Im loving the experience Im having with Riversouth Properties. The house I just moved in is very clean. And when you put a work order in they come out so fast. And they made paying your rent very easy online. I would like to send a shout out to Rhonda and Nicole, your very amazing. Thank you for making this the best moving experience I ever had. I don’t like that I was never made aware of whether my application was approved or not. My mom filled out one as well for me as a co applicant. I only received a text message from Nicole saying could I provide my check stubs? A couple of days later my mom was sent a text sayingWe have not received an application for Sharetta. At this time we will have to proceed with other application. Your $35 will be refunded.ThanksNicole, RiverSouth PropertiesThere was an application for me being processed and my $35 application fee was taken and never refunded. They never let me know what was going on with my application and still didn’t know what was going on until I just called THEM

Without a doubt the worst rental company Ive ever rented from. Rented for 2 years and during that time, the garage door would fail to close all the time and they did not fix it. The backyard was constantly flooded with water and they did not fix it. The privacy fence was falling apart with boards missing and they did not fix it. Then after I moved out, they tried charging me $225 per room to repaint, when one of the rooms had been unoccupied the entire time. Ive gotten my deposit back at every place Ive lived, but this company is happy to lie in order to steal from you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Expect to be charged when moving out. When I moved in the house was dirty and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months, which was okay, I just took a couple of hours and cleaned it. Upon moving out I was charged a $125 cleaning fee and they said that they had to hire a cleaning service to clean the house (even though I cleaned before I left). I did not think it costs $125 to clean a house that wasn’t dirty so I asked to see some sort of receipt and was repeatedly ignored. The other issue was paint, I had a few thing hanging on the wall and, as a courtesy I went through and patched all the holes (maybe 10-15 holes less than .5” in diameter). They saw these patches during the “pre-move out inspection” and told me that the walls needed to be painted by me or a professional, I told them I would do it because it should have been a quick and easy 1-coat deal. However, they told me to get a specific paint color from PPG and when I went there they had no idea what color that was, so I did a quick google search and found that the paint color was actually from Sherwin Williams so I went and bought a five gallon bucket. Un-surprisingly the rental company did not even know the color of the walls and the 5 gallons of paint I just bought was much darker. In an attempt to not waste the $150 bucket of paint I proceeded to paint the walls. Long story short, I was charged an additional $225 to touch up paint, I also asked for a receipt for this because I don’t think any reasonably priced painter would charge $225 to “touch up” and I was again repeatedly ignored. I would stay away from Riversouth properties.

Fantastic place! Shadei has answered all my questions and has helped me out a lot!! I havent moved into the place yet but so far everything seems great.

Just moved in about a week ago and so far my experience was GREAT !! I live alone and the neighborhood is exactly what I was looking for very quite and polite people in my area ! The unit I moved in looked completely redid the floors, shower and appliances ! Very comfortable, Ms Shadei was very helpful !!

I bought a home from RiverSouth Properties, LLC! I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT THEY WILL STAND BY THEIR PROPERTIES EVEN AFTER TGE SALE!! IF YOU BUY FROM THEM AND THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE PROPERTY, THE WILL TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT!! THIS HAS BEEN THE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE HAD UP TO NOW!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM!! THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF MY HOUSE!!!

Rented one of their properties and they was okay... If I had any problems with maintenance or any other issue even after move out. Ronda was very helpful and made sure things are was done right. Since I have moved out and they are still willing to assist me with some issues. I would recommend RiverSouth to another person..

Happ denied the house and their refusing to refund my $700 deposit.

I was just charge 70ish something dollars for their faulty system. I had set it up to pay the rent on the first of the month automatically and it didnt go through.I hope this is not a monthly problem.So frustrating and unfair
