Found this business while searching on-line. The more I researched their products, the more I liked what I was seeing. For me, this meant quality yet affordable product with outstanding warranties! It also meant personal interaction with someone that was knowledgeable about their product as well as the installation of their product! When Ive had a question, theyve responded quickly...they DO NOT leave me wondering! I am currently in the middle of a major master bath remodel and their product guidance has been a real lifesaving (and time savings!) for me!

We contacted Innovate about their shower walls for our bath renovation. Michele immediately sent out the samples we requested. She answered every question and sent the downloads for installation. We ordered on a Friday and had the walls on Tuesday! The walls are great quality, with no grout lines and give the appearance of a continuous wall. Cleveland Glass Block of Innovative Solutions installed glass block window in my basement and garage. They were ontime, efficient and professional. There is a little learning curve with this product and for that reason we were extra careful as we had no spare panels. We couldn’t make any mistakes. I have to give the support team a 5 star as they were available when we needed info, and or assistance. The owner was very responsive to my calls. With a little more experience and a few more projects with this product I will be able to give a more favorable rating. I will update after my next project. I purchased a cultured marble shower base for my bathroom. Very nice product, expensive, but very nice. Better than anything that you can buy off the shelf at your local hardware store. Miss Georgia Fry was very friendly and professional, and has one of the coolest name Ive heard! And I do appreciate the way it was shipped, they took care of the product so its not damaged in shipping, very nice job.

When I got in contact with Ms. Terry McGuire she was friendly, really knows the product, and doubled checked with me on the color. gave me the time when it would be shipped. All of the panels and materials came in great shape. the panels and the interlocking system is great to work with. the shower looks great.

It was a pleasure to work with Innovate on my bathroom remodel. Cost was a bit higher than expected for PVC walls but realize that shipping is expensive. Everything arrived in good condition and with plenty of supplies. Installation videos were good and helpful. I was slightly disappointed in the white marble imaging - all 3 pieces had identical grain but it wasn’t very sharp. I have actual marble counter tops so the comparison was evident. Given their marketing I expected a more realistic image. I have another bathroom to do and may opt for FIBO next time. The color match silicone was also transparent white and did not hide the corner cuts as I expected. I used it on the corners but opted for regular white silicone around the tub

I called to discuss the possibilities of installing a glass block window in my bathroom to replace the existing common crank window. I had the measurements and wanted to know if they could create a window solution. The design and layout for the window was quickly figured out, cost (reasonable) calculated, and the plan for creation and shipping was put in place. I had a layout within minutes and in less than 2 weeks the custom window was delivered to me in Colorado. Its absolutely beautiful!

I had researched the Fibo wall panel system a year ago when we were going to remodel our master bath. I contacted Innovate and spoke with Mike. He answered my questions . We were going to move forward but Covid appeared and my work load increased so the project was put on hold. About a month ago I reached out to Mike again and we were ready to proceed. Mike walked me through the purchase process, which is very easy, and so we began. We live in South Carolina so the product was delivered. Upon inspecting the metal trim, it was damaged so I took some photos, contacted Innovate and they sent replacement trim the next day. That arrived a few days later no issues. Great company to work with.

I didnt want to tile my shower so chose the vinyl shower wall panels from this company. You have to measure 3 times and cut once as mistakes can be costly as the panels are big. But I managed to finish with one panel spare. If you make sure your studs are straight and level its a breeze to install. Turned out great and feels very clean as there is no pesky grout to clean. Very happy. Will see how this turns out in the long term.

Cleveland Glass Block (assoc w/ Innovative Building Solutions) replaced a very old window in our century home with a glass block window. The work was performed in timely manner with high quality. The glass block installation was a unique one in that it had to be installed to correspond w/ the grade of the asphalt in our driveway. Highly recommend this team.

The ordering process was as simple as possible.Mike Foti and his staff couldnt be more helpful. Although I have yet to install the product, I am confident they will be available should I need assistance.The quality of the product was as expected and delivered in a very timely manner.Although there may be cheaper products available, I dont know if those products meet the quality and appearance of this one.

Installed five glass block windows in my basement. Converted one window in master bedroom to glass block. All windows have vents. All windows look outstanding. Very satisfied/impressed with how they look. And of course they are very functional. The gentleman that came in to install the windows was focused and professional. Would not hesitate to have them do additional work in my home. And I would highly recommend to anyone considering utilizing their services. Also note: the gentleman that came to do the estimate was very friendly and professional. He also looked at some of the other home projects I had going on and made some very helpful and useful comments. In other words I got value beyond just the purchase that I made with them. They did a great job and I appreciate it.

We were gifted new basement windows as a housewarming gift, and I am so happy with the job that was done! We have an old house, over 100 years, so the basement windows were not all the same size. The man who installed them spent all day making sure it was installed correctly, and we no longer have water intrusion into our basement through the windows! We did have to wait a little over a month between getting the initial quote/scheduling the service and having work performed so if you are in a hurry this might not be the best choice, but thats the only negative I can think of. Also, the colored/textured glass shown on their website is only in metric so can be used for dividing walls not for windows, which was disappointing but is because the manufacturers not this company. The staff I interacted with were all nice and helpful, and we had no problems with out of town family paying remotely.

Wow! What great customer service! Mike was so willing to answer questions, go over options, talk out pros and cons. I love that this is a business that will do local installs but knows people need and want DIY products they can trust. It was so great to have a supplier showing confidence in a DIYer rather then trying to talk them into forking out the money for the pros to install it. The product seems great too, but I guess time will tell. I have already recommended Innovate Building Solutions to two friends and will continue to do so as opportunities arise.

The installer had a hard job and he did remarkably well. It was not an easy glass block basement window installation, but the installer ( in the rain) made it work even with my old foundation and difficult to remove old window. The price may have been a bit higher than I thought, but the work made it worth it.

We are SO PLEASED with our new glassblock windows. The difference between the new and old is literally night and day -- our basement is such a brighter, nicer looking space now. I called for an estimate to be done and 1 day later I had an estimate that was lower than I expected. 2 weeks later the tech arrived to install my windows. The job was done perfectly, and faster than I could have imagined. In addition I mentioned we had 2 sleeping babies and he was very respectful and quiet. The icing on the cake was that he pointed out a problem he saw with our vinyl replacement windows which I was so appreciative of. Because of that I have begun fixing the problem which if left unprepared would have been catastrophic.

The estimate was provided rapidly, the scheduling options were explained up front, the installation process went even more smoothly than I had anticipated and the final product was beautiful! A very smooth and high quality process and product. WOuld absolutely use again and recommend.

We used the FIBO wall system and it came a few days before we shut down and it sat in our garage for four months. It is now in and looks really nice. It goes together well but does require a a little effort to sap them together but once done, they are smooth sand tight. When our shipment came, the aluminum parts were in a cardboard tube and the tape on the end let go and they slide out and the shipping company ruined a lot of them. I called and a whole fresh supplied showed up in a few days. The service was excellent and the product as advertised, maybe better.

We had our bathroom remodeled and couldnt be happier! During the planning stage, Jeff, Rob and Robbie gave ideas but reminded us that we could do whatever we liked. When the process started, the guys did all they could to keep the dust and dirt to a minimum with a plastic screen, plastic on the carpet and drop cloths by the door. All were courteous and pleasant. The bathroom looks great and I highly recommend them.

We hired Cleveland Glass Block to replace our basement windows. The person who came out to give us the quote was very friendly. He showed us our options and took down what we wanted to do. They are very busy at the end of the year, so it was about a month before they could actually do the job. When the day came, another guy did the installation in just a couple hours. Im very pleased with how quickly it went and how the windows look.

Mike Foti and the rest of the team were extremely helpful throughout the process. We removed a large corner tub and by taking out a couple of floor tiles, the team was able to custom fit my new shower to the existing space. This saved me from completely re-doing the whole floor. I had some concerns initially about the stability of the glass block wall, but once the grout was in place, it was rock solid. We absolutely love it!

I had two exterior doors replaced and all of my downstairs windows capped this year and last year they replaced my front windows. I was given excellent support throughout the entire process from selecting the doors, measurements (they came out and measured twice to be sure), and installation. The people sent to do the install were on time, efficient and very nice. I could not be happier with the products or the service. Innovate Building Solutions is one of the best company’s I have ever worked with. I looked for weeks to find the product that was within my budget for my bathroom remodeling. I have two full baths that were constructed in 1968 when my log home was built. You can imagine what they looked like. I search the Internet for the marble pattern I wanted and came across Innovate Building Solutions. They have a wide range of patterns and styles to choose from. I emailed the company with lots of questions and was amazed that Mike answered all of them and more. There is nothing standard in my home, I had to order full sheets of the Waterproof Laminated Shower/Bathroom wall panels. Mike Foti was amazing!!! I explained the unusual dimensions for my shower and he helped me order what I needed and answered my emails very promptly. The company is in Ohio, and I live in Oregon, so the time difference could have been an issue, but not with Mike. My drain was also in a very unusual place, so a standard left or right drain was not an option. I contacted the company again regarded shower pan and drain location. One of their technicians contacted me and walked me through the floor pan installation. He also sent me a video on how to mold and cut the drain hole. It was very easy to understand and was a huge help when I finally got to that stage. The panels were easy to cut and install. After we installed everything, I realized I forgot to order the trim pieces. I called Mike and we had the pieces delivered in record time. The bathroom looks amazing, the Calcutta White is beautiful and totally changed the look of the bathroom. I am a DIY person (no formal training, I just do it) and enjoy completing projects. I did get a professional estimate and I almost had a heart attack when they gave me the quote. Needless to say, I completed the project for a fraction of the cost and it looks amazing!!! They did a fine job installing 3 laundry room windows. I swear I thought all three came with a vent but only two did, as per the contract. Not sure if I was misled or I just misremembered. My only complaint was that they must have knocked over the bag of mortar mix because I had to empty the room and sweep it down from all of the grit. Every other part of the experience was top notch, though.

I had glass block windows installed (4 in the basement and 2 in an out building). The work was done in about 6 hours. They look very nice and are sealed perfectly. The installers, Shawn and Issac were professional and put up with my 2 rambunctious dogs.Price wise it wasn’t the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive however the quality is top notch.
