In my experience, the communication is poor. They may need copies of your documents for the X time(same documents I showed to get employment) “to take copies of”. They will fail to tell you that if you don’t jump through every hoop consequently your money that you worked hard for will not be sent to you, until of course you jump through the hoops.

I received a text last week about about a PT position that worked with my full time schedule and was interested in so I called the North Columbus branch to inquire about the position. I knew I could make it in before they closed at 5:00pm to complete the application process especially since I was already in the system but I was told to come the next day since they close at 5:00pm. That already didnt sit right with me, closing at 5:00 means I should be able to walk in anytime before then and receive service. I work during the week until 5:00 as well so that was really the only day I could get there except Christmas Eve which they were closed on that day as well. So I tried again today, took an extended lunch break to go in and complete whatever I needed to do so I can be placed for a job when they are available without having to take anymore time out of my day again.I walked in and explained I was interested in a PT weekend position like the text I received and was just told there wont be anymore PT positions until Spring.... So now Im just standing there waiting on more info as far the process again, so i wont have to come back up here because I rarely have time and instead of either of the young ladies, who were more interested in their personal phones and Miami, assisting me further I had to inquire what did I need to do be ready for a job opportunity next time I receive a text. I was then given a Ipad to sign up but the error message was that I was already in the system yet none of my emails were working. By this point I was annoyed and needed to get back to work. The girl said she deactivated my old account so can register as new. I asked if I could just do it at home and was told yes. So why wasnt I directed to sign up online last week verses coming in? Well I get home and I am still unable to sign up because the system is still recognizing my old account LOL never again.

Came by sign said will be back at 130 and and came back at 130 then it said be back at 245 idk why they would ever need a lunch that long. And there was people inside and door was locked

This place is a joke. I applied with this company in late December and I was told that they would have a position for me in the beginning of January. Well here it is in the middle of February and still NO job placement. I would call every day twice a day and I would consistently hear all of our positions are full. Please call back on Monday. Even though I would call throughout the week. I would see adds posted from this company and when I would mention them they would be magically filled, even though the add was posted 2 minutes ago. I would recommend going to a more detailed and respectful agency. Avoid this place like the flu.

So, i was on my way to this agency and I had to google the location recently moved from Flint, Michigan. I decided to read the reviews and wow. Firstly no one had anything good to say, and secondly whomever the representative for the company is was very unprofessional in the comment she left. People will have negative comments its life. So with that said Ill take myself to a more professional reputable company.

Same here. I went in for an interview with Safia Omar and what I believed to be a professional atmosphere and a serious position as a recruiter for their office. I was kept waiting for almost 30 min before the interview, the atmosphere was very loud, the other employees behaved in an unprofessional manner, and they all seemed to be OK with their behavior. Once I finally was taken back for the interview, the first question asked of me was if I children!?! You cannot ask someone personal questions in an interview. He made up some excuse as to why he asked me this and wanted to make sure that I had no upcoming appointments that would prevent me from coming to work. Again, you are not allowed to ask these types of questions during an interview (I have an 18 year old son who is off to college soon, and has his own car btw). I was fed some baloney about they would get back to me and if I hired I would have to PROVE myself as a worthy recruiter before they would consider me for other internal positions (his words exactly). Im glad they never got back to me. This is the most unprofessional place Ive ever encountered.

I have never taken the energy to write a bad review about a place on Google. And it took me a lot to write this one, but today was the last straw after I was emailed by them AGAIN. 0_o I did an initial interview (I use the word interview loosely) with this staffing agency in January of 18 for an office administrator position. I submitted my resume that called for someone who was qualified in Excel, a Bachelors, Quickbooks proficiency and other professional experience. I was called by Kable for an interview and then was sent a confirmation email for said interview. The expectation set to me was this was an INTERVIEW for a professional office position... So I was a little annoyed when I showed up freshly showered, make up, and in super professional attire after preparing for interview questions the night before just to find out it was a chill sign up session for the agency (which I thought already did online). They were super misleading which was frustrating considering I put a lot of time into preparing appearance wise and for an actual interview. Everyone in the office (3-4 people at the time) was really nice, however, it wasnt the most professional environment. I love when people act like humans at work and be themselves, but the conversations that were taking place (frustrations of the job, cussing, non work related personal convos, Drake playing in the background kind of loud) probably should of been saved until I or other potential employees left. Supposedly they were submitting my resume to a position and they were supposed to get back to me. They never did but I was already pursuing another position so I wasnt that concerned about their lack of communication. However, what really has thrown me over the edge to write a review is the fact that they send me email after email, after text after text about random positions. I have asked over and over again for them to stop texting my phone or emailing me. It never fails, they text me from another number or email me from a different email address. Overall, Im not impressed with this agency and am not thrilled they have any of my information and my time was wasted.
