I love working for this agency. Jennifer Johnson works with me and makes sure that she finds the job that fits my profession. Thanks to her I can further my medical career. Acloche is a very good company to work for. I give it thumbs up.

I had a phone interview scheduled for March 15, 2021 at 9am with Jen Johnson. No one called me.

I worked for two assignments for this temp company and both were fine jobs if you have zero intelligence. One decided my smoke break was a problem and that I needed to eat food that they prepared for you because they were some kind of cult. My trainer confirmed my suspicions. The other was actually a good job I enjoyed. Until they expected me to get product from the top racks in the warehouse without using power equipment. This went on for 3 weeks and management continued to try and find ways to fire me for their stupidity. I was allotted 3.5 points and had 3 remaining when they fired me. Stay clear of places like this. They only look to boost their companies reputation and could care less about what they assign you or working conditions.

Went through the application process, met with two recruiters...then nothing. I had my resume, a current drivers license and my social security card. I am certain that I dont have a criminal record. They just did not ever find a job for me. It was a complete waste of time. Im not sure if they are disorganized or incompetent, but I when to a different temp agency a few days later and got a job right away. Dont waste your time.

This place is a joke!! The two recruiters I “worked with” completely walked all over me. Both were extremely unprofessional and sloppy. Refuse to return any of my phone calls about their available job postings. Finally got an interview scheduled. After a family emergency occurred and couldn’t make it, called them multiple times and leaving voicemails along with several emails.. keep this in mind, this was two days prior to my interview.. they immediately deny my application and tell me that they can longer serve me as an employee! All because they didn’t want to answer their phones or return my calls. So unprofessional!

I would give them a zero if I was able. Went in and completed the required paperwork. Was NOT told to bring my Social Security card so I went right home and emailed a copy per their instructions. Called them multiple times to see if Ms. Nichols received it and left messages. No call backs or email confirmation was received. Finally on Friday - when I called back- I reached the gentleman I interviewed with. He did not remember me, took my name and said he would call me back - he did not! I am very shocked of this situation and that the company would allow this. Keep in mind, I was referred to the agency by someone who was treated much different then myself!

They offer to submit you to a job and then NEVER followup. Youll never receive a call for a job! Never get a interview - never a follow up call and act like its a inconvenience that you called. This seems part of the culture with Acloche. Management has same mentality and low service level. Avoid avoid avoid. Its a waste of your time!

If I could give a -8, I would.

What a Joke, I get job offers from these people and then they get all defensive and reply that my freelance work does not their, meet recent experience, requirements and then my Udemy and Pluralsight CERTs disqualify me from employment with them.... heres something they should realize: there is a big divide: the un-experienced professionals they want and way on the other end are the people that no longer rely on agencies like Acloche.

I worked my azz off for 89 days at one of their hardest positions. The place I worked couldnt wait for me to complete my 90 days and get hired on for a promotion. On my 89th day, Acloche let me go and screwed me out of an awesome career. TWO WEEKS before christmas. Their excuse was, We had to let 10 people go and we picked you at random. - B.S. - I hate acloche, they do this to so many people its a joke. Get real, stop screwing people out of good positions so you can continue to make money on them you fking scam artists.

HATE THIS PLACE! AVOID IT AT ALL COST! WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND RESOURCES!

Representatives of the agency are unorganized and if you smoke they are unable to find you an assignment. They suck.

Pathetic. They said they placed me at three job during my time there from October-January. Supposedly I was a ncns at two of them. But how if my first job with them I started in October & ended in January? I dont recommend them.
