Made an appointment to get brows waxed for later in the day. Left counter and went shopping for hour until my appointment time. Showed up 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time and was told they were not ready for me as I wasnt supposed to leave counter while waiting for my appointment. When I explained I had discussed this with the girl scheduling my appointment I was told that never happened by her coworker. I stated I would just come back another time. I was then hatefully told that I would have to wait a few minutes to be taken care of. I cancelled my appointment and will never come back to this brow bar. Thankfully the one I usually frequent is staffed by friendly people without attitudes.

I got my Lashes done, they did not have enough supply and they came off a day. I called and they never returned calls, or my money when I went there. The lady still hasnt called. I wish I could give them less than a 1 star rating. I work for my money!
