BrightView continues to disappoint when it comes to mowing services in our condo community yet they fail at correcting the issues on a consistent basis. With respect to mowing services, they just don’t seem to care about pride in their work, much less quality. As a community, we have expressed our dissatisfaction on numerous occasions yet nothing improves and complaints seem to fall on deaf ears and don’t get resolved. The latest mowing activity left clumps of cut grass in nearly all areas of our condo community in this near drought conditions, they decided to cut the grass lower than previous services. Their work is sub-standard and careless at best and creates a poor perception of our otherwise beautiful community. Enough is enough!

What a terrible organization. Theyve caused multiple damages to my home on several different occasions but refuse to fix any of it. Please do not use this company. I, among several others, are having to file lawsuits against this organization for damages they cause and refuse to fix. Im having to engage several lawyers to hold them accountable because they are extremely unethical and unprofessional. Stay away and use another company that has good people working for them, unlike this place.

I would prefer if I could give this company a lower rating than 1 star. They offer horrible services and wont actually do their job. When they actually do show up, theyve damaged my car and my home multiple times. When I attempted to ask them to repair the damages they made, even on just my siding to my house that they shredded in multiple areas, Josh Hambrick stated that they are not responsible and wont fix any damages they create. After that attempt, Josh and his boss, Ray Lewis, ignore all of my calls and wont call me back. Im currently filing a law suit against their organization. DO NOT USE them! They will damage your property and cause far more headaches than you want. Use ANYONE else but brightview. This is one of the worst companies Ive dealt with in my entire life.

I really enjoyed working here before they started hiring new staff in the office.. 80% of the employees who worked here quit and its going downhill.. I worked there for 7 1/2 years and left cause new boss was prejudice to blacks and got ride of them off his team.. they really dont care about employees I wouldnt recommend working there at all.

Extremely unprofessional. Especially when Im sitting inside my condo with the windows closed and I can hear them arguing outside. My child has heard them arguing with each other many of times. They have broken a couple of my solar lights that are not even in the grass. They never pull weeds. And right now theyre blowing all the leaves into piles on the road to leave there again! I would give zero Stars if possible. Dont waste your time or money

I live in a apartment complex and they were here maybe 2-3 times before I’ve never saw them again. But last July 11/2019 I had a window shattered out of my vehicle from a worker being careless with his mower. A rock was thrown from the mower deck and hit it and results of breaking it. I have been in contact with the team lead (rith yin) they tried to work with me and have safelite come out and do a repair for the window but apparently they needed power to the window in order to install properly. What is understandable but in my case this vehicle was a project car for me and I wasn’t able to get power to it. We found another way to deal with it by him saying that he will have Brightview cut me a check for the amount of the window to be replace. I was fine with that. I have been inconstancy with him at least once a week. He told me that after the check was approved by the claims department(10-11-19) it will be about 2-3 weeks before I receive it is now 11-11-19 and still nothing he keeps telling me he will check on what’s going on with it and get back to me. But again nothing.

Brightview (formerly Brickman) is landscaping company hired to take care of our complex property. They weed wacked all our flowers that were IN OUR FLOWERBED! The fact that none of the staff speak a word of English does not bother me, but they should be able to tell the difference between the lawn and a flowerbed! All that hard work I did to plant those beautiful flowers was a waste!Brightview landscaping staff also do not clean up their mess when weed wacking the bushes and grass outside our front and back porches. I always have to sweep up after them. They seem to have no clue as to what they are supposed to be doing.My neighbors have made the same complaints; having their flowerbeds or vegetable gardens destroyed by Brightview staff, with no regard for how it affects us! And I thought chipmunks and squirrels were bad!

Absolutely horrible. will not meet terms of the contract in terms of mowing and weeding. have met with the multiple times, escalated thru account and branch manager trying to reach corporate

Our grass at Timbers Edge is despicable . Our landscaping company has not been on our property since May 22, 2018. It is now May 31, 2018. That is 9 days and the grass was not cut very short on May 22, 2018 when they were here. Yes we had a holiday however they should have been professional and planned for the holidayGiven the fact that tall grass provides an essential environment for breeding ticks the grass needs cut more often or shorter. The grass measures anywhere from 7 inches to 12 inches in our neighborhood. It is unpleasant and unsafe to walk in for both humans and pets. We have already had a black legged tick come into our home from walking to the neighbors across the street 1 week ago. You dont have to be a pet owner to notice. It is 12 inches outside of my doorThis company manager gave an excuse of the holiday and the rain. They are real sorry and still hve not come out. The group that comes out run the mowers so fast and miss grass. They have damaged my personal property and nearly run over my dog while we were walking on the driveway. I would not recommend this company. Lazy workers and poor management.

Brightview does not do a good job if I were looking for a landscaping company I would move past this one they charge a premium only to do half of what they promised. I have been trying to get a hold of them to talk to someone but whenever I call there is “someone else” that is the person I need to talk and I’m redirected. If you want to waste your hard earned money by all means choose brickman or brightview or whatever they would like to be called now. They will most likely deny any accusations of poor worksmanship but I have pictures to prove it this time unlike in the past.

I live at the Falls at Hayden Run with more than 500 owner households and our grass cutting has been so erratic and poorly done that I have finally submitted a review. The grass is now over a foot long. When it gets cut, grass is strewn into the flower beds and left in clumps which has been killing the living grass. I am very disappointed in their service and suspect/hope their contract will be terminated after so many complaints about their service.

Do not trust this company. They lie and will steal materials. We did a job for them they took the materials out of our check and would not give the materials back. Still haven’t even got our final check.
