Ryan and Bryan did a great job. The cleaning required extra effort and chemicals to clear significant pet issues. Service was prompt, efficient and timely. Will hire again.

Great guy. I’ve used him twice now to extract water from carpet in the basements of my rental properties when they have flooded from water heater leaks. He’s got a thermal image camera so he can diagnose exactly how far the leak has spread. Very helpful.

Ryan has cleaned our carpets twice now and both times were a great experience! The carpets look great! We have a large English bulldog who is rough on the carpets, so I let Ryan know there were certain areas we needed spot treated. You cant beat the price for how great the quality clean is! This is the best carpet cleaning service in Columbus, by far! I have 2 small kids and 1 very large golden retriever puppy who make quite a mess. I have tried several companies prior to First Class and was never satisfied. Either they were impossible to schedule or just did poor quality work, but I have never had either problem with First Class. The work is FANTASTIC, service is EXCELLENT and scheduling is simple and easy. You cant go wrong with this company!

Within an hour, he had a team of people there cleaning the mess. He arranged to have fans and dehumidifiers delivered and setup on the same day. They worked tirelessly through the weekend to help us recover from the unfortunate incident. First Class Carpet Cleaning is a family business with knowledgeable, hard working, and friendly people. Saw a sign posted in our area. Called right away. The call was answered and a cleaning was scheduled. They arrived early and cleaned all carpeted areas. The carpets looked great and still Do. I highly recommend this company! Randy

I concur with Tamaras comments (before mine). I can count on one hand the number of times Ive written a negative review on ANY company. Small company, poor communication. Very poor. And for me, communication is an important part of any service provided. Ryan, the owner, asked me to call him & remind him (the following morning), about stopping by to steam clean a rental property. I did (left message with some type of answering service). Heard nothing back. Followed up with yet another call, this time a woman answering. Asked if the job was completed and she said shed check. Never called back. Call the next day - two more calls to answering service, then finally a third call and Ryan answers. He claimed he told me hed be out of town and likely wouldnt get to the job. Now, do you think Id waste time typing all of this up if what I stated wasnt true? Id have gone with another company if hed told me he couldnt get the job done. This was a referral to me from another person. Ive since advised that person of my experience, as Im doing with you.

I used First Class Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpets from several pet stains that were obviously embarrassing when I had company over. He did a GREAT job. I cant even tell they were ever even there! I am so happy and will be using Ryan again!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Hired this company after a basement flood. Transparency of cost was the 1st issues example cost of blower $30 a day not mentioned upfront. They ended up pulling some wet carpet pads from 1 and 1/2 room in basement, and my house was left in shambles. The carpet cleaning and use of enzyme spray was scheduled for another day in which i overpaid with the agreement to use the credit towards additional carpet cleaning services to other areas of the house. I ended up waiting patiently for 1 week due to a cancellation from a broken machine. Currently, I am sick, my house has bacterial, mildew, and smells bad from the flood. When he showed up to finish the job I expressed my concerns to my surprise, I was talked down to and dismissed. This type of treament was intimidating.When i asked him to leave he refused and bullied me to walked around the house took pictures of my house and me without permission a total invasion and i felt unsafe.As a professional I expect someone to listen and address my concerns and if there are any issues try and come to a resolution not intimadate and dismiss. The way I was treated was unacceptable and no customer no matter gender should be treated that way.Positive: They initially started the job same day requested and the father was very helpful in diagnosis some potential issues as well as providing recommendation of a plumber to help with those issues.

This cleaning company is horrible!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I thought I’d try something new so I called and the lady was extremely nice on the phone got me scheduled the same day. I take off work early so I can meet the appointment . Basically alter my entire schedule for these people. My appt was from 3:30-4:00. 4:30 roles around still nobody so I call repeadily .. no answer. Around 4:45 A man calls back & explains how he’s been rear ended but he will be at my home shortly. I understand and asked him if there are any changes please contact me. He assured me he will. Literally 6:15 roles around . So again I’m calling no answer. I sat in the house with my toddler on this Friday for 4 hours without even a courtesy call. I’m extremely disappointed . This company needs to do a lot better . I have NEVER written a review in my life but this is how careless they were .Going back to my old carpet cleaning company.

Ryan from first class carpet cleaning is very unprofessional... Besides the fact that he was 45 min late for his appointment, he was very rude... And not just to me he was basicly insulting his employee... I would not recommend first class carpet cleaning to anyone...

Very small business. NOT dependable. Had appointment scheduled to have carpets done before the holiday - Saturday before Thanksgiving at 9:00 am. Received a text at 7:30 am on that Saturday saying not able to make it. So I had to do my carpets myself. Not something I wanted or planned to do.

Great work performed on my carpet and furniture for a good price. Quick and professional 👍🏽 Will contact again.
