable.

For the price they need to do a better job

Had a detail done on my mothers 2016 BMW 320i. The car came back with swirls, hazing and buffer trails, looking worse than it did when I dropped it off. I went back with my father to have the issue rectified and he mentioned doing a glaze and clay bar treatment on it. After I told him it needed a compound and polish, the owner proceeds to argue with me about the methods it takes to detail a car, patronizing and disregarding my information.Detail it yourself is not something you should say to a customer. My information was verified by my own professional detailers as sound, and correct. 175 dollars wasted for someone who doesnt know how to treat customers, or do a proper job.

I cant believe I spent $43.45 for this service. They barely vacuumed the car. Glasses are still dirty. Didnt even bother to at least clean top of the wheel... If I wasnt late I would definitely go back and show them the disaster job they did for the price. Not sure why they call this package premium...

First time there the worst car wash ive ever been to never going back ! i paid 40 dollars for everything and they didnt do anything to it and they have so many people working there for what just to slack off!

Terrible experience. They charge a very expensive price of $34 for just a exterior wash, dashboard which does not include car seats and doors. I had to ask the cleaner to wipe down the side of the doors and seats. When you first pull in the first person keeps telling you full service at full service? I would never go back here again.

I asked for a refund thats how disappointed I was. They couldnt do a refund. I paid for full service car wash and full interior which didnt even include floor mats. Cup holders were still dirty. Windows had streaks. Owner was disrespectful and I left the establishment an unsatisfied customer. I will not be returning.

I also paid for the $42.50 wash which is the most expensive package they offer. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a clean car, everything is ghetto and half done. Average at best. Very expensive for the service they provide. Made the mistake of buying 6 ULTRA washes in advance. Not once did I leave feeling like they did a great job. Leave dirt on car until I pointed it out. Weak job cleaning interior. Smudges on interior door never cleaned (happened every visit), no wiping or cleaning by cup holders, they actually vacuumed my front passenger floor and left tissues (which I left on purpose to see if they would discard). I have not gone there once when I did not have to point out stuff not done. Actually had to get owner on 2 occasions to assist .. It seems they really dont care about satisfaction as much as getting you out as quickly as possible. No one supervises or checks what is being done to car. there is absolutely no value for your cost. I really wish my experience was better as I live in the area but I will not settle. All I wanted was to get what I paid for.

Best car wash around hands down. Been bringing my cars here for over 20 years and they are the best at what they do. People cannot believe when they see my car that the paint is 17 years old. Black is very difficult paint color to keep clean especially over 17 years. Not at this car wash. Vinny is the best around.

Muddy monday with my jeep had mud in and out!! They prewashed it on the side to get excessive mud off...by the owner! So it would come out clean! Awesome !! Lots of mud! Thanks!

They do a really nice job. Car is always squeaky clean. They pay attention to detail and spend a good amount of time olishing everything up. Price is not cheap though which I guess goes for all car washed these days.

No attention to detail when wiping, car was left dirty

Terrible. Car was not cleaned properly. Had dog hair on rug and sand in my trunk and seats from the beach not attended to. The outside also had some dirt I personally cleaned off when I got home.

They do a very good job washing and drying your car and spend time to make sure it looks very clean, the owner is also a very nice guy and I don’t want bash his business but the only reason they aren’t a 5 star is that their prices are getting ridiculous. $38 for a premium wash plus an addiction Charge for truck/suv when you add in the tip it’s over $50 for a car wash it seems each time I go here the prices increase, they do a good job but be prepared to spend an unreasonable amount of money to have your car washed

It is one of the best car wash around. They offer a variety of services all meticulously executed.You can also arrange for polishing and detailing at reasonable prices if you leave the car. I never go anywhere else.

Been going here for years. Vinny and his staff do a top notch job. If you ever have a problem, just bring it to his attention and its taken care of. The new Everwash program is a tremendous value for the money and cant be beat. You wont regret using this carwash.

Good job on the exterior, not as much on the inside. I used full service, which is 23$+tax, it is the basic and the cheapest wash over there. A lot of dust left on the interior panels. Decent vacuuming job, though. Outside was just spotless, not a single drop of water was left, armorall on tires, and every wheel spoke was cleaned with rug. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately I just returned home from a $32 car wash (second level) and I am not quite sure what I paid for. There were still dead bugs on the windshield, residue all over both front windows, make up (which I had asked about) in the dashboard holder, and the mats were left not vacuumed and untouched. I am very disappointed in this place to say the least. I would not recommend it to anyone. I wouldve saved both my time and my money had I washed it myself in my own driveway.

Prices certainly have gone up, but hands-down the best car wash anywhere.

They do a very good job, but wouldnt honor and expired coupon by 1 day... I understand it expired (aka, not your fault), but just seemed cheap.

They do a great job of hand washing the cars. Great job of finishing the job by wiping everything down, washing the windows inside and treating the tires. Never a bad service here.

The service is not good. Paid $29 for the exterior and interior cleaning. Exterior is ok but the interior is still looks the same as before. Money and time waste, totally disappointed.

Not like I remember. The staff is nice. The guys in the pre wash area were good but the post wash cleaner was less than good. There was dirt in the inside door handles still. And i gave him a good tip i regretted that after i left. If you are going to do a job do it correctt the first time.

Spent over $50 on a car wash and I had to spend over half an hour touching up myself after they were finished.... I wasnt expecting the car to be detailed but I wasnt expecting there to still be streaks in my windows and crumbs in my passenger seat for $50.

Awful Experience. Paid $40+ to have my truck and front 2 WeatherTec mats washed. Ripped the carpet getting the mats out, poor job overall cleaning the truck, didn’t wipe down the dash. Asked for the manager - bunch of excuses, “we’ll give you a free wash”. No thanks - I’ll go elsewhere moving forward. Lesson learned.

Been coming here for years, but today they refused to take a valid coupon for $2.00 off a full service wash. That lousy two bucks will cost them years of future business. The wash was sub-standard as well. They didnt clean the inside of my windshield. Didnt notice it until the sun glare hit it after I had already left.

Surnell is awesome, you have to ask for him, he jag great attention to detail when it comes to him working with your car once it comes out.. when hes finished youd think it was professionally detailed..

Good car wash, slightly pricey but hey, its summer. Also tip: the tip jar in the back is shared with the guys in the back. Tip in the front means its going to one person who did the finishing on your vechicle.

Worst experience ever. First and last time, never again. I guess I forgot that Im in NY. Everything is about ripping off the people. Im not cheap, I chose the most expensive service that they have. I think that those guys, especially the owner has to go to other car washes to educate himself what car wash should be like, and what the result should be after a car is WASHED !!!! . I could wash the car for 20 $$$ outside only, NOT 40 $$$ !!! Not to mention that all other services are EXTRA !!! Why I pay 40 $$$ to leave with the car little more than half washed ?I wish I can post pictures of how the car was washed.But again ..... this is ONLY !!!!! in NY.

They do an awesome job cleaning my car. But the place is dirty. They always rush me out of the car at first when Im trying to grab my things.The tipping situation is unclear because there are so many workers, no tip jar and do you really tip on a $30-ish car wash?

I brought my brand new (2 weeks old) black ford escape to the car wash and paid for the ultra. After it was finished, i noticed swirled scratches on the hood, water marks on the hood, my windows and mirrors were filthy and so was the front of the car including the grill. I would never recommend this car wash. They just want to take your money.

This is not the first time they smear windshield and rear windows with wax even though I told the guy not to use the same rag full of wax - to no avail. Sad. Prices keep on creeping up, service does not.

I received an offer from LivingHuntingon for $18 to get a Teflon Glazecar wash valued at $32. I realized that I was responsible for the sales tax but the taxed me at the $32 rate.We got the car back and I didnt take a close look at it. It has water spots all along the rear, in addition the passenger door has two low areas which were never cleaned.When I called up and asked for the owner the woman asked who I was. I told her the situation. The next thing I know the line went dead.Ive been to Classic in Smithtown and they spend much more time on the car for about $15. In addition you get a clean car.
