I can not say enough about my time at Versa. I am a nurse and needed a place to study for my Nurse Practitioner boards. From the moment I walked in Melissa felt like a friend and I enjoyed every staff member who really cared about how your day was going. Melissa set me up with the perfect spot after giving me a tour of the beautiful building. I decided to go with a dedicated desk as I wanted to set up my stuff and be able to leave it to come and go. The snack/drink bar was so nice to use each day. The best part was that I could go in 24/7 and felt safe with the phone locked key door. Can not say enough about the staff at Versa or what a great place it was to be a part of! Thank you!

Initially a few stumbling blocks and snafus getting a business address setup but its because someone had just resigned to have a baby and they were playing catch up. Nice location, nice setup and they handle your mail professionally. Friendly folks so I may decide eventually to get the office package and use the facility for my car service First Estate black car and Luken Limousine.

Working at Versa has been such a great experience for us all. Management has been nothing but accommodating, Matt & Melissa are some of the kindest and funniest individuals around. Versa is a space that puts so much into building the relationships between themselves and residents. More than a place to work, its a great place to meet your neighbors over a Holiday Mixer or Summer Happy Hour. The waterside view on the back deck is gorgeous, and the building is covered in bright spaces and greenery. Clean, inviting and easy to grow a small business in with all the different space options available.

The front desk people were wonderful! The building itself was very nice and well kept. They have plenty of activities that they schedule to make you feel like part of their family.

Fantastic co-working space! The tenants are fantastic and great for networking. There are several options for space depending on your need. The membership cost is very adequate and gives you access to beverages, snacks, food, and hosting meeting rooms. Not to mention, the aesthetics in this place is unlike any other co-working space in town! Ample parking too and easy for visitors to access!

I’m probably not the ‘typical’ person to be at Versa, but I rented a dedicated desk for two months while studying for a board exam. Blythe, Oliver, and the rest of the team have been amazing throughout.As it gets nice out, the patio out back that faces the water has been a great place to work. Also, I highly recommend renting a standing desk as well so you can switch things up during the day. Renting at Versa probably paid for itself in the amount of coffee that I drank. Only suggestion for improvement is to make it possible to end a rental period on a day other than the end of the month. Thanks for a great experience!

Versa is clearly the future of work. An amazing place to work day-to-day or get energized by spending time there by yourself or with your whole team. Everything has been thought of - from the right white board (with markers that write!) - to state-of-the-art equipment, technology and more. Its worth a try - even just to experience the way work will work in the not too distant future. Lucky Columbus has it now.

This place of work is designed beautifully. Besides that there is not much worth noting. It’s more a place to rent an office but I don’t recommend it for a co-working space.

Our organization has held board meetings, happy hours, and presentations here at it was wonderful. The staff is so accommodating, and the space is absolutely beautiful. The staff helped so much, making the setup really easy. There is plenty of parking here which is great for a location so close to downtown. They have tons of AV capabilities and beautiful resources for food setup. Would absolutely recommend having an event here!

Versa is by far the most superior co-working space in Columbus. Versa creates an environment that makes me and my team feel creative, nurtured and special. Lots of great meeting room options. The Fireside Lounge is our favorite meeting room. That is where we have our strategy meetings and important brainstorms. And even more importantly, the staff is super accommodating and friendly.

Versa has been a great space for our team. We really enjoy all the various seating arrangements and locations within the building where we can work as well as the options for small quiet rooms when you need to take an important call or just need a bit of alone time.The staff is incredibly friendly and always committed to making the space work for our needs. Not to mention, the stocked fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks for members is a nice benefit!

It is a fantastic work environment, in a great Grandview location. Staff are helpful and friendly. The coffee and water (and snack amenities) are varied and delicious. There is a real community here, and it allows for nice additions, like massage, professional photos, and speaking events, which are incredible value-adds for a work environment. The view to the river is a wonderful backdrop. However, what sets this above so many other spaces is the thoughtful approach to interior use. Desks, offices, board rooms, and comfortable huddle areas all create a wonderful flow. It is hard to make a space both energizing AND relaxing. VERSA does it. Highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of having several meetings in the boardrooms, and can not say enough about how professional and helpful the staff have been.Co working space is new to me, but not to the others that I was participating with and they couldnt stop talking about how many more amenities Versa had compared to others.Centrally located, easy access in and out abundance of parking beautiful views of water, but its the vibe and style/decor that is so well done!I also was invited to a large event (local beers and chips) and it also works well for larger social events.Well done!
