I would give them zero stars if that were an option. This is one of the worst property management companies in Columbus, GA. High rent house for $1850 per month with absolutely no cleaning, pest control, painting, or any move-in ready preparations as promised. Ant, cockroach, and spider infestations, toilet leaks, sink leaks, broken ceiling fans, broken door knobs, broken towel hangers, broken toilet lids, plus a pool that looked like a frog pond upon move in day. Also no repairs on anything for the entire term of the lease including mold (we paid a professional to test for the mold and they refused to mitigate). The only thing they fixed was the raw sewage leak in the front yard which we had to have the Federal, State, and Local authorities force them to address and took almost 2 months to finally resolve. The property was foreclosed on 6/4/19 due to lack of payment on the mortgage by the owner which means they pocketed rent for several months and did nothing for us as tenants. The property manager, Brad Pugh, still wanted rent for the month and and is refusing to pay back our $2500 deposit even though the lease was voided by the foreclosure/auction of the property and Rick Gordon & Associates is no longer the property management company. I highly caution anyone considering renting or even buying from this company to think twice and look elsewhere.
