Purchased used wheels from a friend of mine and 2 were slightly bent. I wasn’t sure which ones were bent when Discount Tire mounted them on the car but Wheel Medic was able to identify which 2 were bent.They straightened both wheels and I no longer have vibration at highway speeds. The car drives crazy smooth now, it’s a night and day difference. And it took less than 3 hours to have all work done at a really great price.Not only that, but they took care of my car and the wheels and did an excellent job. Words can’t explain how AMAZING this place is from the owner right down to the staff running the front desk!I had a horrible wobble and my alignment was terribly off. I took my car to multiple other reputable shops and was either told there was nothing they could do or quoted extremely expensive repair options. Some places even told me I was imagining the issues.Visited the shop and showed up a half hour late. They were kind enough to still squeeze me in. The owner then came out and not only went over the issues with me…. he took me to the back and pointed out what was going on. This guy is a Yoda-like car guru! He knows his stuff!!This place had all kinds of expensive cars and more costly/profitable projects to work on (I drive an 07 Acura TL type S). The owner informed me they would fix some severe bends in 2 of my rims and that he would PERSONALLY test drive my car to see about possible alignment issues.After the owner test drove my car he actually apologized that I received a bad alignment from the last shop. He told me he felt bad the previous shop hadn’t fixed the issue and it would cost me a few more dollars to have Wheel Medic fix it.He then completed the alignment… test drove my vehicle again… assured me the issue was fixed… and apologized all of the fixes took so long (they were super fast and had me in and out in an hour and a half). I was absolutely blown away by how fantastic I was treated and taken care of from start to finish. My car drives better than ever!! 110% worth every penny!!I am a customer for life!! Good people and good businesses still exist and Wheel Medic is a shining example!!! A+++.

I had them refinish my factory wheels. They were 5 years old with a PVD coating that had begun to flake off. There was also some curb rash. I originally intended to do a darker tint hyper silver coating but was convinced to do a simulated hyper coating to save some money. It came out very nice. The coating is a little darker than I originally expected but it grew on me. They were very easy to work with and seem very legitimate. I would definitely return for wheel/tire work.

I went there and asked about two repairs I needed done. The first one was on my 22s that got bent after hitting a pothole, the girl proceeded to ask me what kind of car the 22s were on and after I told her a chrysler 300 she laughed and asked why I would put 22s on a heavy car like a 300. The second repair I asked about was 1 inch crack on my aluminum rim that was causing the tire to lose air. She told me it would cost about $200 but if they did weld the crack it wouldnt hold because the roads are so bad in Columbus. This place is definitely a joke.

I went here to get my wheel replaced. At Discount Tire, they quoted me for $450 for a wheel replacement. I got an exact replica from Wheel Medic for $250. It came in from their supplier in less than two days, and they installed it in only 20 minutes! I highly recommend this place.

Tire Rack recommended Wheel Medic and they were the closest to me so I figured Id give them a shot. I had a nail in my tire and had already purchased replacements, just needed them put on. This place is great!!! I had a wheel that got cracked from nasty Columbus roads. I asked about getting it fixed and instead of just doing it they told me that it’s more of a temp fix and that i should probably replace it. They could’ve charged me for a fix and a couple weeks later I’m back buying a new wheel instead they were honest with me and for the same cost as a repair they were able to get me a used wheel for my BMW. Recommend 100%

I have never dealt with a more honest company. Wheel Medic is a life saver! Dealership told me I needed to replace 2 of my rims (for $600 each!!!!) because they werent fixable. My brother told me about Wheel Medic so I set up an appointment for them to check out my car.These guys & gals for sure know what theyre doing. My rims were perfectly fine, my tires were just out of balance. I went from a $1500 bill at the dealership to a $60 fix to properly balance my tires. Can not thank everyone there enough for their honesty & quickness to fix the little shake in my car.

Awesome job on my wheels for my Tundra. Just picked it back up today. Very happy with everything and Hannah was very good at keeping me updated with the progress. Reasonably priced too. The powder coating looks like the wheel came that way from the factory and much cheaper than a whole new set of wheels. Id highly recommend and will refer anyone to them.

Very disappointed in Wheel Medic. Ive used Wheel Medic several times over the years for both personal and business related repairs, always fantastic results. My last repair request was tricky, cracked wheel, but I didnt expect a miracle. The resultant repair was horrific and the service unprofessional. No updates when the wheel was serviced, no calls. I no longer live in Columbus so I didnt specify a timeframe. Just fix at their convenience, Ill pick it up. I asked that the wheel be repainted when completed, it initially wasnt. I asked the tire not to be discarded. It was. We were told that we were the problem and to never come back. We even offered to pay full price but were told no, dont pay, just never come back. Over one wheel. We wont. I also passed this along to my peers in the local auto industry about my experience. I had outsourced work to them since 2008 both personally and professionally.Edit: since youve replied, Id like to publicly state that a) you never called b) my voicemail has NEVER been full, wth is that? c) these items were never explained. d) no communication was ever conveyed on the subject beyond the wheel may not be fixable. That was fine, I accepted that possibility. The fact that you took the time to write instead of communicating to me personally shows that a negative review was the only means to garner a complete response. My current job is consulting with small businesses on a daily basis. I suggest a consultant is hired for proper customer care and communication.

They fix bent rims even a dent shaped like a triangle! 100 and up depending on steel. My rims are aftermarket! I had a terrible dent in my rim from a pot hole! They fixed the rim in the pic I posted... no shake or nothing and quickly to!

This place is good because of the price they offer. Its affordable and I will likely keep bringing my cars there. However, last time I brought my miata in for a valve stem repair, they pumped my tire all the way to 34 psi but the oem pressure is only 26. I kept driving like that for weeks because the car doesnt have a tpms censor. It felt so weird that I thought my alignment was off. A good wheel repair business shouldnt make this kind of rookie mistake.

Dealer said I had two bent wheels when getting tire replaced due to puncture.. I took car to Wheel Medic and they inspected and roadforce balanced all the wheels... all out of balance and no bent wheels. Great service and their shop puppy Millie was very sweet and attentive to my autistic son. Highly recommend for any wheel or tire needs!

I was passing through Columbus and was halfway home from Nashville when I hit a pothole and got a flat. My driver’s side rims were bent. They quickly assessed the problem, fixed it, and I was able to complete my trip home safely. They were also incredibly courteous and helpful.

Nice operation. Fair prices and very transparent with their work. They will even let you come back into the shop to verify necessary repairs as long as you have appropriate clothing on. Most repair shops are very secretive about their repair areas so this shows how honest they are here. Saved me tons of money by repairing a wheel versus trying to get me to buy a brand new one. Recently had a tire stolen from me while I was at work. Stopped at three other tire shops that tried to up sell me a brand spanking new rims for $220-$280. Not only did Tire Medic have a cheaper used rim but it was in near new condition for $120! They were so nice and professional. I wish I had caught their names I would like to thank them both.

Great experience. I just had them put on a set of new tires from Tire Rack. Took less then an hour and my car is rolling great. They looked at some other stuff while they worked on the car and notified me of the issues but did not trying to get me to buy something extra. Ill be getting my wheel work done here again and again.

Found a set of fantastic OEM wheels at a great price as the wheels were in terrific shape. Danni was awesome finding the correct wheels and she helped me select a set of new tires. I put down my deposit but had to unfortunately cancel my order the next day. These guys handled my cancellation like true professionals. I will be going back to then soon.

Wheel Medic did nice work on resurfacing the inner bead of my alloy wheels. They all constantly slow-leaked from corrosion and the bad seal. Wheel Medic is a little hard to find near the Weber Rd exit off Southbound I-270.

Quality work, great prices and friendly staff! This was my second time going here for pothole damage repair. I hit a pothole on the interstate so the damage was pretty severe. I had a cracked front wheel and a bent wheel in the back. I was able to walk in and get one wheel replaced and the back repaired. I also decided to have front tires replaced since one was damaged. They had everything in stock and it was all done in less than 2 hours!

Straightening my wheel was done same day. Much cheaper than buying a refurb. Solid service, no complaints.

Purchased some used tires and wheels and brought them in to assess after experiencing subtle vibration. This was after complete balancing and an alignment, so I figured it may be the wheels themselves. WM began the free estimate and Bryce (mechanic) did more than than advertised at no extra cost to me. He determined what I suspected - the great looking tires with a great amount of tread left were old and all flat spotted. Attached hubrings to assist in the vibration until I was able to purchase a new set. Charged for the hubrings but the service was on the house. Also priced a new set. The professionalism from the entire staff, as well as the genuine assessment from Bryce is much appreciated. Will definitley be purchasing my set through them and recommending them to others for servicing needs.

I had a bent wheel on my MB C300 and my dealer suggested to visit wheel medic instead of replacing new wheels. It took only 1 hour for fixing two wheels. They are very professional. I would recommend to visit this place instead of replacing your wheels.
