The phone is answered promptly and the driver was courteous, masked and drove safely. The wait time however was 1/2 hour longer than I was told it would be. Luckily I called an hour ahead or I would have been late.You are absolutely correct. I made a mistake. When I was asked to rate my ride I assumed, incorrectly, that Google sent the rating request for the company that I used. This rating is not for your company.
