West Towing showed up in 20 minutes where as other trucks quoted us 4 hours. They only charged $65. I will definitely be contacting them for future towing needs.

Daughter slid off the road late at night and was stuck in a ditch, partially blocking the road in a blind curve. Fortunately no one was injured, but the car was in a pretty dangerous place. I was afraid that it was going to cause another wreck, so I called several companies. West could get there the fastest. Quoted $95 over the phone to pull the car out and tow it 15 miles to my home. Driver came and quickly recovered the vehicle, then followed me home. After dropping the car in my driveway, he told me that the price was now $150 since they towed it. Said the $95 quote was for extraction only. I got pretty angry pretty quick! Told him Id pay the $95 that I was quoted and not a penny more! He called his boss and spoke with him for a bit, then apologized for the confusion and charged me the $95. Would have been a 5-star review had they not tried a fast-one on the price. Make sure you confirm the price with dispatch!

It has been my experience, anything ran With the West name backing it is ran with integrity and what is more a backbone, something unfortunately not common find anymore.Have never had a bad experience with West Towing. Have used services many times, ner a bad experience ever.

Very nice gentleman recovered my car on the side on 65 during rush hour traffic on a Friday. When he called me with the price, I was pleasantly surprised. When I thanked him he responded very humbly.

My Mother In Law broke down on the side of the road so I googled tow companies near Columbus.Nick was incredibly helpful. Amazingly he was able to put together a repair for her on a Sunday night. He called back and checked on her. I would call this company anytime I am close to Columbus for a wrecker anytime.Thank you so much for your assistance. It is greatly appreciated.

I broke down on the side of 65 and called a couple 24 hr towing services. West was the only one that was courteous on the phone and willing to send someone out quickly. Within a half hr, driver showed up and was friendly and professional. Very reasonable prices....would Def recommend

If I could give it less than I star, believe me I would. Towing a car and then not sending the owner any info until a month later just to rack up the costs is extortion. Extortion, last I checked was illegal. As far as Im concerned, this company can take every cent they say I owe them, and shove it where the sun doesnt shine. Person I talked to was right off the bat rude and disrespectful.

My husband was broke down and called a service that did nothing but take his money and leave him stuck on the road. The charge for that 345.00@#$%^ and it didnt even cover the cost of a tow if needed. Then he called West towing for a tow that was quoted at 600.00. and they would be there at 6 am.(on request of my husband..(out of hours) When the driver got there he asked him what was the problem. He told the service man who then made a quick check before he started the hook up to tow...saw the problem and fixed it right ON THE SPOT!!! loose ground wire..... West Towing lost a 600.00,but they have a HONEST, respectable,reliable,business We will be customers for life and are happy to pass it on.. Thank You,
