I was contacted by a representative, Donovan, back in November 2019 for a temporary position. She was very professional yet down to Earth and so easy to talk to. She forwarded my information to the prospective company and had an in person interview set up within days. I was so nervous, I called her after the interview and she was so positive and supportive that I quickly felt at ease. I ended up being offered the position and happily accepted. I had interactions with other TM employees who walked me through the on-boarding process. My contact at Tailored Management she has been great. Jennifer H. has been a pleasure to work with. I have had some issues with HR and payroll which i am not happy with. The system was not linking to the contract job i am with so I didnt get paid and I was told well too bad we will get it fixed. During the whole time my rent was late and put me out an additional 110 dollars that due to their system and me doing everything correctly and on time i was told they werent reimburse anything and that it was my problem. I am a single mother of 2 and Im sure you can imagine how important 110 dollars can you.

Jennifer H was really great to work with. She called me right away and made sure I was in the loop about everything. She was like a life coach. She’s a credit to her profession. I have done a lot of contract work with different agencies, 13 in fact over the past five years (I checked) and by far my best experience has been with Tailored Management, specifically Donovan G. I have never felt like a number ( as I did with many) they have ALWAYS been honest and upfront with me and overall the communication has been excellent.Any issues with pay ( I had 1) was addressed and corrected in 24 hours.I actually get treated like a human being rather than a number. Internal TM employee:Response to the pandemic handled very poorly.Lack of seriousness, empathy, and safety of employees.Management consistently walking around the office not wearing masks under a state mandate.Work in a virtual industry, yet not allowed to work remotely.Not a safe environment to share honest opinions.Morale is at an all time low creating a distracting work environment. Lack of buy-in from internal employees.This post is not to bash the company but to encourage change because what is a companys reputation if your employees dont believe in it?

I’ve called 3 or 4 days now no one haven’t picked up their phone. I was calling about a job post. I did get a text message back from Michelle. I never seen a temp agency not ever picking up their phone. I hope some call me about the position I applied for.

Had a recruiter reach out to me after submitting my resume. She called me to do an evaluation after reviewing my resume. Said I scored the highest she had ever seen on the evaluation then acted very distant and concerned about submitting my resume for the position because I had worked odd jobs just to get through college. Literally had me almost in tears on the phone feeling judged for working dead end jobs to make bills while I was in college. Michelle cost the client somebody who was ready to find a career. Nationwide insurance may want to choose a different way to find talent.

I was speaking with recruiters here for a potential job at Nationwide Insurance. While I ended up taking a job elsewhere, I do not regret the interactions with Tailored Management. They were very kind and helpful - I had a sense that they wanted me to succeed even if I didnt end up with their client. Sierra specifically was really awesome. Thanks!

Contacted at the beginning of June for a position. Been waiting over 2 weeks just for an interview. Ive reached out almost every day to check the status or to see if Ive been selected to interview. Its now 14 days after the initial contact and there is 0 progress. Ive read multiple reviews when others were in my position. Waiting for a call from the recruiters colleague that never came. Its very frustrating especially when youve been getting the same reply for 2 weeks with no clear start date for the position, very nerve wracking. My recruiter Allison has done a great job very professional and enthusiastic! Its just agonizing to keep waiting for something that may or may not come through.

I was recruited by Donovan Elizabeth Ingle. She was and has been extremely helpful, kind, and professional. I have always worked in the restaurant industry (I managed a restaurant), and I was facing a career change with steps in the middle that I was unfamiliar with. She guided me through all of these things, and she made me feel like she cared about my success and how I felt overall. If youre recruited by them, or you want to work for them, Id say go for it. Only one client first of all. Tried moving up in the company and was treated horribly by the trainer of the class. Called my recruiter to let her know the issue that everyone else was having to prevent being terminated and was assured that wouldn’t happen and it did happen right at the beginning of the pandemic! Disgusting

Beware of consistently inaccurate payroll. Some weeks short, some weeks over, some weeks you get someone elses pay. Amazing that with all the technology available in 2020, they still cant get this simple task right.

I was contacted by Allison about a potential job in my area. Allison called me and we spoke for a few minutes about the position. I stated to her I was unsure what time I was able to drop my newborn off at the sitters(my child was only 8 weeks old). Allison then told me that she would email me some information and when I found out about the time I could drop my child off to let her know. I contacted my daughters sitter and I tried to call Allison back to let her know what i found out. I left her a voicemail. In the meantime she NEVER sent me the information via email. I said okay, maybe she forgot? i’ll give her a little while. Well that lead into the next day, no email and no return call. I called her again and left another voicemail... Still to this day (5 days) later still no email or call back from Allison. I would suggest not wasting your time with this agency! Clearly they don’t care about others.

Terribly unprofessional and it seems to be consistent based off the reviews. On the 10th, I was emailed about a position and that shed like to set-up a phone interview the next day. I responded within an hour that Id be glad to find a convenient time for both of us. Within the past several days, Ive called and texted with no response from her. Itd be appreciated if I at least got a reply about anything. If you enjoy having your emotions played with and getting ghosted, this is the right place!

Only work with this company if you like spending hours preparing for an interview only to be ghosted.I had a phone interview scheduled with Kelsey Richter - National Recruiter at Tailored Management. I was over qualified and would be taking a large pay cut for the job I was interviewing for. I prepared well for the interview and blocked out my schedule for the phone interview. When it came time for the interview no one called. I sent an email asking if she was planning on calling or would like to reschedule. No response. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Dont work for Nationwide through them. The job in itself is a nightmare and the pay is baaaad. You are better off anywhere else. Basically they are a puppy mill and you are the puppy.

Were in a pandemic and they dont offer sick pay! No holiday pay. No incentive to stay with them other than needing to pay bills.

Great company! They return calls/emails promptly, have constant job opportunities rolling in and are very professional but friendly. I would personally recommend Chrissy who is super sweet and goes the extra mile for those in need of employment as well as after.

I have worked with a lot of different staffing companies and temp agencies, and this one has been nothing but a headache. The staff are unprofessional, I was given a lot of conflicting information, and I was given incorrect parking details for an interview I was scheduled for that prevented me from going to the interview! Also, a recruiter there completely revised my resume and misspelled my name on the document. The lack of attention to detail by and politeness of Tailored Managements staff is astonishing.

The Pros:I met a lot of amazing people while working for TM, friends that will probably last a lifetime. Between how connected I was to my team and my candidates, I had a lot of good days and learned a lot about how business works. I would recommend a contract position through TM to a friend if they were interested, but would never recommend working as an internal staff member.The Cons:The job was very stressful (especially for the pay received) and the work was micromanaged. They preach transparency but I never felt secure in my position as things changed frequently (PTO, vacation allowances, the handbook, policies & procedures). Many days I felt tore down by my managers and no matter how much I gave it was never enough. I will never work another job that jeopardizes my mental health or breaks down my confidence. At some point, you get tired of working a job where your teammates have to cry in their car or secretly at their desk because of how poorly management handles situations.

What can i say about this company!!! When I applied for the position no where did it say that I was going thru a temporary agency thats the first red flag! Second after the interview still not known that I was working for a temporary agency, I interviewed at the company with the HR rep and the manager of the department. It was not until the background was sent that I knew it was a temporary agency. I had 3 different people sending me emails and requesting information that was already provided to them. I literally had to tell them that I already submitted the information and gotten confirmation that it was received and nothing else was needed, but yet they was still sending me emails, calls and text messages asking for the same information over and over again.Now I have been on this assignment for 6 weeks now and every week there is an issue with payroll!!! That is unacceptable and unprofessional!!!! They always have an excuse as to what the issue is, for this company to be located right here in Columbus, OH there is no reason that all the external employees have to wait to be paid because they have incompetent people that work for them. They think that paying us on Saturday is acceptable, Im sorry its not especially when you have direct deposit!! THERE IS NO EXCUSE!!!!The hours posted on the website are inconsistent with what the recording says, hours are 8 am to 5pm EST. No one is never in the office on time to answer any questions or concerns that an employee may have either.It is not 8:28 am on Friday have yet to be paid and of course no one is in the office!!!Beware before you accept any position with this company, they will leave you high and dry and not return any of your calls.

Friendly people fast to respond. BUT My husband was offered a job. Did all necessary documentation. Tax forms, direct deposit info, I 9 forms, insurance forms, handbook drug test, back ground check. Was told he could move forward with a 2 week notice at current employer. Then he was informed he was no longer eligible for the position due to and expired certification he received years ago. It expired because he no longer works in that field and did not pertain to the job offered. When ask for more reason, no one would explain. Very unprofessional. You do that to someone you could at least give them a decent explanation. Very unprofessional!

I applied for a position with a job site, and I was promptly emailed back to schedule a phone interview the next morning. I confirmed the interview shortly thereafter, and then never received a call. I left a voicemail and sent follow-up emails. Still nothing. This is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. It has been approximately two weeks.

The agency only offer poorly paid jobs, I never received paystubs for my paychecks. The only good thing I have to say is that the recruiter speak proper English and they are professional when getting back to you.So far working with Nationwide as a contractor was the worst job I had careerwise.

Place is a waste of space. I have been stuck with this company for 2 years but they absolutely will not answer any calls or return any calls. Im not the only one that cant get a hold of them my boss cant either. The oporator i spoke with went and looked to see if there was somebody in the office and he said there was and that she will take my call. Well he transferd me to her and once again got sent to voicemail. And oh for the new people they will lie about how much your starting pay will be anywhere they send you. Good luck getting your w2s also. If i have to go to court for not filing my taxes this year they will have a bigger problem on their hands when i walk through their door.

At first I thought this was a wonderful staffing agency, but their true colors started to show once an incident occured on an assignment. During an assignment I was terminited on my third day for using my cell phone, which is apparently a policy, but I was never made aware of it. While being escorted off campus I asked to see the original documents I signed pertaining to the cell phone policy, which extremely upset my supervisor Harold, who then threatened to call the police. Not willing to be intimidated I sat patiently waiting for the requested paperwork and police officer to arrive. Harold realizing his strong arm businesses tactics were not working, he finally produced the documents and I asked him to show me where in the paperwork I can find the cellphone policy and my initals agreeing to said policy. He quickly realized that there was no mention of said policy in paperwork and became even further enraged. Satisfied with having the paperwork I requested I exited the building only to be followed by security to my car. Once at my car the guard pulls a knife on me and proceeds to threaten me. At this time the cops finally show up and I requested to file charges against the security guard for pulling a knife. However, because the crime was not committed in front of a police officer nothing could be done, even thought I wanted to place him under citizens arrest. Now, I cant get a straight answer out of Alyssa the recruiter or any other employees as to when I will be paid. I would highly avoid this agency at all cost and recommend anyone I can to do the same. Next step, news release and civil suit.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!1) Unfriendly woman at the front desk was irritable and did not want to answer any of my questions when I came there to fill out paperwork for the job I received. Luckily I did not have to return to the office ever again, although they managed to loose the files I provided in the office and had me fax it in.2) The account manager, Anthony Miles, will take forever if at all to get back to you. You can leave him voice mails, e-mails, or even messages with the receptionist, yet his lack of professionalism will leave you disappointed.In Conclusion, I will not do business with them again nor recommend to friends or colleagues. Hopefully they will change their business values.

It comes down to this: Why would a person from this company present a job to me that had been filled almost a week before he approached me? Then he dodges my emails and calls instead of admitting the position had been filled. It makes no sense. I started getting curious, contacted the company with the job and was told it had been filled several days before I had been contacted by this companys rep. What kind of job placement company does that? if they wanted my resume on file, all they had to do was ask. But instead they wanted me to jump through hoops for a fake job? SMH!I am giving them one star because i am afraid they will get more if I dont fill in something. But a company that does things like this deserves no stars. Bait and switch? Why would you do that? Then ignores my attempts to contact? At least I know why now.

I worked with tailored previously and had a great experience so i decided to go back. I then applied did everything that was required for me to get hired with arc industries even interviewed with the site manager. All i needed was my cpr . I obtained that in 2days later. I got great feed back from the interview even predictive start dates . I then notified matt the recruiter holly and marcie that i put my 2weeks notice in . I was told by matt and holly July 3rd was a start date but then it was pushed back do to the holiday and they wanted to atart me on a fresh week. The site manager at arc wasnt in .then I was told July 9th .the 9th comes and goes remind you my laat day at my job was July 9th. I reached out matt and holly both said they are waiting on arc ro approve start date. After 2 weeks marcie calls and says they decided to go in another direction and matt should be reaching out he never did I sent a email no response .I finally sent another email 7/31/18 matt calls and says he was suppose to reach out on 7/30 /18 but he was not in the office and since I had reached out he might as well do follow up 7/31/18. He wanted to know where I was and if i wanted to continue with tailored .umm of course I dont have a job thanks to yall. Very unprofessional job coaches,management. They knew I wasnt working and just didnt care .
