John/his team have done GREAT job of snow removal of Mothers home in Clintonville. Always very thorough and take great lengths to keep her driveway shoveled/salted, so she feels safe in coming and going. 10+ years of superior service!

Outdoor Sensations Landscape has been taking care of my lawn and beds for several years. What I like most about them is they are very dependable. The owner John will go out of his way to accomodate any special requests I have. More than a few times I have asked him to change the mowing time/schedule to adjust for my convenience, or to move up my spring cleanup/fall cleanup schedule and he always works with me to make sure I am happy. They have also done some extra work removing trees, changing landscape plantings, etc. which is always reasonably priced!! Great family company.

Cancelled prepaid basic lawn care for the entire summer due to poor customer service and unreliability. I was extremely disappointed in Outdoor Sensations when I was not receiving weekly mowing service, after I requested, signed a contract, and paid in full for weekly mowing service with monthly edging of my lawn for an entire summer. I contacted Outdoor Sensations several times to discuss and attempted to work with the company to address the situation and my concerns, but was given multiple excuses, I was even told by the owner on one occasion that my lawn didnt need mowed every week (really, isnt that my decision!?!). I would not recommend Outdoor Sensations for regular lawn maintenance or for any landscape service due to the poor customer service received for basic service.
