Really nice customer friendly towing service i called for a tow truck at about 7:45 told the dispatcher my Location the dispatcher was really nice asked me a few questions concerning my problem with my vehicle said they would be sending a driver out right away the tow truck driver arrived lest in 10 minutes he himself was also very friendly and Curtis told me what my problem was and how to fix it asked me was there anything else he could do to help me towed my car to my house just a overall really great experience with a tow company

I drove my Telsa Model S through a large puddle on Hamilton road under the I-270 bridge. There was soo much water the it caused the under covering to become loose and start dragging on the ground. I thought I really messed up my car. I pulled over and used Tesla road side assistance. After no response from Tesla road side assistance, I called Eastland Towing. Tracy came out and was able to fix my issue without needing a tow saving me money in the process. I cant thank him enough. He deserves more than the 5 stars allotted for this review. Eastland Crane and Towing is not just another company like Rustys. They provide quality customer service with a smile. I have never experienced customer service like when I called into the office to get my car towed. The lady on the phone was so polite and accommodating. The gentleman who came and towed my car was so helpful and polite. It was a blonde gentleman with a red beard but albino complexion. Most tow truck guys are creepers so I was happy to feel safe while they were hooking up my car to tow it to the body shop.

A+ team. I have used multiple times when in need of a tow. Great group of guys. Courteous and fair. I hear they have a great drag racing team too. Can’t wait to see them in action next time I go to Marion. Keep up the good work!

I got a flat tire in my work truck so my company called Eastland and Bobby was at my location in 30 minutes, very polite, courteous and fast. I was back on the road in less than an hour from the time I called to when he was done fixing the tire. I highly recommend Eastland for any towing or roadside issue.

My wife had a tire blowout on 270 near Easton after hitting a pothole. State Farm roadside assistance deployed Eastland Towing with an ETA of 30 minutes. Darrin arrived in 28 minutes which amazed us. Very helpful and nice right when I needed them! I called Eastland Towing on Sunday after another towing company promised to pick me up multiple times, but never arrived. After over 2 hours waiting in 90 degree heat I called Eastland Towing. The dispatcher promised me a pick up in 20 minutes and he hit the nail on the head! The driver, Scott, was very nice and did a great job.

Had my daughters car towed from 3244 Hamilton Rd @ 7 p.m. 8/27/2018 to Byers Collision Center. Car made it but key did not. I called at 6:30 a.m. to try and find my key, guy tells me he would call me back. Never Did.... My daughter calls from a diff # he tells her the driver is second shift and he cant get a hold of him to find my key. Now the body shop cant do there job. So the driver doesnt come in until 4 p.m.. So now I cant get my car worked on until tomorrow. What a inconvenience. I would NOT recommend East land towing. They are rude and irresponsible and dispatch yelled at me. Unprofessional. Also, I have ball joint damage F/L and he refused to get a rollback.

Look, after reading some of these reviews I thought I should do one. My experience with Eastland has always been good. I had one occasion that was maybe a little more than it should have been. But on par they are the best in the city! Folks only look at what they can see. For example few people understand the cost of having staff and equipment ready to serve you. The actual job may only take an hour, but the cost to Eastland to have the ability to provide the hour of work is substantial. On 8/22/2018, our car broke down on I270 south. We called Eastland Towing and the driver, Nick arrived. Very courteous and professional. We needed an alternator and none of the normal parts stores could get it quickly since its an older import, so Nick called a buddy of his that owns a shop and he told him who to call. They had it in stock, he towed us there. Price was very reasonable for the towing. He left us there so we could replace the alternator and have our battery charged so we could get back on the road home to NC. We even called their shop and complimented their awesome employee and asked to please pass it on to the owner. Great job, Nick!

I had my car towed after purchasing a new vehicle from the lot is was being worked on yesterday and the gentleman who towed it was friendly and helpful. He chatted with us briefly and was quick and courteous with getting the car home. They tow through my insurance and with the number of tows Ive had to deal with Ive always had a great experience with them.

In short, my transmission went completely out while driving home. Called Insurance, insurance called Eastland Towing, 45 minutes later, Josh, from Eastland towing shows up with a smile and a hand shake and confirms the situation. Hooks up my car and we arrive at a Midwest Transmissions in West Jefferson 45 minutes later.I take pride in how my car is treated and had no problems in the way Josh, from Eastland Towing took exceptional care of me and my vehicle.Good job Josh, thanks for keeping the standard high and helping this Ohio Air National Guard member.

I called to have vehicle towed less than two miles....though company claims to be 24 hour tow service the tow was denied. I was told I would have to call back after 8 a.m. because they were only handling police calls. That is not acceptable when a company claims to provide 24 hour towing service to the public...they need to say selective 24 hour towing depending on who you are. I gladly gave my business to another company who responded to my call with courtesy and prompt service in less than an hour and they had to travel from farther away to get to me. I was less than 3 miles from Eastland Towing.....poor business practices when dealing with the public in my opinion...One star given because I had no choice...lowest allowed.

This tow company is a disgrace to all businesses. Their customer service is basically non-existant. I made an appointment to have my medium duty truck towed and was quoted a reasonable $125 plus $4/mile. After everything was said and done the tow truck driver decided to charge $125 an hour instead without my knowledge. The tow actually came out to be more than double what I was quoted over the phone when I had made the appointment. When I called to speak with a manager, the man I spoke to acted as if there was nothing he could do and could not be reasoned with. I cannot believe businesses like this actually exist and treat their customers in such a way. If at all possible do not give your money to this company!

The prices are ridiculous the owner obviously raises the price as high as possible 8 dollars for cigarettes that are 6 dollars anywhere else gas is 10 cents higher than any other gas station place sucks

I called in to inquire about a service I needed for a major construction company (the guy would have known that if he would have let me finish). He was extremely rude, cut me off at every sentence. Told me, just to get me off the phone, that they dont have roll backs with winches. Wow - you see them in the pictures of your website. You just lost out on a lot of business within the State of Ohio. Shame on the guy who answers your phone.

Son was in accident at night, had to go get him, stressful night, was told they could tow home or any shop for $250, or back to their shop for free, sweet, take to your shop then I can deal with it later, a couple days later, after calmed down, go to get it taken care of, now they charged for yoe, $250 plus storage, an now to get it to a proper shop, underhanded an tricky during a scary stressful emotional night, watch how they word information, its deceptional...

Company told me one price. When my son used them (hes 17) they charged him over 100.00 way over the price they told me on phone for 7 miles. Will never use this towing place again.

They advertise for replacing tires now but I went there to get a tire replaced and waited for 45 minutes to an hour just for them to tell me that none of their mechanics are coming back in time to replace my tire so I sat and waited for nothing. Waste of time!
