This place is disgusting, they dont even try to organize. There is food mixed in with cleaning supplies. Empty packages from theft everywhere. Ladders left unattended. Disaster everywhere and multiple aisles cant even be walked down. Plus even tho we are under a mandatory mask mandate in Columbus the employees were not wearing masks. The cashier didnt have a mask or a clear plastic partition. All pictures taken today, 09-23-2021. I realize its Dollar General, not Target, but this was despicable.

It’s 2pm and I needed a pack of chicken and some toilet paper, but the doors are locked. The lady is shutting down the cash register and shaking her head no..... 4 other customers and I wait patiently for an explanation bcuz she didn’t even put a note on the door. This chick walks out the store locks the gate and gets in her red dodge van..... then pulls right off. Unprofessional..... she could have at least apologized for the inconvenience.

Came in yesterday and got my daughter a 25 dollar Roblox card. Guy charged me 33 dollars and some change. I was in a hurry but I called the store over 8 times and nobody answered. After I go up there and get my change back, I will never be back. I know thats not that much but its mine. And the fact they have 2 to 3 workers in there running around, its bullsh$t nobody answered the phone!

Mngmt are not professional. They carry their attitudes from outside to work. Though i personally never had an incident with them...i have seen them interact with other customers and have handle customers as if customer service is not needed. They almost always have what i need when i go there. Its just not a really good vibe there.

They were out of what I came for. But I still grabbed some other stuff. The store was actually in good shape and the retail clerk was courteous

This is my favorite dg store on the north side of Columbus.

The ladies were understaffed but making the best of it. My pre-k kiddo had an accident and we needed a change of clothes; although some items were out of stock, I was able to put together an outfit. At the time i was there (mid-day, June 9, 2020) there were lots of restock totes out, but being understaffed meant the customers at the register were taken care of and one employee was walking around to engage with customers and reinforce store & social distancing rules.

Nice staff the Club a couple door down at night can be challenging. The area is not that great there are homeless people stealing and causing drama sometimes but I love Dollar Generals deals so they cant keep me away.

It wasnt stalked,clean,the only good this place has for it is its location & employees are nice

Very clean and organized. You never stand in line long. DG needs to give everyone raises because its not like that at most locations. Everyone is so polite also and mannerable. Especially the two employees with glasses. A guy and a young lady.

This store is near my home and I only go when I absolutely need something & dont want to deal with bigger stores that are further away. Waaay too cluttered/messy, boxes always in the aisles with products to put on shelves, shelving goes up really high & they feel like theyre closing in on you, aisles are very narrow, some of the staff are very unusual. If youre remotely claustrophobic, do NOT come to this store. I wish I could say better things about this location because it is near my neighborhood but Ive visited locations that are much more organized & enjoyable to shop in.

The clerks are always friendly, greeting everyone when they walk in and chatting.

Ok prices on ok stuff. Quick in and out.

Youre greeted upon entering and thanked for your patronage when you leave, plus they usually have what you want.

Terrible customer service the new manager is very rude & disrespectful every time I go their its drama with the staff or ridiculous lines with the staff not around, I would advise you to go else were ...an also while your checking out you have customers standing were u check out so there is no personal space to even keep your credit card information protected!!!! It has been a couple of years since I went into this location. But the one closer to me is kind of dirty so I went here instead. This location is DISGUSTING. Filthy is an understatement. The floors havent been cleaned in so long they may never come back clean. They, like the backdoors, columns, and walls are visibly filthy. Boxes are stacked in aisles needing unpacked while shelves are empty or a complete mess. Racks of clothes shoved any kind of way. Clearly without thought to someone shopping. Every manager involved in this travesty needs fired. Store, regional, district need to go because I cant believe that a district or regional manager saw this nastiness and didnt take action. Just close it and start over. Dollar General corporate should be embarrassed.

Parking lot is always Trash Ridden and the trash can overflowing with garbage as it blows into those little garbage tornados with the yellow bags and other debris spinning about...But ay least you can watch the shoplifters young and old while you wait for the lady who, halfway through checking out decides she wants the Frappacino she put back earlier, as the line grows, a Mom is teaching her daughter the finer points of theivery while going in and out of the store 3 or 4 times ... Workers are nice but have given up ...Disappointed

Good store, most people are friendly. Their inventory is kind of hit or miss sometimes. Some days theyll have bread and milk, other days they wont. Also, the store closes an hour earlier than it says on Google Maps.
