Its not often you leave a review for a company that does not even manage your own home. However, my girlfriends house is managed by Core Ohio Realty and almost everyday I wish I was on the lease so I could handle all the problems because this group has provided terrible service in my opinion. Requests can be ignored or forgotten frequently. Communication is poor, ventilation and electrical work is so terrible its shocking. The lease states no space heater can be used for heat supply but my girlfriends room is so poorly ventilated and heated that its 44 degrees almost every night. This could be an isolated issue, I dont know. I doubt it, with all these homes being flipped and neighborhoods being gentrified I have experienced nothing but bad encounters with a handful of different companies in the last five years. Frankly, the individuals who lease out homes in the Columbus Area provide pathetic service. Im curious if Core Ohio Realty Advisors have all their homes up to code because it would be very unfortunate if tenants actually started reporting to the city/county like we all should because a lot of companies violate our rights as tenants. If you experience issues, contact the city and then companies like this one will actually do what they are overpaid to do. Again, I can only speak on my experience, other properties of this entity may be in tip top shape, I dont know but dont let them pull any quick ones on you. We have rights as tenants, there are laws to be followed and its time these people be held accountable for the unexceptional service they provide. Hospitality is a beautiful industry and yet landlords, reality companies disgrace it.

We couldnt have purchased our first house without Matt and Core Ohio. We were extremely picky, excited, uneducated, nervous and overwhelmed all at the same time. However Matts experience and knowledge with the market, easily built trust with him. He didnt just help us find our home, he educated us through the entire process and has a great knowledge of home construction. It was like having your home/building inspector with you every time you looked at a house. Being first time home buyer, this was extremely beneficial. Matt is also very engaged and pays a lot of attention to detail. Any comment you make while you walk through a house,Matt was mentally taking note. We were on the same page day 1. I would strongly encourage anyone to work with Core Ohio and Matt and the team!

If your want your Realtor to write emails to you like this then I recommend Lacey: Im sorry you feel that way, and you can go ahead and do what you feel you need to do, but I also have everything documented (and so does the lender) where we continuously tried to get you to submit documentation that was needed, and continuously let you know what was needed in order to move forward as transactions are supposed to, but there was an extreme lack of cooperation and communication on your end. I can only do so much when trying to represent someone. (Shes right, we received the loan docs on May 25th and returned signed docs on June 1st, a one week delay. My bad).

Lacey and Audra are superstars. They are thorough and precise. They made the first time home buying experience a breeze. Highly recommend these ladies for all your home buying and selling needs.

I wonder how often does this company check in with there colleagues also the landlords that hire these people to manage their properties...they are very over whelming and the job isnt getting done what can be done about this ...run as fast as you can
