Very I interesting place to visit. The guides will have a many stories to tell you about everything. The little train was even a cool ride for the little ones.

Very disappointing experience. The event manager has increasingly become very difficult to work with. We have held multiple events at the Train Depot and sadly our last. The manager of this facility feels the need to raise his voice over the phone and find ways to prove his point. Not really what you want to deal with when hosting what should be a very fun event. Upon arriving to set up I asked the manager if we could have one more table as our guest count went from 25 to 30 at the last minute. I did not know this request would upset him Like it did. The manager felt the need to let us know we told him earlier in the week the number of guests would be 25. I thought maybe the did not have another table. To which he said that is not the point. We then said don’t worry about it we will figure it out in our own. To which the manager said I’ll set it up. This event center does not charge per guest and there was plenty of space for several more tables. I guess the manager just wanted to be confrontational. This is not the only interaction we have had like this with the manager of the Train Depot. In our line of business repeat customers are very valuable. I hope this review gets to the owners or folks that oversee the manager as you have lost a repeat customer over the attitude of your manager and his unwillingness to care about your business.

Awesome venue for birthdays, showers, holiday parties, small weddings, or office events. I love all the nostalgic train items, train cars and the property is centered around a train theme. You can also take train rides around the whole property, which is a big hit with adults and children. Completely handicap accessible, including an elevator to go up to the dining car that is attached to the depot.Overall fantastic little gem here in Columbus!

We had a toddler birthday party here and it was wonderful! The space is beautiful and the train cars are so interesting to see and learn about. The children LOVED the train ride!!! Thank you for a great experience!

This is an amazing facility! I really felt like I went back in time yet had all of the modern amenities. The is fantastic and the location gave us the privacy we needed.

This is an amazing place to hold a corporate meeting. The event venue was top notch and the train museum was very informative.

We had our office holiday party here and the facility was excellent. We plan on booking The Depot for future parties and meetings!
