The best shop. Ive had a cut from every single barber who works there, and each one gave a great cut. Consistently great. I wont go anywhere else, theres no need to. Youre in and out, rarely more than a one-person wait, for $25.

Clean, quick and spiffy cut. I called for an appointment, the chair was ready when I got there. Small spot, but each barber is separated by plexi barriers to maintain social distance.

My dad asked me to make this review. He said he really likes this shop and the owner Is fantastic. With this whole virus thing, this shop has really stepped it up. They are taking it seriously and taking all the necessary precautions. When my dad went to other shops I always felt nervous about him going but when he goes here I feel secure knowing he is safe. I definitely recommend this shop not only for it being so safe and clean but also because my dads haircut is great

Came here on a whim visiting a friend and was not let down. I noticed just from sitting and waiting these guys took their time and were very meticulous. Mike did a great job and asked if it was ok every step of the way. Had a nice conversation with him. They got gentleman in there. Will definitely add this to my regular spot.

Wow! Now that was a great experience! I have been trying to find a high quality barber for some time now. I recently came across Commitment Barbers and finally rolled the dice today. I am GLAD that I did so. Arthur cut my hair and he was extremely meticulous with the cut. He made sure it was up to my standards and what I was looking for. Nothing but great things to say about Commitment Barbers . We started with Arthur just over a year ago when he 1st opened up. Since then my son Jason and I have been a happy customer ever since. We are there weekly for top notch haircuts as well as great customer service and atmosphere. Extremely kid friendly and family oriented establishment. Dix Hills / Commack is extremely lucky to have them here. Arthur and his team of skilled barbers are second to none. Give them a shot, You will not be disappointed. Good luck and continued success.

The staff provided a wonderful and warm FAMILY environment! Olga did an AMAZING job. I thoroughly appreciated the amount of time she took, never feeling like she had to rush. All of the barbers seem to make their customer their PRIORITY. We traveled from Ronkonkoma and it was well worth the drive!! Kudos and best of luck.

Customer service, the small chit chat cool I’ll give that the stars. I went with an idea of what I want done, explained and got an understanding, but ended up the person cutting way to much. If you have a hairstyle in mind, show them a picture, this way they know exactly what you want, and the person who will cut your hair will cut it the way HE THINKS you want it, cause he claims he knows your hair, apparently not. Definitely not coming back.

Wow! As soon as I walked in to the shop with my son we were greeted by the friendliest barbers I have ever experienced. The place is very sleek and modern looking and the haircut was amazing. Guys are awesome. I called about ten minutes before they closed to ask for kids haircut prices and without asking they offered to stay open late. Place is clean and professional. They did an awesome job on my hair and more importantly a great job on my 5 and 3 year old. They definetly have three new customers for life

I’m a barber that works/lives in the city and I personally drive all the way out here to get a cut from Ari I know my hair will look right every time. He know what’s he doing and is highly skilled make sure you tip him cause he’ll make you look and feel great!

Was disappointed, went for a shave only. It cost $35... Too much for just an average shave and detailing... No haircut!!... Will NOT be back.

Barber was chatting with other customers 50% of the time and pausing the haircut, not focused on the customer at all. The barber was encouraging and making racist comments, don’t go here if you’re a person of color.
