Isaac and Mika have both been prompt and professional, while also consistently being understanding, genuine people. I was comfortable right away and they both always patiently answered my questions. Unlike ALL of the companies I called before I found Dou, not once were they rude or sarcastic, they didnt scoff at the very rookie questions I was asking and always answered my call, or returned it promptly. Grateful for them, and their kindness, it makes a difference and it shows.

Isaac and his wife are great people! I got picked up for a warrant that I knew nothing about. Isaac had actually stopped at my house and left some information. So when I had called home later on that night the steps were already in the process of him being contacted to help me out of the situation. And that he did the next afternoon I was already back at home and back to work. Anytime I have a question Isaac or his wife is there when I need some help.
