My son and his friends go to AJ, he is great with boys, he always does a great job! He never pushes hairlines back too far and he even takes the time to talk to young boys and encourage them on a personal level.

Never open on time never answer phone anymore changed shops but it use to be ok dont know whats going on with it now maybe under new management

Hands down IN THE ZONE barber shop is the next up coming professional shop in Columbus.they have a great atmosphere to vibe with the barbers and hair stylist, also a very unique shop unlike most shops.i know they are reasonable and reliability to count on in my eyes.

I usually never do reviews but I felt the need to recognize this barbershop for their professionalism and their skills. Coming from San Antonio to Columbus, there isn’t many barbers that I would let them cut my hair but Jose is the man to go. Every time I have gone, I always come out looking 💯, Jose you the man! Made an account just to post this. Asked for a medium fade on sides/back, and trim the top. Got a 1 on the top and zero everywhere else. Barber took phone calls during the cut.Do not go here. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten.

I walked in and sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to greet me. I finally asked the 4 barbers how long it would be for a cut. Noone said anything, except for a woman in the first booth telling me that she wasnt really working as I could see... nope Ill take my business somewhere else.

I went in 7 September 2019. Im not sure of the barbers name. A male, light-skin, heavy with dreads. I asked for a simple haircut. However, he cut into my skin all across my edging. From lack of diligence, I assumed the barbershop was closed on Sunday and Monday like most barber shops. When I told the barber he cut into my skin, he tried to persuade me as if I was naive to believe it is a normal thing that happens. He said, Im light skin so it happens to me also. Just put some alcohol on it and you will be good. The greatest lack of professionalism I ever witness. I should have noticed the signs when I walked in a no one was in his chair and there were people ready. Im going to my doctor to ensure I dont have an infection. If I do, i will be pressing charges. He still charged me a full $20. I understand everyone has to work, but Im now in uniform as a military service member walking around with scars surrounding my face with my superiors looking at me as if I did something wrong. This is my worst barbershop experience ever. Im not condemning the barbershop, but there should be some accountability.

This was literally the worst haircut I ever received . I Asked for a low fade and they cut it way high, and had to tell the barber to redo parts three Times. Ive seen my friends go to this shopand all come out with aweful haircuts. Overcharged too much.

Asked for a low skin and to leave the top and sides long. Ended up with a completely botched medium 000 fade. Yup didn’t even skin fade it, and he cut off a solid 3 months worth of hair I grew out... don’t waste your time and money

Got my hair cut because my hair was balding in the middle..I wanted to start all over knowing my hair would grow back as it always does...I got it cut a week before Thanksgiving I believe. This guy cut my hair and colored my hair...it was suppose to be burgundy but it wasnt..and my hair hasnt been right ever since...its been itching very badly and on top of everything my hair is even shorter than what it was...I can provide pictures....I tried everything to stop the itching and to stop it from coming out...if I go to see a dermatologists and he do a sample on what the problem is and it is related to the products that was used that took my hair out and caused this major issue...there will be some problems...I dont know if the clippers were dirty or what all he put in my hair before and after her colored it....but I will find out.....trust and believe...I know who did this and I am not happy at all...my hair is ruined.....how can people be so evil and or sneaky and devious...I was major distracted....God dont like ugly and you will reap what you sow....

I was visiting Columbus Ga For a special occasion and I tried another barber shop before in the zone it was a 2 hour wait it was around 9 I google barber 💈 shops near me and in the zone popped up to be the closest I went and there was no wait he took my nephew and did a great job he was the first chair don’t remember his name but you did a great job nice work I will come agian when I visit 💈💈💈
