This company does not fulfill its promises or contracts. Beware of their contracts! I live in a community that is reaping havock due to the way a renewed contract was written, they did not give our board a way to get out of the contract without paying them for the remainder of the year. They butcher the lawns with weed eaters, never is any thing removed that a blower will not take care. There is no weeding, there are weeds growing out of the cracks!in the streets, they prune at the wrong times cutting blooms, they cut down bushes for no reason, they are partial to certain areas, they do not bring enough men to do the job, they come late and leave early regularly. Once again, the way the contract is written, we can do nothing about it but complain. When we have complained about people cutting down flowers and new growth, they give the excuse of whom they have to hire; like thats our problem. When we spoke with owner about riding lawn mowers tearing up e grounds...pish mowers were not used as promised. Only a person of poor character would write such a contract. You always give both parties an amicable way of leaving the relationship. Do not associate yourself with Extreme.
