We had a carport and back porch roof added when our house was built at the end of 2019.Since we moved in we decided to add a deck to the back porch and we want to add to the existing roof. Ive called 3 times in the past two weeks and the young lady says she doesnt know when they will be out, maybe next time they come to our area??? The existing awnings are nicely installed arranged by the contractor. But lack of customer service is disappointing 😞

I am not satisfied with my experience with this company. I had a canvas awning recovered in March and noticed some issues in April. I started trying to contact them in April to see if i could have the issues resolved. I spoke to Brittany (secretary) numerous times concerning the issues. She assures me each time, that someone will contact me back or come out to look at it, however no one ever does. I dont think its professional for a company to not get back with a customer after spending a thousand dollars on an awning cover. See photos below.
