Red is absolute trash. On top of not doing a good job cutting my hair, he looked visibly intoxicated and even dropped a crack pipe while I was in the chair. Terrible service. He has no business cutting hair. period!

Called on a Saturday and was told to be here by 1 oclock and made it here by 12:43.I could see them inside.Door was locked called and told them I had called but all they said was hes done. 30 Mile drive to get a haircut and apparently they dont need any new business. 2 times I have tried using this place wont be a third try.

The Barber at Coach’s is a very skilled man. But who ever was answering his phones on 6/12/20 is sorely lacking in customer service. I was talked down to and mocked on the phone I have never in my 36yrs of life been talked to like that from someone I was going to pay for a service. This business is busy and won’t miss the $$$ I bring to there business. But I will do my best to make sure my family and friends go else where when needing a hair cut so they are not met with the same disrespect.

Coachs Cutz is by far the best barbershop that I have taken my son to in past 10+ years. These guys are super-experienced & very knowledgeable at what they do!!! They were recommended by a lot of people. As a first-time customer, I trusted Keenan to give my son a cut that he felt would look good. Not only was I pleased with it, my very particular 13 yr-old son was satisfied as well!😊 I would recommend to anyone looking for a great barber!!.........Also, I would just like to add a correction/comment regarding the last posted review. Coachs Cutz has not changed their to my knowledge. They have actually moved to a new/bigger location in Columbus, just down the street from the old one. New location is at the corner of Washington St & National Rd/Hwy. 31 (connected to Village Pantry). This is another barbershop that has moved into Coachs old location next to Homeboyz Fish & Chicken.🤩 Hope this helps!!!

Walked in and was promptly greeted by friendly faces and a casual environment. Even without an appointment, I waited only a few minutes until Coach began the haircut. During the cut, Coach was incredibly kind, engaging, and cautious of my experience. We spoke about sports, local business, and school - overall, I felt comfortable to speak. About half an hour passed, and the haircut was completed. I was very impressed and I left Coachs feeling confident and happy to have to gone there. I will go there for my next haircut for sure, and I recommend you do the same.

When you get your haircut at Coach’s Cutz you walk out of the building with MORE than just a fresh looking cut! The owner (Ray), his son (Keenan), and ALL of the other barbers (as well as the stylists in the back) have worked hard to create an atmosphere that makes you feel (once you walk in & sit down) like you just stepped into a hearty discussion...AND THEY WANT TO HEAR YOUR OPINION! They’re obviously skilled at their craft just like any other barber, but what sets them apart is their genuine interest in YOU (especially if you’re a youngster; they’ll make that young man of yours feel like he just got a possibly life-altering pep-talk to go along with his haircut)! Ray is a good man who cares about your son and genuinely wants him to succeed by working hard, being humble, readily listening to his coaches/parents, and learning through the life experiences (advice) that he [Coach Ray] has spent a lifetime collecting! I can’t recommend Coaches Cutz (or the men/women who work there) more. Personally, I look forward to when it’s time for my sons to get their hair cut because I look forward to being around Coach Ray and Company!

I have been going to Coachs Cutz for years. I always get a great cut, lots of attention is given. It is always fun, lots of fun discussions always going on, especially about Columbus high school sports. Coach is a great guy.

Our son Carson is 8 received his 1st cut here and he still goes here today. Kenan cuts him now but Coach did for a long while as all 3 barbers are fabulous behind the chair. This place has hands down best customer service ive ever experienced in a place like this. Very friendly and clean facility. Carson looks forward to his next cut so he can see these guys. Best Barbershop in the area, hands down!!!!

Both Coach and Judah cut hair. You will receive a solid haircut, and I have been here multiple times. Can be challenging to get a walk-in haircut during the popular times being crowded, so youre better off scheduling an appointment. Average time spent here will be 1-2 hours.

Some places doesn’t understand what an actual clipper cut is. I visited this place in 2011 and asked for a business cut and he buzzed my entire head.That’s what happens when you visit a barber who only knows one way to cut hair.
