I took the into to aerial workshop with Mikey and LOVED it! Mikey was a great instructor and gave us a wonderful intro to the trapeze and aerial silks. The class was about an hour and a half long and despite our beginner level abilities, he had us doing all kinds of safe and fun moves.Please note that if your hands are delicate, you will probably have blisters after your first class.I highly recommend movenmt activities and cant wait to go back for more!!

Great inclusive environment for all skill levels. Instructors are very well qualified, and good hearted people, and contribute to the community and various causes. Classes include aerial acrobatics, body conditioning, and more. Even a ukulele circle. Prices are great.
