Mike was the only person that was able to successfully get this vehicle moved due to the low dynamics. I was on I270 from 2:30 - 11;45pm with 4 other tow companies that wouldnt touch it. This morning I met him at 6:30 and he took his time to ensure the vehicle didnt get damaged. Highly recommend his professionalism!!! Thank you so much, Mike!!!!

Quote was substantially higher than other local companies and a 35% additional fee was added for doing even less than was requested of them in the first place. I still have to call another towing company to complete the job. Photos show a 100’ or less winch on solid ground from a chain that I hooked up and had ready for him, tow it 11 miles and drop it in the street. I was quoted $450, it took 1 1/2 hrs, they had me waiting for two hours past the time we agreed on with zero communication. I was charged $600 plus tax. Other companies wanted $200 per hour. (HALF!) I went with them based on availability. My advice, wait for someone who isn’t trying to get their Christmas bonus out of your pocket!

Very punctual, were able to get with me quickly and effectively. I did have a hard time understanding the tow truck driver due likely to a misunderstanding of words/my own inability to understand accents, but that is a mostly personal gripe. If you know where you need to go, they are an incredible service.

Was able to fix my tire even though nuts were on super tight. My battery died in the process of leaving and the driver came back around to help me get it started. Above and beyond. So thankful for all his help!

They’re ere able to get me a tow within two hours of calling. I paid about $150 to go a mile, but I’m not going to complain since they were able to get out to me pretty quick and took good care of my vehicle.

Called BM after waiting 2.5 hours and freezing for a tow service that never came thru my road side assistance...they were there within 20 minutes had me hooked up and ready to go in 10 minutes...took my car exactly where I needed it and didnt charge me a fourtune for the tow! Driver was very nice and friendly (super sweet kid) will definitly call again if another tow is needed... Highly recommend!!!

We use BM Towing for our company parking lot. They are so friendly and easy to work with! They installed our required signs and placed them in clearly visible spots to warn others. Before they started towing cars, they went to each of the businesses by us to warn them that we were going to start towing. They go above and beyond!! They are super flexible with us and our crazy schedule too! We constantly send one-offs to be towed and they always prompt and reliant. I 100% recommend them if you need any towing needs!

My car was hit just as a snow storm was starting. The driver got there quickly but he didnt communicate with us in an appropriate manner. He wasnt even sure he was towing our car. He asked if he was towing it to XXXX place and my husband said yes. We were trying to ask questions. He kept telling us to get in our other car. He just hooked the car up and took off. No paperwork. Apparently you are suppose to follow them to where the car is being towed and pay for the service at that time. This was not communicated. Never in previous experiences with having a car towed have I ever had to follow the tow truck. When we called the company, they were very helpful and transferred us to the driver. He kept saying to follow him to pay. Mind you, the snow storm has kicked up into full swing. We were not risking getting in an accident. I called back the company. They took our payment information over the phone. Unfortunately, we now have to drive to the collision place to drop off the keys. I am hoping that my car got locked.

I was recently stranded due to an unresponsive car. I sat for 2 hours waiting for a battery jump only to find that wasnt the issue. I waited an additional hour for a tow truck to arrive. By this point it was getting dark and being a female, alone with a broken down vehicle I was apprehensive. Steven, the tow truck driver, arrived with a pleasant attitude and immediately put me at ease. He was professional, courteous and took great care loading my car onto the truck. He traveled 30 minutes south of Columbus to help me so our drive to the dealership was long. We had great conversation the entire way and I found him to be knowledgeable, pleasant and dedicated to providing good customer service. It had been a very long day at this point and he made it end on a high note thanks to his dedication. Hes a great addition to the staff at B M Towing. Thats what customer service is all about. Thanks again for everything!!!

Was broke down yesterday in the rain. CPD help push the car off the main road. We called a several towing companys and they all were a 2 or more wait. Called B M and the lady was real nice and said they could be there around 15 minutes. K showed up and helped us. He towed it to my house. He was polite and knowledgable. Will be using them again.

A very good experience with this company. We needed a trailer pulled out of the mud so we could pick it up and deliver it. They were prompt in getting there and were very speedy with recovering the trailer. The workers were courteous and very professional. It was almost $600 for them to recover the trailer but we were very satisfied! We would definitely use them again!

I called and the towing guy showed up within 10 minutes on a Sunday night around 9pm, excellent service and the guy was a pro. He got it towed to the mechanic shop and was able to pick up the car so fast and parked it perfectly at the repair shop! So happy with this company!

SCAM ALERT!! After paying to park in a lot off high street our car got towed due to a trick of 2 lots combined 1 being pay to park 1 being permit parking — the lots are connected and it’s such a scam. To make it better, 20 MINUTES after they towed my car I called to get my car to which they said they were open 24 hours. I said I’m on my way NOW. I show up not even ten min later and the guy said they closed and it would be 30 MINUTES to get someone back to the office— excuse me? Aren’t you open 24 hours and you KNEW we were coming. Plus we didn’t have a car now and it was COLD!! Show up the next day to get my our car out and the guy working “BK” was a complete jerk and unprofessional telling us we did something wrong and it was our fault! Take the $150 you collected and invest in an actual office and some class.

No one was there, waited thirty minutes for a man to call us stupid and demand to see our credit cards. Truly AWFUL the place needs shut down, that drug dealer needs fired, and the police need a better impound lot. Great experience with these guys. Very quick, Very professional, Very kind, and very helpful. I knew it was either my starter or flywheel. Gentleman that came to my aid was a deisil mechanic who had worked on 18 wheelers. He told me the potential problems and even offered a near by shop he suggested to me. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!The back story.....Capital offered me an hour and a half wait. I waited around for them. Sure enough I get a call and see its towing time. I go outside and answer my phone to greet the tow man. Instead I am being told itll be another hour and a half. Not only do I have to wait an hour and a half; I got to wait because he was heading out my way and the office called him onto another job. I was told I would get a call back and be told if another driver was available. I called these guys up and got a driver in 15 minutes!!Plus, they take credit cards!

Broke down a very dangerous area on 70 in downtown Columbus. I was able to get transmission reset after calling BM Towing. I had to cancel the tow before they arrived but they called an hour later to make sure I made it to Freightliner safely. Thank you!

Unfortunately, there is no Zero Star!On Friday Dec 29, 2017, I called B M Towing, and I was scheduled to get my car towed on 5:00 p.m., someone came 5:40 p.m., then he tried to jump my car, which I tried before!When my car started, I told him there is no need to tow my car, since I can drive it myself!He quickly jumped into my car and turned it off!I said nothing, and he left!His coworker (from their office) called me to charge me 55$ for the car jump!!I said fine, but before I give the 55$ to you, I will tear the 55$ off!!She said her coworkers time is worth money!!(My time & them being 40 minutes late is worth nothing)!!Greedy!

The driver (BK) that came out to get us out of the mud was fantastic. We had a 41ft class A RV and the site we were trying to get into was wet from the rain. He arrived in a timely manner and explained to us and the property owner, what his plan of attack was going to be. He asked about buried cables and water lines. I will not hesitate to use B&M Towing of Columbus OH again.Hopefully I will not need them again. Lesson learned.

They came to get me from the highway. Drove the car 6 MINUTES and charged me $140! Ridiculous

Called for someone to come out and change my tire. I asked for a quote, but she never gave me one. Just to find out, they charge $89 to change a flat tire.Driver was a bit dumb, does his job well. His truck didnt have a four way tire iron, so he decided to look in my trunk for one. Hello, I wouldnt be on the side of the road still if that was the case.Said there was a shop around the corner hed take me to that sells used/new tires. Shop only old new tires. Luckily I needed new tires anyways, so it worked out to a degree.Make sure you get a quote before you even let them hang up.

Fast and excelent service honest people

These drivers do not drive safely. Tonight at around 7:40pm, right near the 70/71split, one of their drivers was tailgating me, driving their truck just a few short feet behind me as we went around the curve. If it had been busy and we would have had to slow down or stop, the driver would have hit me and no doubt that I would have been injured or killed.The driver then switched lanes with no turn signal and just barely enough space to pass me (I literally mean a foot or two of space between this truck and the back of my car), and switched into the other lane, running a small black sedan off the road and into the shoulder. The black sedan nearly wrecked. The driver then proceeded to drive well above the speed limit onto 670. I was unable to see which direction the driver was going after that.I have never seen this kind of driving from a tow truck before. This is a large truck and the driver put himself and many other people in danger tonight. Choose another tow truck company if at all possible.

Very bad experience. I called at 1030 am for a tow. I was told it would be an hour and a half wait and it was going to be 89 dollars. I also was told I would get a call ahead of time so I could meet the driver at my vehicle. I get a call 5 hours later and the tow truck driver is already at my car with no heads up so I could meet him. Then they tell me the tow is gonna be 125 dollars. So I call the office to ask whats going on and they tell me its going to be 150 for the tow. Do not use this towing service. My time was wasted dont want yours to be wasted as well.

The guy seriously told me to call another company he wasnt doing it tonight. Then just hung up on us ! Im speechless.

$140 to go 2.7 miles. They got it there so hooray for that, but the price is pretty egregious.
