Did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom. They started with a total redesign that provided increased & more usable storage, opened up the space to make it light & airy, improved the traffic flow to make it more comfortable & useable. Suggested helpful additions while helping us steer away from possible problem ideas that would not have worked in the long run. Worked to understand us & our likes/dislikes then worked through a style we liked & worked to pick out all bath components, tile, colors, etc.Then demolition started on schedule & proceeded flawlessly throughout installation. The various trades people were real craftspeople that were highly concerned with making us happy by not interrupting our lives too much, paying high attention to detail (including details we did not even notice), asking our specific preferences, cleaning up every day & keeping us informed.Could not be happier with the end result- the space is a complete joy to use & look at every day. We wanted to start a remodeling relationship with a company & we definitely found a partner we enjoy & trust completely.

Nicholson renovated our kitchen last year and did an excellent job. They were really everything we could have asked for in a contractor. They offered the full range of services we needed, from consulting on the design to the many skills needed to complete the job with high quality. We sought them out for a large office remodel including a new kitchen/breakroom design, paint, electric and plumbing as well as adding to our fire system to meet city regulations. They were a pleasure to work with, never giving kickback when a change order was requested and remained flexible with our timeline. 100% met our remodel expectations and more because of their caring attitude, quick responses and flexibility.

I have had the great good fortune of working with the Nicholson firm for many home remodeling projects. The most recent was a Master Bedroom en Suite addition. It is very hard for me to come up with what part of the process I was more impressed with—Britain’s honest and straightforward salesmanship, Amy’s lovely and helpful design, Rich’s extraordinary craftsmanship and all the subs who showed up in timely fashion. Lastly, but, by far, not least, I am most grateful to my project manager, Tim Beachy. His respectful, kind, highly communicative manner set the tone for everyone else on this job. His knowledge, ability, attention to detail, and supreme professionalism impressed me to the nth degree. There are always bumps along a remodeling road, but mine were handled expeditiously and respectfully. Communication was prioritized. I can not recommend Nicholson Builders highly enough. They will be my first and only call if I am in the market for their services again.

Nicholson builders is highly ethical and a prime example of true craftsmanship through partnering with their clients. We have used them on multiple projects and have never been disappointed. They do have a longer lead time than other remodelers and they are more expensive than average, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Bill Nicholson and his company are a true gem in the home remodeling field.

Over the past sixteen years my wife and I have worked on five projects with Nicholson Builders. These ranged from replacing 140 year old flooring in our home, remodeling a craft/sewing room, engineering and installing an electric winch in our attic to raise/lower a large chandelier in an eighteen foot high atrium, rebuilding a cedar fence enclosing our backyard and building an articulated mail drop for our garage door. Its a compliment to Nicholson Builders that the same managers and carpenters we worked with in the beginning are still with the company. Their work is exemplary and well continue to work with Nicholson Builders as needed.

Ive used Nicholson Builders for several small jobs at my home over the past year and a half. The manager of that section, Bryan, has been great about getting back to me and getting the work done. The people who come out are always polite and professional. Its so nice to have a solid go-to company for these ongoing home maintenance issues.

We would give 6 stars to this company if possible! For years, we had contractor phobia and put off any remodeling project. But after so many remodeling tours and discussions with potential companies, we decided to go with Nicholson, and have had absolutely no regrets since. First, they do beautiful work, and have the highest standards of workmanship. Second, they did not rush us into any decisions we had to make during the process. Third, and possibly most importantly, every Nicholson employee earned our trust to be in our house and do their job without any worry on our part. They truly have become our contractor for life.

My wife and I contacted the Small Projects team at Nicholson Builders to complete several jobs around our home. We have been impressed through every step of the process. The consultation was scheduled promptly and Peter Batchelder outlined a clear plan. The job was arranged by his brother, Paul Batchelder, and was completed faster than expected. In fact, they coordinated the work to suit our schedule despite what appeared to be a very busy time for their group. Unfortunately after a year still some stuff is not done, even though they got fully paid ahead of time. lots of issues with pluming, wires /electrical and floor.when we call them there is always promises to come and fix things but, maybe 1out of 10 things will be taking care of at the time . once they think they are done, they will not pay attention to your project any more .

They are the friendliest people who are the best at what they do!!
