Never fun to have to get your car towed, but I was very thankful for the quick and friendly service.

Called this place after waiting 2.5 hours for (roadside assistance thru insurance which they never showed up) University had me picked up in 20 minutes took my car exactly where I needed and didnt charge a fortune! Tow truck driver was super sweet and very friendly. Would highly recommend if you need a tow.

I called the company at 8:00 a.m. to schedule a pickup at 11:00, and then I called at 11:30 and they said that I didnt have an appointment set up. The guy made a new appointment and said it would take a couple hours and eventually showed up at 4:00 p.m. I was able to get my car to the repair shop before they closed at 5:00 but it was a very frustrating experience

I had a driver name Shane and he was absolutely amazing. He even provide his help in fixing my daughters car. Hes a kind and caring person. Thx Shane.

My car locked up and wouldn’t allow me to even turn the key. Called University Tow and the gentleman who came was extremely helpful. Was going to tow to dealership service but he diagnosed as just being a battery issue and recommended a tow to AutoZone instead to save money. Also being new to town, recommended good local auto service companies for the future. Very appreciative of the courtesy and kindness in a frustrating situation. Would definitely use again.
