If I could go lower than 1 star if I would. HE IS A CROOK and a CON MAN. DO NOT HIRE HIM. My wife hired this thief to remodel our closet and he was totally unreliable. He lied and bamboozled us out of our money. He repeatedly stated he would come out to work and at the last minute he would call and state caught up at work or some other BS that prevented him from doing the job he was paid to do. After three times of not keeping his word about when he would work, he and I had it out and I demanded unspent money back. He owes us $1215 and will need to take this crook to court to recover our money. We made a huge mistake hiring him and advise anyone else to STAY AWAY.

Agree with some other reviews. This man is the most unreliable person and a thief. He stole thousands from me. Started projects, didn’t finish them properly or at all. Left our bathroom shower remodel a mess. Turned off his phone and the company that subcontracted Bret Cross out has never heard from him again either. He disappeared. I would NEVER recommend this man to anyone. CONMAN. Was in total disbelief as at the beginning he seemed like a decent guy. Don’t be fooled like we were and as others seemed to be.

The owner Bret has been nothing but fair and honest with us from the beginning. We had a lot of electrical issues in our house, had several companies come out and not a single one knew how to fix our problem. Bret came in knew what was wrong, educated us on the issue and presented us with several options. He knows what he is doing, he is fair with pricing, and honest. I know we have several other projects around our house that we will definitely be using Cross Remodeling. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Cross Remodeling for several electrical jobs and have been very happy with the work performed. Brett Cross was very patient and consultive as I worked to determine the best for the lights. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable!! I will be using them for future electrical needs!

Unfortunately Bret did not return attempts to reach out to him by both my husband and myself after almost a week regarding work that I needed completed as a part of the finish that I had already paid for. Some of the work that had been completed was done improperly and I had to pay someone else to rectify it. I cannot reccomend Bret or his company in good faith.

I am a real estate agent and have personally used and have had my clients use many contractors in the past. Cross Remodeling was referred to me and I was very happy with their work. They were at our home in a matter of hours and needed to fix someone elses sub-par work. We will use them again and I will refer them out.
