The way they conduct their business is the definition of excellent customer service. Everyone I spoke to was polite, courteous, understanding, patient, and flexible to changes in the service plan. Not only did they tow my vehicle to the designated automotive service location, they also turned over my name, contact info, and keys to the Service Technicians.

We were broke down with a flat tire on our RV and did not have the right tools to change it. After waiting for Good Sam roadside service for over 30 minutes we called Reliable. They were very professional and arrived in less than 30 minutes fixed the tire in less than 10 minutes and charged 1/2 of what Good Sam wanted. Thank you for being a life saver and so professional about it.

This was by far the best towing experience I’ve ever had! Sadly, I feel I’ve had to use towing services more than I cared too. But for an early Monday morning call, the best price and the friendly service this could not be beat! Thank you very much Reliable Towing and Services! I had what I thought was a dead battery and was having trouble getting my car started so I gave Reliable a call. They sent out a specialist with a tow truck in no more than 20 minutes. The driver (who’s name I cannot remember) was incredibly nice and super helpful and informed me that my battery was okay so it was probably an issue with something else. He recommended me a nice family owned car shop and towed my car there. If I ever need a towing service again I definitely know who to call. Thank you again!

I called about my car being towed to a dealership, within 10mins I was receiving a call back that he was pulling up in 4mins! The driver- I forgot his name- my apologies, but he was very kind, and diligent soon as he stepped foot off the truck! My dad tried to have me change my plans and use AAA but I wanted to avoid a long wait and I’m glad I did! After calling around to several other tow companies, I found Reliable Towing and Services for a broken down piece of equipment. They were responsive, easy to work with, great communicators and honest price. I will be saving their information for any other towing service needs!

Reliable Towing and Services got to us in less than an hour and anywhere else was 3+ hours wait. We luckily stumbled into this awesome, family owned company, that was able to pick up our car and tow it without us being there. We had 2 young children with us and we were able to uber home and continue with our day knowing the car would be handled. Peace of mind - priceless.

I want to use them. I told him I was blocking the road. They promised me they would be there within one hour. An hour and 15 minutes later, the driver hadn’t even left yet. At that point I was told by authorities that they had to call their own towing service and I was charged a lot more money

Always use flat beds to haul, always on time, professional drivers who will check things like battery, etc before the tow. Have used this company more than once and very consistent performance.

Had a problem with the car dying and called for an estimate but after taking 45 minutes to call, we decided to go with another tow company. The guy called us back after an hour and was mad that we went with another business and made a point of it. Unprofessional and rude.
