I had really hoped for a better experience. The woman at the front desk who answers the phone wont hesitate to argue with you if you use a swear word. Regardless of the context. Shes very unprofessional and reactive towards situations she should be calm in. I wouldnt have sworn on the phone if she hadnt started getting defensive saying things that actually werent even true.Im so extremely worried this process wasnt completed properly. My court hearing occured over the phone, and I havent heard from the attorney since then.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I honestly would. When i arrived for my first meeting I had no idea what was needed or even what to ask. My attorney Justin Albright was prepared, well versed and more than helpful with insight from all aspects. He made a hard time for our family into a quick and easy process that set us all at ease. This firm is EXTREMELY lasy. They will give you incorrect information and confirm via email it’s incorrect, but try to charge you for their mistakes. You can try to escalate to a managing attorney as I did, but they won’t return your calls and when they do they don’t have all the information, so they refer you back to the attorney who made the initial mistake.On top of that they’ll take the mistake of another attorney over there’s because it’s easier for them. They don’t fight for their customers and they take the word of your creditors lawyers over actual facts and evidence.

I went to speak to this office about bankruptcy chapter 7 and he told me he wants $795 just for himself then later I would need to pay $335 for the bankruptcy. Thats the highest quote Ive received. I have no poperteries or objects at all and my case is super simple and hes taking advantage of people. Id advise going elsewhere.

Very helpful finding old information

They are great. They helped me a bunch during my bankruptcy.

I went in there on some paperwork i filled out online. The 2 receptionists were making jokes about me the entire time i was in the waiting room and when i left. The attorney i saw seemed pissed off that he was seeing me and acted extremely pompous. Thank god it wad free I will never hand money to any company they way I was treated there.
