We have been using Beltone Hearing for years with my mother. Always great, fast and very helpful service. This morning we had an emergency with her hearing aid and they took her right in and corrected the issue within 5 min. We appreciate such a helpful and caring team at Beltone. I got my first hearing aids from Vaughn Bray in January 2019. I have been extremely satisfied with the performance of the hearing aids. Vaughn was very professional and extremely helpful in obtaining a good quality product. I experienced a problem today with 1 hearing aid and was seen immediately by Roger. He went above and beyond to ensure quality customer service. There was not a problem with the hearing aid but with the ear canal. He kindly printed a copy of the problem for me to take to the Doctor. He followed up with me by phone because I had inadvertently left something there.

I have significant hearing loss in both ears primarily in the range of human speech. As a result, I have used hearing aids off and on for two decades. I have had my Beltone hearing aids for almost three years, and I wear them every day, I wont mention the other two companies I tried or their specific shortcomings, but I will say that I will never use any product not recommended by the professionals at Beltone Hearing Care center. Their diagnosis of my problems used current technology, and the solutions they offered were all viable solutions. There was never any pressure to buy this or that or to buy at all. Though I made my purchase many months ago, they still welcome questions. If there is a problem, they offer solutions. They service and clean the hearing aids regularly. They want satisfied customers, so they provide excellent care. The other companies took my money but were not interested in follow-up or other service. Beltone will always be the company I recommend. They have earned my loyalty.
